Loved the ice cream from here and the range of flavours, but I went with a classic and my inner-child naturally screamed for the sprinkles - because who wouldn’t want that? Amazingly tasty and a well priced compared to other places. Will be going back!

Haven’t had it for years cause the bad experience before. But this time it is a winning experience. Nice service and ice creams! So tasty and very generous with the price. Superb quality and gorgeous flavors! Some of their staffs are very welcoming and they offer tasting without any hesitations. A little feedback is to constantly clear and wipe down tables would be nicer :)

I had a very nice experience here! Came here with colleagues last week on a boiled afternoon 🔅 the staff is very friendly and the ice cream 🍨 is very delicious! Mission Bay is such a nice area and I love this place 😊

Great tasting ice creams but very pricey for what you actually get.

I don't think there's nothing to mention about the quality of Movenpick. As always, they're great. Loved the ice cream and macarons, although macarons seemed to be a bit too expensive. All in all, still happy with the food and amount i have paid for it 😊

Best ice cream I've ever had, I forgot the specific name but when I had this chocolate chip flavor, I knew it was the best I've had ever. the staff are also really friendly. I'd definitely recommend this place, it's awesome!

Walked into the store at 8.40pm. Their closing time is 10.00pm. All chairs were brought in from the outside n lined on the inside of the shop. We were refused our hot desserts to eat in . We were told it was take away only. They still had an hour 20 mins to go..I dont understand why we couldn't eat in.

Love going here!! Have been here a coupe of times with a friend recently. Fast and friendly service, and the flavours are ohhhh so yumm!! Have had the double scoop cone both times , and look forward to. Exploring more of the range over next visits. Location is just amazing.. Misson Bay right across the road. On a warm summers evening, after a crazy long day in the office, spending time here or across the road with your ice cream is just heaven! We travel from west out here and its always worth the trip!! You have to go and endulge at least once. And then you'll want to go more and more...

Located at the stoplights in Mission Bay, it is just across the road from the beach. There is normally a line but the size depends on your luck. It wasn't too bad when I came so grabbed a cone with a scoop of the mango and cream. The scooper and cashier may not be the same person so keep an eye on your ice cream as you pay to make sure you get the right one. They also have other desserts like brownies and cakes. Its all on the menu above the counter. It was nice to grab a scoop and then walk down to the beach.

We live in South Auckland, but when we want to go for ice cream, this place is our go to.

Their ice cream ia still silky smooth. The waffle cone is not as good as before but still one of the best cones. I like the dark chocolate ice cream.

Best place to try new flavors of ice cream and waffle cones. Friendly staff and excellent customer assistance even on busy day like sunday. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service. Unacceptable

Very nice place for ice cream. Interior is a rather cramped space located right in the corner of an intersection along Mission bay. They have a various selection of ice cream to pick from which is a big plus for me. The waffle cone is excellent, not too soggy and it has a good amount of firmness and weight. It holds its shape properly and is heavy when you pick it up. When you bite into it, it has a good amount of crunch to it. Ice cream is at a right consistency, not too runny nor doughy, but again holds its shape perfectly. <br/><br/>This shop, with its surrounding environment, really reminds me of Kaffee Eis in Courtenay Wellington. Haven't had the chance to try their ice cream enough to figure this out but I do hope that the ice cream flavours are weekly/seasonal like it is down in Welly. <br/>8/10

It is a shame that they are not doing half scoop anymore. Just spoils everything about their ice cream. Scoop size is so big so having 2 scoop is a 2 person ice cream and kid size is not avaliable in waffle con. They are just trying to have your money not caring about customer

This was the first ice cream parlour opened by Movenpick in New Zealand. It’s a must visit spot at Mission Bay. <br/><br/>The store is fairly newly renovated with a busy ambience especially during the weekend. <br/><br/>They have a great selection of ice cream and other desserts. For ice creams,I highly recommend the blueberry cheesecake and tiramisu flavours. The ice cream waffles are freshly made and quite delicious as well. Nothing special and overpriced. Good selection but most of the ice creams don’t deliver the flavour as in description. Still ok place to chill out on a warm day in Mission Bay. If you really after top ice cream then go to: Duck Island Ice Cream Parlour in Newmarket. Superb and funky flavours plus good price.

Clean store and the staff are really kind eventhough it was very busy when I visited. I got a single scoop of swiss chocolate flavour in a cup. The icecream was so rich and smooth. Liked the texture of the chocolate chips.

