I was bit skeptical initially to go to this place as this place has extreme mixed reviews . But then I thought, I should it a go. And I am so glad I tried it. No other kebab place fills your kebabs with so much of falafel. The veges were super crisp and fresh. Total value for money at $8. It’s my new fav place. Must try!!!!
The customer service here is always great, the staff are so lovely. Have been here on 2 occasions, the first ordering a lamb burger that was delicious as I was hungry... just a little bit on the salty side! The second time ordered the meat deluxe pizza, which was crispy and fresh! Could’ve done with a little more sauce but this and chips did well to serve 2 plus a little left over for a snack later. Would recommend for a late night feed!
Been here a few times, the chips are amazing as are the falafel kebabs. Quite reasonably priced for centre of town. This place is always busy at night.
Absolutely amazing. The guys there are super friendly and provide amazing customer service on top of serving amazing food. I come here way too often and this has become my all time favourite kebab joint. Their lamb on rice or lamb kebab is simply heaven, those $5 dry kebabs ain't got nothing on them. Their salad is also super fresh and they do amazing fries to order. They also have the best hummus I have ever tasted which goes perfectly on the lamb on rice. I've been coming here for half a year now and I always forget to take pictures but trust me this photo does not do their food justice. They also open late which is amazing. Please try them out whether you have or haven't tried kebabs because they know what they are doing.

Not a great fan of falafel's, but the ones served here were a bit better. Ambience was nice but would like to see more than two sauces offered. Ticks for cleainess and staffs.
When ever I think about any kebab shop to buy my food I never had the best option rather than ''KEBAB TIMES''. For me this is one of the finest shop in the city center for the best kebabs. I have never seen such a wonderful and great customer service all over the Auckland in any food court starting from the greeting to till farewell.

I would say that "Kebab time" is the best kebab shop in Auckland. They provide delicious and healthy options with fresh salads followed by marvelous hospitality.
The staff are always friendly and ready to help always providing fast service. It is good to see people serving with a smile.

Visited them to try their pizza. So ordered supreme chicken pizza xl size with 3 sauces on it (mayo, tartare and hot chilli) you can choose sauces. Honestly, they added too much sauce on the pizza which ruined the taste of pizza. Their pizza base was bit different from the normal bases we get at other places. Quantity was good. Staff was very kind and friendly. They serve halal. Thank you.
Perfect tastes overall. Amazing fried chicken and brilliant lamb kebab. Kebab Time clearly illustrate their great cuisine in it’s delicious standard.
Five stars for what it is. It's not the best tasting kebab. But it's pretty damn cheap, and it's really good considering the price. Impressive value. They do a decent meat on chips (aka HSP) and dont mind getting saucy with it. I asked them to double down on the sauce and they were happy to do so, no extra charge.
The eating area is a bit shabby, totally tired, but it fits in with the neighborhood. It's a dirty ol kebab shop, serving all walks of life at all hours of the day. Get in there and get your feed on!!!
Avoid the male employee that look like he is not paying attention to you as much as possible (he often have earphone on, or seem to be doing other things), he never add the sauce on your order even if you double ask him to do it. Always open the package of your order to check if the sauce is included and request it if it isn't there. There is an another male employee from my memory and he is quite alright with your order.
The female employee is a sweetheart however, she always remember what you are ordering and even keep your order on the side for you if you want to pick it up later, she even remember your favorite orders if you are a regular customer.
The menu in the store is sadly no longer "accurate" as some dishes are no longer served. My guess is that like many businesses, the constant lockdowns have impacted this restaurant, however, the remaining dishes (especially the chicken) are very good quality.
I am a regular weekly customer and thoroughly enjoy the experience. The lady that serves me always remember my order making sure I get what I want. She is sincerely glad to see me, I always feel welcome. The food quality and quantity is excellent, great value. 100%
