This is the first place I went to in Auckland. Haven't explored much food really, they have quite a lot of options for shots. But its the ambiance and the location that really works for me. The staff is friendly and the service is quick...What else would one ask for on a Saturday night... maybe something to nibble. . there aren't much options though.
As a poor student this place caters to ones needs perfectly, cheap beer and a good ratio of seating and standing/dancing areas. Good for starting your night.
Also appreciation shoutout to the mirror in the ladies bathroom, probably the best I've come across, really allows you readjust properly, its the little things ya know.
I'm not a clubbing person. This place is perfect, I can sit, talk, and eat while my friends dance. Try the nachos! Awesome. The price is perfectly Ok!
Hadn't been to Provedor for years, but decided to stop in for a few drinks after dinner.
Service was really friendly & engaging. There were lots of options for seating & a good dance floor. Drinks are quite reasonably priced compared to many bars in the area
If you are looking for a fancy place please skip this one and move to other bars around the warf. This place is an ultimate steal. Selected drinks ( wine, beer, whiskey) for $5 from 3pm-7pm. There are regulars that you may spot here grabbing a quick one with colleagues after work.
Been going here for almost two years, they do BBQ on Fridays and it's for free thank God for that otherwise people will be getting sloshed more often. Their Beef nachos are a Hit as well - must try.

Great location and cheap drinks is what Provedor is all about. If you are a student, wednesday nights here should be your thing. They have happy hours on Friday which is the longest in the city (you can grab drinks from 3 in the afternoon). The staff is friendly and the music is very retro. Overall, a great place to be.
Lovely bar to sit outdoors and enjoy a cold refreshing drink or wine. Lovely view as it overlooks the viaduct. This place gets pretty rowdy at night but in the day it's a laid back bar. Ive never tried their bar food so cant rate it. Seems that most people come here for drinks not food.
They have happy hour on a Saturday between 3 to 7pm. Selected drinks at $5! The happy hour red wine is really smooth and fruity. Beers include tap and bottled beers such as Heineken. Good selection for the price👍
Provedor is just a place to have a beer, listen to some music and have some fun with friends. Just don't about listening to several musical styles in a roll, go there for the party.
Everything there is cheap as can be, it is really well located, and the staff is really, really friendly.
A small but popular bar at the waterfront. Plays old skool rock n pop..nice place to unwind on weekends. For a more quiter evening go on a weekday n njoy few drinks.
A great place to get some beers with friends a meet a lot of people. On Wednesday the beer is $4 so perfect to party.

Great little student/backpacker bar. Happy hour is very cheap with a good selection of drinks. Food is basic but cheap (NZ$10 for a 9 inch pizza or beef nachos). Great value for money.

The place is really cool, the cocktails are a bit expensive (18$), but the fries are quite cheap (5$).

Cheap drink at happy hour! Busy with good atmosphere. Music tends to be a little too loud which makes convos harder.
Literally the bar101 for non first years. It’s worth the price (free) and when it’s not plagued with creepy old men it’s not too bad. It would be better if they didn’t play the entire song from start to finish but beggars can’t be choosers (literally) and also why are you playing crazy frog we left that in like 2011