Had the set tasting menu. Quite valuable, nice decor, friendly staffs. Love the brownies, like the chocolate and the berries flavours. Overall 7/10

I like that they updated their menu with more options for dessert instead of just the normal ice cream. We ordered a sundae and chocolate brownie dessert and both were delish. Prices are a wee bit on the expensive side but would still highly recommend

Love movenpick so much, this literally used to be my childhood. Any time my family would go out for dinner in Mission bay we’d always come here and get ice cream afterwards. Even though to some it could be considered “ pricey “ they’ve never let me down and always have a huge variety of favours. The staff are always enthusiastic and happy not to mention the store is right down the road from the beach and is a good way to spend a family day out in mission bay by getting ice cream and going for a stroll through the beach.

The smell of the cones being prepared is very welcoming. Great ice cream, classic flavors mostly, but good quality. The vanilla is spectacular!

This place is a must to go to while at Mission Bay- service has always been great, decent portions and a wide range of ice-creams to choose from. <br/><br/>Sometimes the toilets need a cleaning though - but understandable as their foot traffic is massive and appears to always have a line during summer.

Good place for an ice cream everytime you go. You can count on good service and good ice cream however the long wait can be a put off at times.

I was been told this movenpick shop is the best ice cream shop in Auckland when i first came to NZ. Now 10years past, it's still popular but not the best as I thought. Presentation was ok, dessert and Ice cream 's flavour were good. Service pretty friendly.

Love their blueberry cheesecake ice cream. Perfect even during the cold weather. Will be buying a tub next time so I can share it at home. Definitely a must try.

I don’t see what the fuss is about this place. Yes the ice cream is nice, but no I don’t think it’s worth quite as much as it’s being charged at. I will admit it is right in the middle of mission bay so that’s got to count for something. I‘ve lined up a few times here but I’ve never really been wowed and I don’t think I’ll line up again.

Tasty ‘fancy’ icecream, just not wowed. I do like their range of flavors but perhaps I just haven’t tasted one that’s stood out to me just yet. <br/>I really like that they make their waffle cones in store fresh, that’s pretty unique. <br/>Their scoops sizes tend to be on the smaller side so the price is a little high for the quantity. <br/>Cute place though, used to come here for a late night icecream break quite occasionally with the family.

Love movenpick ice cream sooo much! The price is not cheap but definitely worth it for delicious and high quality ice cream! They have big scoops too ahhahah~ There are soo many flavours and can confirm that every flavour is so unique and true to its name. My favourite flavours are probably cappuccino, Swiss chocolate, maple walnut, blueberry cheesecake, vanilla brownie...There's just too many! 😋 The waffle cone is also soo crunchy and yummy! I would literally buy the cone itself if I could ahhaha XD This place can get quite hectic during summertime with long queues as it is conveniently located opposite the beach at the traffic lights. Despite the queue, the staff are friendly and efficient. This is a great place to visit for some refreshing and delicious ice cream!

I love Movenpick Ice Cream! I recommend the blueberry cheesecake flavour or the Swiss chocolate one!! Only thing is that there’s ALWAYS a huge line to get the ice cream.

This is a dessert Place I love to stop by when I'm at Mission Bay. They have great ice cream and made lovely dessert. You need luck to get a seat because they always have long queue. Will come back again to try their different dessert. It will be good if they can create more seats for customers.

A little busy on a weekend but has a lot of seating. The double-scoop portion was generous and yummy. Like the location of the ice cream parlour near by the beach.

The best ice cream! It’s funny because I treated my parents with movenpick’s ice cream since their blood sugar was stable and within normal range. They have never eaten ice cream for 15yrs. So as a reward for behaving, they tried movenpick’s ice cream and they were very happy about it. Their blood sugar is still within normal in their recent blood test. Thank God.

A well known ice cream brand. Always pop in for a scoop or 3 when in the area. Can be a bit frantic and busy at times, tend to get more customers in the warmer seasons. Looking forward to getting another scoop come summer time.

Love love love this place. Their mango cream ice cream is really best. I also like their blue berry cheese cake. Hubby likes walnut and maple. Please have mango and cream in a tub.

I’ve had so many ice cream flavours from Mövenpick all coming from this chain, which are; cappuccino, Swiss chocolate, Panna cotta, strawberry, maple walnut, macadamia dolce de leche, vanilla, blueberry cheesecake, tiramisu, creme brûlée, strachitella and the raspberry and strawberry sorbet. I’ve never been let down by Mövenpick especially this chain, they let you try their different flavours which is nice. Although I’ve never tried their share plates and desserts, I highly recommend trying their various ice cream flavours, my top favourite flavours are: cappuccino, blueberry cheesecake, maple walnut.

