Hands down the best eggs bene in Auckland CBD!! Food is always tasty, fresh and made with love. The owner is also super friendly and makes a mean coffee. Definitely recommend if you’re in the city!
Cute cafe up one level of a hotel. It's quite quiet, but my coffee was exceptional and presented very nicely. Would be happy to go back, they also have a few deals going on so good to check those out
I went there with my girlfriend, her family last 7th April, It has a nice atmosphere that we spend a good time together. The long black was the best for me in Auckland city. And the staff was kind to everyone, and we enjoyed our time, we’d like to come again soon.
I've been wanting to go for brunch in the city and this Cafe is one of my favourite go-to-brunch places in AKL! Oh I just love their coffee! The lovely staff who made the flat white is really good and very accommodating. Even my boyfriend enjoyed his Long Black cup (knowing how picky he is for that kind of coffee). In addition, the meal was just overwhelming for its price. I would definitely order again their Full-Up breakfast. Furthermore, the place is really good and the staff are nice. I might try their afternoon drinks one of these days.
I usually can't go anywhere and have a brunch on a weekend with family due to my weekend work.

Food quality is always fresh and delicious whatever you order. Treat yourself to the waffle . Enough for 3 people but delicious so 1 person will finish it all and worry about calories later. Go again and try the fresh lemon cake. Dont forget the burgers too. Filled with fresh veges and wholesome pattie.

Up Cafe is conveniently located in Auckland City. The staff here are incredible with equally amazing coffee and food to match. Whether it's for breakfast, lunch or for your morning coffee, this is THE place to go!
Up Café is situated within the Sebel Quay West Auckland. It is run by warm and friendly staff, who if you are dining with small children, will go out of their way to assist you. The food is excellent, and they will tailor to your kids taste buds too. I recommend the steak and the fish main meals. When you are travelling, it is a place to eat that feels like a home away from home.
The staff are very welcoming, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is great! The wait times vary between 10-15mins. There is also a bar available for afterwork drinks!
A massive thank you to Lisa, Aaron & to the amazing team at Up Cafe for making Andys 50th Birthday a memorable occasion, the buffet, the wonderful food & selection, our guests could not stop raving on about the food! You have definitely exceeded my expectations, excellent communication & easy to deal with! We had breakfast the next morning & the food was exceptional. I highly recommend this venue for their catering service & cafe for breakfast. We will definitely be returning back soon.
I have been to this cafe many times prior to the pandemic but visited again recently with a good friend for brunch. Their food and service is some of the best in Auckland and you really must try it. And their coffee is great. The location is also one of its biggest advantages with a very welcoming atmosphere. I will be going back frequently. Top marks to Lisa, Honey and their Team. 👍😀
Had an excellent mince on toast with poached eggs (std is 1 but I asked for another) breakfast on my way to jury duty at the District Court. Very nice pot of tea also.
Our first meal after arriving in NZ did not disappoint! Our party had both lunch and breakfast, everything was delicious. And the owners came out and spoke with us quite a while, giving us an amazing welcome to the country. Lovely people, space and food!
The food was absolutely wonderful, the atmosphere was lovely and although the inside seemed busy, the little lady in the front worked her butt off to make sure we were okay on our side, Kudos! Highly recommend the Eggs Benedict and contrary to the last reviews, wait time is worth. Thank you 😊😊

It's morning your family says, "we're so hungry", you know finding a "good" breakfast for a diverse family is tough in the city. Well look no further than Up Cafe. We enjoyed breakfast there and and it was on overall great experience. We booked ahead just in case. Although it was slightly busy for a Saturday morning it wasn't necessarily needed. Helpful though, we may have had to wait a few minutes at best. We were greeted with a smile and quickly seated. The staff is not many here so please be patient when waiting to order or food to arrive. The menu had several options for many of our diverse eaters and there was something for everyone. If the menu doesn't grab you, check the cabinet up front or the counter. Both had many items equally delicious. They even had scones as big as my hand, it was big, trust me. Water was delivered with our coffees (1 mocha and 1 flat white) and soon after our food arrived. It was hot and very presentable. It tasted amazing. We ordered, waffles, eggs on toast and a mince on toast. The service was quick and polite. We had a wonderful experience. So the next time your family wakes up with the hungries and you have no solutions. Give a call to the Up Cafe and book a table. I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Up Cafe & Lisa were the caterers for our Pink Ribbon 🎀 charity function today. Her menu, attention to detail n our colour of choice pink was amazing! Lisa later arrived after the function with a care “lunch” salad n spiralina drink for myself & colleague complimentary just because! That’s service, devine food & client care. Thank you for helping towards “LUXE” Real Estate function being so successful.
Ordered their catering platters for office lunch and it was a mega hit!!! So we absolutely had to try them out in person and they did not disappoint!! Food was delicious & tasty, atmosphere warm & comfy and owner was so welcoming and friendly.
Up Cafe is my go to whenever I am in the city! I bring my friends here, catch up for lunch and drive in from West for brunch on weekends sometimes too! Lisa and the Team are amazing, so welcoming. The vibe of the cafe is very chill. The FOOD! Amazing, delicious, quality food - massive servings too so real value for money. I highly recommend going here - these are only a few of the photos ive taken - I love the Creamy Mushrooms or the waffles, the Caesar salad is amazing - in fact the whole menu is a vibe! If you have never been, you should go! Support local.
