Food is always good here, but sometimes the smoothie bowls are a little too cold and you get brain freeze which is never ideal with breakfast! The staff are always lovely and the food can always be altered for nearly every dietary requirements.
Had the açai bowl takeout. I really enjoyed it actually! There were different textures and flavours from the toppings (banana, granola, coconut shavings, freeze-dried raspberries, chia seeds and hemp seeds). Think that the toppings change from time to time.
The açai base was not overpoweringly sweet. The staff seemed really nice too ☺️

Best cafe in Auckland hands down. Jay is the man. Love the vibe and everything he does. Such a creative friendly space with perfect food and coffee. The coffee; oh my! Can’t get better. Friendly for all. His acia bowls are the best I’ve ever had and I have had a lot!! A must visit (x100000!)
Delicious coffee and awesome food options. A touch pricey (but well worth it) and the service can be a bit slower, but I don’t consider this a negative. Nice to get an enforced timeout in this mad world!

Nice coffee and food. Would like to give this place more but they never seem to honour the correct opening hours when my friends and I wish to go there.
Like today, an hour and a half after they are meant to be open, still closed up!

We love coming here! The coffee is always fantastic and we are especially fond of the chicken, avo and pesto sandwich. The only thing I would say is that if you're wanting drinks that aren't coffee or food to takeaway in a hurry then you might be disappointed it can take quite a while. We have often had quite a wait for takeaway coffee or food. Other than that it's fab and we will be back
Fresh healthy delicious food! I love coming here. The atmosphere is great and the food just as good!Love that their dessert treats are healthy and taste as good as they look! I have never ordered anything that didn't live up to expectation. Coffee is made with pride and the range of teas is impressive. Definitely worth a visit. You'll be back for sure.
What's not to love? Fresh, bright, full of nice people, with incredibly excellent delicious ethical and healthy food and coffee.
Try the nut milk or the fresh ginger bars or the sourdough bread.
Great little cafe and atmosphere and great coffee and freshly baked bread so yum.

A cute little cafe in Birkenhead. Food prices are little expensive However taste s amazing everything we ordered. Iced coffee, baked veggie salad and raw carrot cake are all incredible!
Love Manna cafe beside Jets for our morning coffee after a gym workout. Lovely spot to sit in the sunshine outside - dog friendly also. Jay is fantastic - great customer service, knows all his regulars. Lovely vibe inside with amazing plants and nick knacks to purchase as well as yummy eats. Come on in and check it out.
Cute little cafe and store! Great coffee and a few places to sit inside & outside. Cabinet food, desserts & baked goods. I also think they have a breakfast/brunch menu (potentially only Friday/saturdays??) loved it !
I was in Auckland and needed a Laundromat, so off I toddler to the nearest one I had a card for. Popped the machine on and wandered outside to play games on my phone and wait the half hour.
But then I spied this wee shop that advertised bread, and other stuff.
I thought fresh bread sounded nice so I wandered down to have a look.
There was bread, and rolls and a cabinet of yummy things to look at, so I looked. And there were these lovely wee glass jars of Mousse! Ohhh, instant attraction from every pore. The one on the left didn't look like caramel, so I asked the flavor. "Banoffee'" and I was sold!!!
I was offered a spoon, yes please, and I went back to the car with a big square of brownie and this Mousse. I didn't scoff it, I savored every moment of every mouthful and I'm going back for more!!
A lovely cafe owned and staffed by the loveliest people. We enjoyed a great coffee and cabinet food lunch, and the owner was very knowledgeable about the plants we asked about. Bought two of those at a bargain price, too! Highly recommend this cafe.
Coffee has consistently been amazing each time I've been here, and I haven't had the chance to try any savouries get but they lo amazing!

Update: They have the best french pastries I could find in Auckland (that pain aux raisins was divine!!!!) This lil coffee and bread shop was recommended by locals, and it did not disappoint, not only food and drinks are great, they have such a nice greenery atmosphère inside, cute lil shop items and they have Wifi!!!! I was able to get some work done on the computer on of of the sunny outside tables while sipping on my flat white! Glorious thanks for the great service too

This is a cute little cafe! We had beautiful hot chocolate and mocha. The staff there are so nice too. Lovely warm atmosphere inside, nice and cosy on a cold day <3