I always go if i go mission bay! It has really long queue always but can get order very fast. Want to try all the flavors if i can! ( but i always go for same flavors with cheese in it)

It's a little concerning when you see the same gloved hands serving ice cream also handling cash. I'm sure this can't be in line with health and safety guidelines. Great ice cream, but this is a grossly unsanitary practice.

Even though it’s a very cold night at 9pm, it never fails to have ice cream at mission bay after a big dinner. When we got here, there was still a line like always. Between us we got the maple walnut, mango and passion fruit, and stracciatella. Amongst them, I think the mango and passion fruit was the best as the sourness from the passion fruit and sweetness from the mango mixes well together and gives you a wake-up call after being so full. <br/><br/>Taste - 8/10<br/>Price - 8/10

How could you go wrong at Movenpick? Sure, you could accidentally spend your entire paycheck visiting twice a week, but who cares? You have great ice cream.

So many flavours to choose from, very rich in flavour, little expensive but you get what you pay for, wish they come out with more flavours or at least limited time flavours. Always busy and a line at this location. Worth the wait and line moves pretty fast. Can never miss this place if you go down to mission bay.

Sooo good. I love the variety of ice cream there is on offer and the flavours of each ice cream is amazing. It can be a little overpriced but I would say it is worth it. Something you can spoilt yourself with time to time.

Can’t say anything about the ice cream, it was PERFECT! So I’ll focus more on the establishment, honestly, a bit crowded and on top of that the place wasn’t that big. But that only means the ice cream there is to die for! 😍 It’s a bit pricey but hey, it’s worth it! 🍦🍦🍦😁😍😜

I came here with my work crews, We ordered 2full scoops of ice cream on waffle cones. Beautiful mission bay and Mango, mango ice cream! The art of my God plus the art of Swiss ice cream. What a combination!

I had the sweet caramel and chocolate ice cream on a waffle cone. It was ahmaziiiiiing! Ice cream and cone just melted in my mouth. The service was top class. The girls were all smiley and more then happy to recommend great flavours. Thank you awesome experience!

Came here on a Monday midday with a friend. They were well staffed, around 5-6 bright cheerful smiles dressed in red shirts. I was going to sit out on this one because of excess carbs and sugar while my friend got a cone but then I saw the flavours and the friendly staff so I thought ok cheat day it is. <br/><br/>I got two scoops of Creme Brûlée and Maple Walnut. Couldn’t decide between cup or cone but a guy with blonde hair said “cone” and I was sold hahaha. So glad I did! Their house made waffle cones are SOOO GOOD; it’s thin but so crispy! And unlike other cones, it didn’t soften up from the ice cream at all, and didn’t leak at the bottom either. <br/>The creme Brûlée flavour is AMAZING. Such a sophisticated flavour, with a hint of almost-coffee flavour in there. Rich and creamy, couldn’t fault it. <br/>Maple walnut is a personal favourite of mine, as I naturally gravitate towards anything with nuts and maple/caramel. This one didn’t disappoint either; creamy but non-overpowering with chunky whole walnut pieces added the beautiful crunch! It’s like the Killinchy Gold Salted Caramel and Walnut ice cream.<br/>Cone was again a delight to eat, no regrets at all! Strongly recommend the creme Brûlée!

Went to Movenpick Swiss Ice Cream in August (quite a few months back) and ordered the Nut Decadence Ice Cream sundae. I felt that while the toppings were sweet with the caramel sauce - the ice cream itself however managed to stop the caramel from overttaking the whole taste of the sundae. Was bit on the pricey side but was delicious!

The desserts here are unique as there are so many different ice cream flavours to choose from. We ordered a few slices and some ice cream and they were both delicious and nicely portioned. Great place for a late night dessert or to eat on the go on the beach.

The best ice creams in Auckland, without a doubt.. I love the various flavours on offer but my top picks are definitely the chocolate and French vanilla combo.

