Fantastic food. My favourites are Nasi Gorang, if you’re brave ask for it extra, extra hot, or, if you’re bored with lunch bar lunches, try the A1 Jumbo burger. It’s all you need for lunch at under $10.00

Excellent service with a smile. Food cooked to perfection. Obviously they change their oil regularly and have it at the right temperature. Crispy chips, great tasting fish. Will definately be coming back again.
My favourite takeaway in Auckland. It's rich takeaway food but presented with elements of finesse often lacking in the chip shops of NZ. It's easy to make this type of food taste good by just relying on the fat and salt content but A1 take the high road with careful attention to cooking temperatures
