My wife and I enjoyed the food here last week sharing the creamy mushroom dish and the chicken noodle dish from the cabinet. No need for washing our dishes as they were thoroughly cleaned to the point of purity ! A busy lace which reflected the quality and service . We’ll eat again don’t know when but I am sure it will be soon !
Loved the lamb burger, juicy and nicely complemented with caramelised onions & different sauces! The cajun chicken sandwich was also yummy & filling.
Friendly service and we loved the food. I had the chicken salad, so delicious and loved the crispy noodles on top. Partner had the calamari and prawn salad, seafood cooked well and heaps of it. Will definitely be back!

This is by far my favourite cafe in mairangi bay!!!! Food is always so good and we never have to wait to long. Service is so awesome such friendly staff. Also food is all good prices. I recomend the bacon and scallop salad and the bacon and avo burger! My favvs

In a sunny afternoon, I walked in this new area, in the hope of finding some cozy place for a coffee.
Then the sign by the garden captured my vision, pointing directly to this Cafe, meaning, this might be the One...
People-friendly environment that anyone can just walk in, wander around, take a peek, enjoy his time in front of the counter for dessert, coffee or just for a sweet thought.
There I was. Right by the counter, smelling the freshly grounded coffee and words just came out of my mouth: An Americano, with a bit of milk please.
Then my eyes were totally attracted by the whole shelf of dessert next to me. Clearly I can tell, lemon yoghurt cake, chocolate caramel slice, passion fruit cheesecake, date scone, brownie etc. All fresh and with reasonable price. Unfortunately just had my lunch,otherwise I would throw myself into these sweet treats.
Sitting down, waiting for my coffee to come, the country-style Cafe is such a delight to your eyes and mind. At least, I enjoyed a moment just looking at the light in the ceiling.
There my coffee came. Not too strong, not too plain, just right. Not too bitter, not too sweet, just right. It is a man's work with wisdom, with experience and with enthusiasm. Take a sip, let it linger, the chocolate, creamy and a bit nutty taste was just perfect, with the afternoon sun shining to warm my heart.
Yes, I am a coffee-holic, but, why not?

Popped in on Saturday morning and loved the vibe here 😊😊 Open and great indoor-outdoor flow as well. The carrot cake here was delicious! Will try more of their cabinet food in the future. Nice place to spend a beautiful sunny morning!
We have been meaning to try Mangiamo in Mairangi Bay for some time, and finally went there today for lunch. The ordering process was slow and it took quite a while for our lunches to arrive, but the place was pretty busy with most tables occupied. The ambiance was relaxed and it was nice being able to sit outside. We went for the sweet potato Rosti eggs Florentine with bacon, and the vegetarian omelette with spinach, mushrooms, feta and sun-dried tomatoes, accompanied by wholemeal toast. The Spanish style omelette had well balanced flavours and tasted delicious. The sweet potato rosti was full of flavour, accompanied by two poached eggs, spinach and a generous serving of very tasty bacon. Both dishes were well presented, ample for a lunch, good value for money, and delicious. The menu offers a fair range of options and there is a good selection of dishes available in the cabinet. We will be back to sample other dishes.
Wonderful little delicatessen. I had the Bacon and spinach penne. It was delicious! Great staff, great location for a sunny day. My only nagtive woyld be that i had a wobbly table! =)
Excellent management response very impressed Lovely coffee. Great enviroment with lots of seating. Will definitley be back to try their panini. Look forward to it.
Was not too sure about what to order as there was a wide range of dishes to select from. I ordered the fettuccine with chicken, another ordered the chicken, avocado and bacon burger which came with chips and another order the Mangiamo all day breakfast which came with slices of bacon, 2x sausages, 1 potato corquett? mushrooms, tomatoes and 2 slices of toast. I thoroughly enjoyed my fettuccine and it was filled with plenty of chicken and mushrooms with a rich creamy garlic sauce. Would I go back again, most definitely I paid $15.90 for mine and it was worth it. Everyone else enjoyed theirs too.

A love quiet but popular spot for locals. It feels like a place that is part of so many people's morning routine. The staff are lovely, always endeavour to remember my coffee order even though it is weeks between drinks. Always a smile and a warm welcome.

Keto Chicken Pie was beautiful, tasty and had good veges - well cooked.
I chose a peanut butter, banana and avo smoothie which was nice and not overpowering taste although I possibly should have chosen something with a fresher flavour to follow the pie.
All in all I am glad I called in here for this meal.

As a staff I must say that we have a wonderful team, and the food is so delicious cz I rarely saw anyone left sth in the plate. The coffee also nice, this is the real local cafe in mairangi bay. You can't imagine that our chef works in this cafe all more than 10 years, I don't think any cafe here can compete.
This is a nice clean cafe set in mairangi Bay. I have ordered eggs benedict and a mocha. Eggs benedict is very hard to get wrong. However, I was very impressed with the mocha. For me, it's always hard to get the balance in mocha right. This had however the perfect blend between the coffee and the chocolate. I would definitely be coming back for more.

Nice atmosphere. I had the Summer chicken salad and my friend had the lamb burger. They were both very nice but slightly more expensive than I expected. I would go back though.
Food is always fresh, nicely presented and value for money. Staff are pleasant a d helpful and there's good seating inside and out.

Absolute gem of a cafe in Mairangi Bay. Lovely Allpress coffees made by the wonderful barista Ryan. Food (both cabinet and kitchen), always delicious. Try the berry or the savoury muffin if you’re after a quick bite with your coffee. They also make a great eggs bene and big breakfast.