And I love the desserts here. Other than that the prices are definitely pricey. The lines at time will be pretty long, & there is not much sitting spaces inside the store for the night times visits. More of travel paths is needed as tables are quiet messing most times understandable when there is a bit of rush going in the store just be sure when free to clean the mess up when possible. Other than that the service here is acceptable & shall be visiting again soon x 🍫🍦

Such a disappointmenting experience. Came here for dessert on Thursday night. Opening times say till late, and we arrived about 9:50pm. We asked for the Iced Chocolate and were told they were no longer making it as they'd washed up the equipment. I would think that late means at least 12am, and they should not be packing up 2hrs before?? Nonetheless we got two ice creams, Tiramisu and Mint Chocolate, both were disappointing. Staff were also very disinterested, not the least bit friendly or showing any desire to serve their paying customers. I won't be visiting this Movenpick again.

Love their fresh waffle cones and ice cream range. Mint Choc Chip is one of my favorites and I love that they have a variety to choose from.

Love love love the icecream here. My favourite is the macademia dulce with caramel sauce. Aaaah yum! Just perfect. The air around is always filled with the sweet smell of their freshly made waffle cones which is certainly irresistable. The staff is quite friendly. And the seating is both indoor and outdoor.

I'm not a huge dessert person, and can be fussy when it comes to Ice Cream. I do however know my favourite ice cream is a Macadamia Dolce. Creamy, Macadamia-ee and delicious in a waffle cone.

Maple Walnut is hands down my favourite flavour from Movenpick. Decided to go for something different this time and got the tiramisu.. it was delicious. Literally every ice cream from Movenpick is good. EVERYTHING.

This Movenpick gets so busy! The lines can be so long and seating can be hard to find if you get a plated dessert. <br/><br/>Service is pretty quick. Chocolate brownie was moist and fudgey.

A spontaneous plan to have ice cream led us here on a weekday night. Movenpick has pretty unisual flavors and they are bang on. Made with perfection and making sure none of them taste funny, this is definitely a mus visit (everytime) for all those icecream lovers and not. <br/>Cremé bruelee, tiramisu are some of the flavours we tasted. Waffle cones are the only reason I go. New floor makes the place look a lot smarter and clean. Great place to eat no matter the weather. Great options of warm desserts. Staff are always friendly. Pooja (I think that's how you spell her name?) was very pleasant, smiley and generally looked happy to serve us today 😊

I remember coming here with a few friends one time when we ditched one of our lectures to go to the beach. Yeah they are a bit expensive, but their variety of flavours sure is worth it. My favourite is the Cookies and Cream Cheesecake. So mouth watering, just looking at it.

Over priced place for ice cream. There are long queues to wait. The location is just fantastic. There is not much competition around. I saw kiwiyo - looked dodgy and passed on that.<br/><br/>People got curious when they see the long queue and people were happily having their ice creams. <br/><br/>Apart from the price and waiting you will not be disappointed. A tip from me, always go with ice cream in a waffle. Staff put more ice cream into the waffle. :-)

Amazing icecream. I ordered chocolate fondant with hazelnut icecream and it was yum yum yummy😌. Friends orderd mango and passionfruit icecream which was also very good. Could feel the real fruits in the ice creams.<br/>Place was crowded though.

This location of Movenpick is usually really busy on any warmer day but being right beside the beach that's understandable. You can take away, but there is a decent amount of indoor & outdoor seating.<br/>They have ice cream & other desserts on offer. Service is usually pretty good.<br/>Today they were giving away a free scoop of banana ice cream - not sure if this is a limited offer or not.

Love coming here! Location is great by the beach, the service is always fast  (despite always being super busy), and it's delicious! Ice cream is really creamy, chocolate used in it doesn't taste cheap and nasty like every other brand of ice cream! Also love the taste of the cones.

Such amazing ice creams with the most perfect scenery you could ever wish for. Beach view and palm trees is the perfect place to enjoys a great ice cream in a tasty waffle cone. There's so much to see across here and so much to eat! This ice cream is top notch but the pricing is a little too high.

This place is always packed and it's even busier with all them Pokemon Go-ers around. Me and my partner went there around 11pm on a Saturday night and it was still quite packed so service was pretty much non-existent but I guess that's understandable. <br/><br/>I got one of their newish flavour, the blueberry and cream(?) and that was delicious! Way better than the other flavours I've had there before like creme brûlée and all. It wasn't overly sweet which made it sickening. It was just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess which made it very enjoyable 👌🏽

Awesome place to grab an icecream on a warm day in Mission Bay. Could do with some new flavours though as there are no new ones to try! Also overpriced but I will still always return regardless

We would like to say very proudly that no one is best competitor of movenpick. We actually 4 people went on movenpick at 9.55pm before 1month ago.they were just going to close shop and we hardly request for took order but staff denied,our more request finally touch their heart and they were finally accept our request and we were got our favourite ice creams and we sit and ate nearer parking....we just say we ll come again and again

Price was increased again. Now have  to pay $ 7.20 for a single scoop in cone. I love their Tiramisu flavor the best. But do not like the Mango flavor at all. Because it is too sour.

