I recently visited "The Chocolate Boutique" and overall, it was a good experience. The place offers a variety of chocolate treats that are sure to satisfy any chocolate lover's cravings. The quality of the food was good; their chocolate creations were rich and delicious.
The service, on the other hand, was just average. While the staff was polite and attentive, there were moments when it seemed a bit slow, especially during peak hours. However, they were knowledgeable about their products and were able to provide recommendations based on preferences.
The ambiance of the boutique was cozy and inviting, with a pleasant aroma of chocolate filling the air. The presentation of their dishes was appealing, showcasing their commitment to creating visually pleasing desserts.
In conclusion, if you're in the mood for some delectable chocolate treats, "The Chocolate Boutique" is a worthwhile stop. While the service might not be exceptional, the quality of the food and the charming atmosphere make it a place worth visiting for a sweet indulgence.
Not as good as we thought it would be. The chocolate steam pudding lacked flavour. The hot fudge cake was decent. I got a dark hot chocolate submarino, both my partner and I thought it was rich in flavour whilst my partner got a milk chocolate submarino which lacked flavour. Overall while it was decent, it wasn't worth the wait.
Good location. You can find parking in nearby locations. Reasonable quality and reasonable price. Enough seating space. Staff are friendly. A bit dated and dark and need some love. But overall an interesting experience. We always struggle to find these kind of places in Auckland.
