A great place to get some beers with friends a meet a lot of people. On Wednesday the beer is $4 so perfect to party.

Great little student/backpacker bar. Happy hour is very cheap with a good selection of drinks. Food is basic but cheap (NZ$10 for a 9 inch pizza or beef nachos). Great value for money.

Cheap drink at happy hour! Busy with good atmosphere. Music tends to be a little too loud which makes convos harder.
Literally the bar101 for non first years. It’s worth the price (free) and when it’s not plagued with creepy old men it’s not too bad. It would be better if they didn’t play the entire song from start to finish but beggars can’t be choosers (literally) and also why are you playing crazy frog we left
If you're looking for cheap beer, here's your place! Happy hour last for several hours, pitchers are 20!

Great location, awesome atmosphere, great prices! $5 specials until 7pm. Definitely the place to drink on the wharf!