We absolutely love coming to this place for desserts after movies or a walk on the beach! The flavour variety does not change much, but top quality is always guaranteed. Their waffles are homemade and super buttery and mouthwatering, the ice cream is beyond creamy and decadent. I sometimes like getting them in a shake too. If you are feeling like something even more indulgent, I would recommend their hot dessert combo served with a scoop of ice cream of your choice ;) <br/><br/>Their hot drinks are nice too, and service is always friendly despite how busy they are. <br/><br/>Make sure to keep an eye out for their flavour of the month to receive free toppings!

Came here for a chill evening with some new friends, enjoyed the foto booth and the good seating arrangements within the shop. Will not hesitate to come back.

I looove their ice cream... My favourite is caramelita... The big chunks of caramel, creamy and not too sweet... There are also heaps of flavours to choose from...

Needless to say, one of the best selling ice creams at one of the best locations. Good vibes and a place to chill. Perfect to take your family or friends for a nice evening out.

Simply the best. We've been here around 200 times and have always had a delicious ice-cream. Waffle-cones are made in front of you and that bakery types of smell makes the queue wait interesting.

Took ages to decide but staff are lovely and let you try flavours out, which doesn't help because they're all soooo good! Went with an all time fave (mint choc) and flavour of the month (mango cream) so we got 2 free toppings. As the guy was putting on the toppings, he says "whipped cream and chopped nuts are good, but I think chocolate sauce would be even better...I'll add it on for free 😉" I shared the 2 scoops in a tub with a friend as it was pretty massive. There were real mango pieces, and of course nothing fault with my staple mint chip. Some friends had milk shakes which had sooo much ice cream, also amazingly awesome. Eating Mövenpick at the beach, at sunset is pretty special.

To be honest, the last time I came here the service rubbed me the wrong way (we bought 6x scoops to be taken-away and the cashier wouldn't give us a single stamp on our loyalty card as "it is only for ice creams"- not sure what his logic was there??), but I let that one slide as it's Movenpick after all and I figured it'd be a one-off. <br/>However, this time upon entering the store, we were standing at the counter for a while (four employees were behind the counter - one creating somebody's order, two standing there chatting to each other and the fourth standing by the til), before someone actually approached and greeted us. I went to place our order, until the girl cut me off and told me I'd have to place our order with somebody else. Okay fine. So we placed our order and went to find a table, only to discover that the only empty tables hadn't been cleared. We gave it a while, figuring maybe one of the two employees busy in conversation might clear a table, but nope... we eventually caved and had to clear the table ourselves. <br/>Still, this is Movenpick... so the dessert will be worth it right? Right?? Admittedly, the brownie itself was great. Moist, rich and warm - it was a great treat for a cold night. Like seriously... the brownie and ice cream are the only reasons we agreed to give MP Mission Bay a 2.5 rating (50% there). But when my hot chocolate came, I was left wondering whether I had accidentally ordered a cup of foam instead. I understand having foam at the top, but this thing was like 60% foam... and that is being optimistic. If you think I'm exaggerating, check our photos. All in all, a second disappointing experience from MP Mission Bay in two visits. Yes -your desserts are great, but compensating with foam for a lack of customer service isn't exactly a great recipe. I might have to convince my girlfriend to venture to NZ Natural next time. <br/><br/>Little tummy: Yay... ice cream! We had just finished dinner in Mission Bay and I asked my boyfriend if he wanted to grab a coffee... naturally he knew that was my code-word for Movenpick (he knows me too well!), so alas that is where we headed. We ordered the dessert combo for $19.90, which got us a fudge brownie, single scoop of ice cream, a hot chocolate and cappuccino. The brownie was divine! It just melted in your mouth with every bite. The ice cream was amazing as well, though that is to be expected with MP! The two drinks were somewhat a letdown though. My boyfriend's hot chocolate was literally a glass full of foam, while my cappuccino was pretty bad as well. The marshmallow that came with it was like the highlight.

