Had a lovely breakfast. We ordered the fish wjth poached egg and the breakfast bowl which included a poached egg, avocado, crumbed chorizo, polenta cubes. Very filling but healthy and light.

Breakfast here is phenomenal. Very impressed with both meals we had. Diverse flavors, well presented, unique options. Seemed a tad pricey but more than worth it, very fresh with attention to detail, portion size is generous as well. Very pleased we stopped by, best breakfast I've had in a long time.

My friend and I went here for breakfast. We were greeted with a smile by a lovely young man, I think he was the manager. It was such a pleasant experience. I had the herbed mushroom breakfast and it was a 10/10! Great hospitality, food and service. Can’t wait to return. Thank you!

We waited for quite some time but the food were incredibly delicious. Very flavorful and quite big portions. We were so full at the end. Definitely going back to try out the other dishes! :)

My friend and I found with recommendation via Google. The locale has a comfortable atmosphere, though a touch loud. The food was quite tasty and flexible as I’m Vegetarian. I had their Breakfast Burrito substituting mushrooms for the chorizo; and she got the Tuna Tacos...yummy!

Good food! The buffalo chicken lunch dish was quite stingy with the chicken, but the lamb one was generous, so a bit of a consistency issue here but overall good. If you want to go out and eat clean, the lunch menu has quite a few options 💪

Great food and great service, we each had different meals and they were all very tasty and filling. Nice environment with well sheltered outdoor tables and unobtrusive but large and clear tvs around.

We had the Hoisin Pulled Pork pancake with Asian slaw, tempura fish and a shared Apple Strudel Cheesecake to finish. Add in a couple of flat whites, the all up cost of $77 was very reasonable. Pulled pork was melt in the mouth, loved the Asian slaw. Fish and fries w slaw were tasty and both meals were good sized helpings. Apple Strudel Cheesecake was a standout!
Lovely venue with original local artwork on the walls.
Easy parking and nearby shops to stroll around afterwards.

Has been a while, but spent a lot of Fridays here with old friends reminiscing over their lives. <br/>Excellent coffees, great morning/ brunch food and always affable staff. Great at this tome of day before lunch when lots of locals and business types arrive. Ample parking near door for ability challenged and aged. <br/>Great and enjoyed the odd Sunday outing too. Recommended.

The plan for this Sunday was: visiting Clevedon Village farmers' market & having lunch at Turanga Creek. Unfortunately, Turanga Creek Vineyard was temporarily closed until September - this should have been noted on its page at Zomato - & we then had lunch at Lime Tree Cafe instead. I had the steak sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mushroom sauce & fries; my wife had a hash stack with eggs & mushrooms. The hash stack was good, I was told, but my steak was terribly over-cooked & tough. The coffees were good. <br/>(Food - 2.5/5; Service - 3/5; Ambience - 3.5/5)<br/>Visited on 22 July 2018

The choices are too limited...literally nothing to choose for lunch... the should really improve their menu and bring in more choices. <br/>The service was good though.

Nice and cozy place by the little creek. If you come on a bright sunny day it would be the nature's retreat. <br/>Walk in and feel yourself at home garden atmosphere. Friendly service, nice coffee and brunch offers such a nice conversation start. <br/><br/>Try the mushroom on toast, quiche and dessert you wouldn't regret.<br/>And also the dessert in cabinet, lots of choices.<br/><br/>Do enjoy the lovely country cottage feeling and bring someone special to stop by. visiting whitford area.

Came for lunch and ordered bacon and eggs and 3 toasties with coffee. Coffee arrived after 10 minutes but the food was nowhere in sight after 45 minutes. Last straw was seeing patrons who came after us being served. Decided not to wait any longer and left.

Lovely outdoor seating which is dog friendly, it looks out to a river and open grass area. We had a yummy berry smoothie to go with loaded wedges and pancakes. The wedges were really nice and crunchy, pancakes were nothing more than homemade ones. They were rather thin and dry

Just had one of the worst cafe and service experiences ever! Ordered pancakes at 8.30am on a Saturday morning and the guy from the kitchen yells out that he can't do them because they were OUT OF FLOUR. Anyone who lives in Whitford knows that there is a corner store that sells flour 50m away. To top it off the takeaway smoothie I asked for came in a glass not takeaway...just seemed like they didn't care at all. Such a shame because the location is nice and some other breakfasts I've had have been good.

It's a nice cafe hidden in Whitford. Great place for family/friends gathering if you have kids as there are lots of outdoor area for kids to run around. But the food was just average, nothing too spectacular.

Hi,Well we had lunch/brunch, you will possibly recall our visit as I was the last to arrive,late! and got a round of applause!! It just got better, great food, awesome coffee and brilliant staff. Definitely on my list of cafes to revisit in the future, look forward to sitting outside in the kinder weather, lovely setting.Thanks again, we all thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Beautiful little cafe hidden in Whitford south Auckland. Quiet, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Child friendly, and super helpful staff. Food is always incredible, and never skimp on portion sizes. To top things of their specialty hot drinks are a brunch must have. From butterscotch to white chocolate lattes or just a good honest coffee. A lovely Sunday morning go to with my partner.

The cafe was quiet when we got there. It had a nice outdoor area and kids playing area. The staff was friendly when I ordered. We had bacon&egg pie, salmon&asparagus quiche and ice coffee. Overall the food was pleasant, it had a very homemade feel to it. The ice coffee had a strong coffee taste but not cold enough.

I took my Mum (50+) and daughter (18mths) here last weekend, it was not extremely busy, no queue to order, yet 80% of tables occupied. I thought the facilities were good for a small child with a big plastic play equipment outside and books and toys inside - my main reason for giving this place a go! However, we waited over 1 hour for our food, definitely not ideal with a young one! I approached one of the staff saying it was 'coming up to an hour since we ordered', they asked the kitchen staff about our food and I was then told by the kitchen staff, 'it's actually only been 49 minutes and will be approx 10 minutes away". I felt this was very rude and waited 20 minutes for a very basic meal to arrive. I would not return even for coffee, as this too took 15-20 minutes from ordering. And stick to the chains - Sierra and Columbus who know what they're doing, quickly, professionally and politely!

My husband, daughter and myself frequent this lovely cafe. The staff are always welcoming and make great coffee. I love the setting and its great to get away from it all and enjoy the peace. <br/><br/>Perhaps the only recommendation is new seating outside as the seats are looking a little tired.

Went here for my birthday brunch with my Mum and sister and had some of the best pancakes I've ever had! Came with ice cream, maple syrup and berries - which is my absolute favourite combination. My sister really enjoyed them too.<br/>Mum got a ham, cheese and mushroom toasted sandwich that was delicious and we all got hot drinks - cappucino and hot chocolates. <br/>The hot chocolates were so good! Perfect temperature, deliciously chocolatey and overall awesome. Definitely not like the ones we get elsewhere that taste more like hot water than anything else. <br/>Really impressed with this place and would definitely go back. Great service, great food, great location.
