The food is such a great experience , awesome place with great music to meet with friends, great energy and very vibrant location the food is so addictive and the pisco drinks teletransport you to Chile.... ahhh noooo sorry sorry oopsy daisy I mean Peru.... well it's the same ohhh nooo I better shut up b4 I get slap.... it's a must and the customer service goes far beyond the expectations. Really recommend this trendy treat to every one . You will absolutely love it!
Best meal out that I have had in a very long time! Food was incredible and interesting and exciting, as were the staff and the cocktails and the venue! Great place. Cannot recommend more highly!
This place had good staff, they were friendly and had a good sense of humour when we joked with them. They also had good recommendation as well. I enjoyed the chicken, it was moist and succulent. Loved the casava chips, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Better than potatoe chips. The broccolini was cooked and seasoned well. The lamb was ok, I think it was too gamey for me, but my friend loved it. We ordered bread and the butter that came with it was SMOKEY! Soooo good💯💯 definitely try it.
Now this place deserves 12 out of 10 rating. Excellent service. Energetic, friendly waiters, great chef and delicious food. I love the cocktails and my fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed the Tasting menu. I'm looking forward to going back again soon. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful meal at Madame George. The staff are friendly, attentive and charismatic. My partner is dairy free so I had checked with them at the time of booking to ensure we would have enough choices. They reconfirmed this when we arrived and explained which menu choices would work for us. We picked the set menu and were delighted. They could improve on two things - substituting on the fly (ie providing oil with the bread in place of butter) and reiterating allergens at the time of the dish being served. That being said it was easily the best meal we’ve had in Auckland of late. The flavours were superb and the value for money was excellent. Will happily be back.
Went here with friends last week. We opted for the degustation menu which was really nice and unique. The Peruvian food had some very nice smoked flavours come through. Pablo looked after us very well and explained all the dishes in detail and with passion . A flavourful experience.
Came here for an early dinner. Very cute dining room. Had the potato puffs, burnt potato, chicken skewers, and octopus. The burnt potato had a base sauce made of tofu which was very interesting. Potato puffs were melt in your mouth. Now the octopus was a bit of a gamble for me as I don’t eat seafood but I thought I’d be adventurous but it didn’t turn out that well. I managed to only eat half of the tentacle. The mash and sauce were full of flavour. The waiter was amazing he actually sat down and explained the whole menu as you will notice it’s quite vague and after he realised I didn’t quite like the octopus he offered a desert which was extremely nice of him. Ended up having a chocolate sundae from MacDonald though to wash the taste of tentacles out
Awesome experience all around! Plates were beautiful, packed with flavour and never boring...we've enjoyed them to the last bite! Recommended - the cured fish with kiwifruit, the beef flank, and the yogurt with persimmon...but everything else was just as yum, including the tiny surprises from the chef that completed the dinner perfectly.
Will definitely be back for more!
Went to Madame George for the first time and had everything on that menu. I can confidently say that everything was cooked to perfection and had award winning flavours, very sensational. Service was exceptional and honestly one of the best places I've dine at this year.

Fantastic service! Pablo the manager is such a warm friendly person and him and the entire staff made us feel like we were the only patrons in the entire restaurant (it was packed to the rafters).
Took the time to explain in detail the menu, share some jokes and recommendations, and also divulge that some special ingredients are hand-foraged locally by the chef himself!

Was super excited to hit up Madame George. Lucky we scored a table outside perfect for people watching which is what you want when you are on K Road.
Food was standout! Was really looking forward to trying the cheese burger wontons which were missing from the menu but the pork cheek made up for it! Such a simple yet delicious dish!
Staff were warm and friendly and looked after us through the night without being too stuffy! And the cocktails were awesome!

Had Madame George pinned and recommended by so many people and we finally went for dinner the other day. Food is exquisite, fresh, delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and the service impeccable. Will be back soon again, for sure!

We just walk around K-road to find what we’ll have for dinner then saw this lovely place with warm & intimate ambience really inviting us, and we do not regret any seconds we spent there.
Foods from tapas, main & dessert all are beautiful & well present. I never taste quinoa can be cooked that good.
Their cocktails was top notch, all is yum, even the quality of ice cubes so amazingly crystal clear.
We wont forget the amazing dining experience & service from the friendly owner Pablo & as well our server Jocelyn, she is lovely lady with beautiful smile!

Had the most amazing day here doing a private cocktail class to celebrate a hens. Enjoyed a glass of bubbly on arrival. Jess, Nathan and Pablo was so accomodating to all of us (group of 11). Jess and Nathan were also very knowledgeable and made the experience so much fun. Not only was it a great experience but the cocktails were incredibly delicious!! We also were able to have their yummy snacks. Would highly recommend!! Can’t wait to come back soon!
We had an absolutely wonderful anniversary dinner here. we were seated on the private dining side, which just meant we were in a quieter part compared to the 'bar/outdoor' seating, which was lovely as it was a special occasion. Pablo (the owner!) was our waiter which I thought was an incredibly lovely and personal touch. He was hilarious, spend time with you, told the story of how Madam George came about. As an aucklander I loved hearing about the restaurants roots. Food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely go back and take friends and family. Was a lovely night.

Dined here Saturday. Forgot to take photos because I was too busy inhaling everything. Excellent food, amazing cocktails, fun wines and exceptional service from Pablo and the team. We tried everything and even the slightly fussier of those among our party were happily eating ceviche because it was top notch. I would recommend letting the staff take care of the ordering for you while you work your way through the cocktail menu.