Definitely my favourite Movenpick store in Auckland! Mostly because of its location situated parallel to the beach, therefore making it our go-to ice cream spot during summer. They have removed my favourite slice from their dessert menu which has left me slightly melancholic :( Bring back the chocolate raspberry tart!! <br/><br/><br/>

Located right opposite to the mission bay Beach, its a great place to have an ice cream..staff is always courteous and quick and efficient..<br/>We had the orange garden trifle and a scoop each of vanilla brownie and panacotta..ice cream here is always authentic in flavor and rich and creamy just like a perfect ice cream should be..

I love ice cream and i love movenpick! Such a strategic location! I bet they rake it in! Haha! But in all seriousness its great ice cream and i love crunchy waffle cones! I just wish it wasnt as expensive! But when its a beautiful day and the sun is shining its too hard to resist! Only thing is i never see a flavour like hazelnut or something similar and that would make it more amazing!

Movenpick Mission Bay is probably one of my favourites out of all the Movenpick stores in Auckland.<br/><br/>Location wise, it's right by the beach so it's great as a late night hang out spot. Grab an ice cream and chill on the beach or take a night stroll. Better in summer, but still a lot of fun in winter believe it or not.<br/><br/>We ordered waffle cones with 2 flavours each.<br/>One was swiss chocolate and maple walnut, the other was mint chocolate and boysenberry swirl.<br/><br/>The Swiss chocolate was decadent and creamy. The maple walnut was more maple than walnut, similar to a nutty hokey pokey. The mint chocolate had just the right balance of flavours, but the boysenberry swirl wasn't swirled enough for my liking, having chunks of boysenberry sauce then a whole lot of vanilla ice cream everywhere else. I later tried the chocolate brownie and that was deliciously rich and dense. They served it heated up, with whipped cream and your choice of ice cream. I was boring and ordered a simple scoop of vanilla, which was a great accompaniment to the richness of the brownie.<br/><br/>As far as ice cream and desserts go, Movenpick is great, with friendly service, a wide range of ice cream flavours and an intriguing selection of specialty desserts. If you have a late night craving for sweets, you can count on them to deliver. What's great is they're open until midnight :)<br/><br/>I'm looking forward to trying the other dessert items on the menu during future trips back to<br/>Mission bay!

Had my usual waffle cone with maple walnut and vanilla bean scoops which was excellent as usual. Wait times reasonable with fast moving queues. Great job!

Best best best Mövenpick in auckland. Have been there more than 10 times. Waffle cone is also best in taste than other Mövenpick. Wanna go there again and again.

Still the best Movenpick in my opinion, even after so many other stores have now opened. There's just something about ice cream at the beach...<br/><br/>Movenpick is famous for their delicious waffle cones, and they do not disappoint! Definitely make sure you order a cone rather than the cup option if you have the choice.<br/><br/>Got the double cream and meringue flavour in a cone last time and it was a nice end to the night :)

We went here once and the service was fine but it was just the flavours of the ice cream. I ordered a raspberry and strawberry with chocolate I think, I reckon my preference from now on is the cup because it just makes the gelato sweeter. I found that it would be much convenient to eat the gelato in a cup cause I always found the gelato much sweeter than usual in a cone. The chocolate was a little too sweet for my liking and the raspberry was really soury. The prices also need to be a bit lower for it to be reasonable. The gelato flavours need to be improved but the service is good enough.

Frequent customer. The delicious rsnge of ice cream keeps me coming back for more and eager to try out different flavours each tim. All with unique flavours. A favourite of mine is the caramel flavour. Usually go home eith the tub by the end of the night. Big fan :) it is a bit on the pricy side though.

We go here frequently and have always enjoyed our time here. The staff are great and take their time preparing any desserts we order. I tried the log desert and found it quite dry. Would not recommend the desserts but the ice cream and milkshakes are superb!

I have wanted to go to movenpick for a long time, especially after being told about the hazelnut flavor which is a personal favourite of mine. Upon arrival I saw they didn't have that flavour which was dissapointing. But I was also shocked at the price. Over $8 for two scoops of ice cream, personally I find this ridiculous! I decided to get the creme brulee and maple walnut, they were both delicious! I would have loved the creme brulee to of had bits of caramelized sugar in it. Would have made it even better! If it hadn't been so expensive I would have given them a 4.5

We go there every now and then. Except the staff forget to serve us coffee just about every time,(happened twice in a row &amp; once before as well) the experience has been great. The place is a great place to chill out and forget about your worries. Love the ice creams and other desserts!

I usually go there once every few months, always great service and unbeatable ice cream. However, a couple of times I have been the whipped cream has been off. Last time the woman noticed and gave me a new one though!
