Amazing! Mainly impressed by the friendly, attentive and accommodating staff - the fresh food and great variety were a bonus. Heaps of Gluten free options (although utensil contamination is an issue so best not to use the serving rings but to grab a fresh utensil ) plenty of sushi including gf teriyaki and gf tepan as well as curries stir fry and dessert options. Great spot worth the drive down from Chch ! We will be back �

The restaurant has very nice atmosphere. The food we ordered were delicious. Very friendly staff as well as the owner. This restaurant is highly recommended for those that drive pass through Ashburton.

We think the buffet is quite pricey considered the options given, flavour is alright. Main menu is much attracting with value of money. Will be back again but not for buffet. Appreciate their gesture to serve extra side dish when there's limited options for vegetarian on the buffet dishes, friendly service.

Went there for the first time to have a dinner, we loved the foods there, the chicken karage, takoyaki and sushi platter for 2 are 100%!! Ooh not forgetting to mention the udon noodles was my husband’s favourite. The staffs are amazing and best service. We are definitely gonna come back 🤤

Have been two weekends in a row, meals were Chicken Tika Masala (pictured), Lamb Madras, Lamb Vindaloo and Chicken fried rice. Flavour was exquisite in all dishes. Under new Ownership and it shows!! 11 out of 10

Staying in Ashburton and wanting a bit of takeout, felt like Sushi and my partner felt like a bit of Indian. Walking in I was immediately greeted with a very friendly welcome. Asked if they did some take out and he said yes and offered me some water. I really wished we were eating in as this place smelt amazing with an authentic Indian buffet on the go. Still needed my Sushi fix so opted for one of their platters which was fantastic and well priced. My partner ended up having the teriyaki chicken which was one of the nicest flavoured I’d had in awhile. If you plan a night out for dinner in Ashburton and feel like some authentic Asian cuisine then you’ve got to give this place a go. Wonderful food! Will be back for sure.

Great food. We had the Indian menu, all 4 dishes were excellent. The Vegetable Manchurian was our favourite. Big roomy comfortable space. Pleasant music. Not fast service but very good.

I came down from Auckland to visit my fam and we went to Miyabi to have dinner and we were very impressed with the atmosphere, staffs, food and hygiene. We were greeted immediately by all the staffs and one of the most friendly staff Ying showed us our seats and immediately got into service. She was absolutely delightful to communicate with and was very helpful to help us choose from the amazing menu that were offered to us. Very warm and welcoming place. We definitely recommend anyone and everyone to visit and have a feed here. You would not be disappointed at all. Their chicken biryani is amazing!! Thank you Ying for your amazing service-we wish you to grow ahead in this industry and we wish Miyabi all the very best for their upcoming success.
