We really like this place. Food is very high quality and service was with a smile. They've looked after us well through my partners pregnancy, ensuring the food was ultra safe and also making recommendations. It was very quiet when we went but a lot of locals use this place for takeaway due to food
Great restaurant out in Te Atatu. Taste is premium 😋. Can be pricey but worth it! Somewhat generous servings.
I eat at Shahi Dawat regularly and they never fail to impress me. The curries, naans, service and speed are always great here. Support local and head to Shahi Dawat, DON'T waste your time going to Shamiana next door it really isn't worth it. They also offer a delivery service with paywave available
One of the better Indian takeout restaurants we’ve been to in NZ. The vegan, fish, chicken and beef options are all really really good. Definitely recommend.
Great food, friendly team, had special dietary requirements when I ordered online and they called to confirm how it would be and check it was okay, even making extra accommodations when I collected my order

The food quality is great - always fresh and full of flavour. Have ordered from Uber Eats several times and never been disappointed. I decided to drive out to visit their restaurant and wasn’t disappointed. Nice and clean and well kept.
Fantastic. My daughter loved the butter paneer and has already asked if we can go back. She is super fussy so very happy!

Dine in or take out. Service is great. Prices good. Parking ok. Quick. Food is always soooo nice - each dish actually tastes different unlike some other Indian restaurants.
Good variety of delicious dishes. Great waitress, prompt friendly service. Great range of vegetarian dishes. A small outdoor eating area, which is great during the warmer months.
Great food. Kids love the butter chicken (so do I). Great for takeout, dining in is okay.
Good venue. Populat for takeaways on a weekday evening. Food was delicious! Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Will definitely visit again soon.

the Best Restaurant I have been at Wellington.
