Love this lunch bar, tasty pie and cheese roll. And a young lady staff was very friendly and helpful! She helped for filling a bottle of hot water up to me which means is super important for a traveler! Thank you so much

I find myself stopping all too often for one of their delicious sausage rolls.

Dropped in after driving on the road today for a late lunch, was amazed how good the food was! The slice I bought was the best piece of baking I've had in ages, and the steak & cheese pie possibly the best I've had! Definitely will be returning in the future, its worth driving from Invercargill just to go here!

Been here twice already, in the three years that I've lived here, in Southland. Needless to say, I love this Cafe. These folks have some brilliant food here, & I love their 1950s art deco theme that they've got going on. Oh, & their Marilyn Monroe painting on the wall. =^/,..,^=

Lovely art deco styled bakery and cafe!! Coffee was delicious and the range of sandwiches was amazing! Plenty of vege and gluten free options too! Seating area is very spacious and comfortable too. Would reccomend highly :)

Great little stop on our way to Queenstown. We normally stop here for lunch however we were running a tad late in setting off and it was 2:45 pm so they really had no salad buns, sandwiches etc and being a hot day we were not wanting hot food. No offers of making a salad bun on the spot but we could see they were prepping for the next day so plenty of fillings right at hand. Bit disappointed at that.
