Staff have gone from strangers to friends and now family. Thank you especially to Kiran, Vanshi, Praveen, and Kalyan.

A top fav pizza shop for takeaways. Great location. The best pizzas & my current best pizza recommendation is the Chicken Slingshot. I had the small ordered this time & absolutely loved it. Great combo of ingredients & cooked to perfection. Great staff, great food & menu. Amazing variety of veg non veg options available. Very good service too. Could do some improvement for the seating outside the shop for customers waiting for pickup/ eat there.

Thank you to the Manager on duty today for the exceptional customer service. We are regular customers of the Pizza Club Pakuranga…and while the service every time is good…but our interaction with the Store Manager on duty tonight was so kind and customer-focussed.

Our go to pizza joint when we feel like something comforting. We always get the chicken slingshot with the pan base, just like how Pizza Hut used to be in the 90’s.

Delicious pizza! Big range of options to choose from and the flavours are so appetising. Best to order ahead, as it can get very busy in weekends and night time. More expensive than Pizza Hut or Dominoes, but it's worth the difference, as you get plenty of toppings

Nice pizzas with a fairly large selection. The prices are based on size not toppings so you can get the right amount for any situation. They have very interesting flavours you wont find in other pizza places. Apart from the tasty savoury pizzas like the meat lovers, they also have dessert pizzas. The bases are really good and the pizza are chocka with toppings. The rainbow pizza was a bit different, a combination of cheese and chocolate. Edit: You're able to order online to save on waiting. They send an email once they are ready.

This place was nutorious for its butter chicken pizza especially for the locals but over the last 9 years it's been a throw up on if it's good or not. The last 6 pizzas I've purchased have been undercooked. Why is that? If you fix that I will change my rating. *update 27/01/21 purchased the slingshot and bbq sizzler today, they were both cooked reasonably well *visited again 22/05/2021 the food is much better and extra spicy 🔥🔥🔥 will add a star

Love the taste . Good too see some kiwi boys working in the shop . It's very good watching the workers cleaning the cutting blade often . As some other pizza shops only wipe with cloth . Top marks

No dine in, but pick up or delivery. They deliver on time. The reason for the 5 stars is for Chicken Slingshot. Our go to was the butter chicken and that is still amazing. The chicken slingshot is brilliant. It has a butter chicken sauce, but it's the addition of chillis amongst other veges that makes it worth while. It has a kick so be warned if you can't take spicy this isn't for you. Oh it also has pineapple....yes it belongs and it works with the spicy.

I try the pizzas of pizza club, me and my friends all like the pizza’s alot. Kiran and Vanshi both are very nice and friendly. We always get excited to eat pizza and its fabulous. Pizza club is best and number one in pizza industry.

Excellent pan pizza with a crispy base and plenty of cheese. The butter paneer pizza is excellent, and the hawaiian is good (what are the meat hunks on it? lol). Heaps of toppings both. Great service as well, even accommodating pickup with a sleeping baby!

Kiran provided excellent customer service to my family and I. She has great communication skills, re-checked with me about my order as I got my pick up time wrong, and even provided really good advice on questions I had. Thank you Kiran, you are an absolute asset to the team. Cheers!!

Butter chicken pizza is amazing worth the trip alone. Plus the other 40 odd flavors they have. Also they are Halal.

People are working there are really great and ready to listen your request any time. Othere than that food is undoubtedly fabulously taste 😋 its like i can eat every day

I am agree with all the good comments! Even the small pizza $13 it is quite large portion. Slingshot Chicken and Butter Chicken are their famous pizzas, but I do liked their other choices too. They open until 10.30 pm and (12 am for Thursday, Friday and Saturday) !

Our favorite takeaways pizza. It’s not your normal kind of pizza. They offered Indian flavored pizza, such as butter chicken, tandoori chicken, and paneer. Tasted surprisingly good. The zinga prawn is our favorite, but we always love to try other flavor as well.

Very bad service Pakuranga pizza. Burnt pizza for dinner is not pleasant. Instead of arguing listen to ur customers. First waiting for 30 minutes and dan it was not hot. Burnt n horrible to taste. <br/>

Love their pizzas. There is a lot of topping, interesting flavours (tropical chicken and butter chicken are my favourites), thick and wholesome dough base that is crunchy but soft at the same time. It's well worth the price because just 2 slices filled me up quite a lot, and between 3 of us, 1 large pizza was enough.

This used to be the best pizza in the neighbourhood, wee always order the butter chick pizza and the salmon n feta. We brought some today, but was really disappointed!!!! There were so many fish bones in the salmon! The picture shows the bones we found in just 1 slice of pizza!!!! Our son- almost 3 was literally chocking on the bones!!! Would never go there again!

We usually opt for the tandoori or butter chicken pizza which are both delicious but we decided to go light on this particular order. Got the cool banana dessert pizza - who knew cheese, honey and bananas made such a good combination. The crispy crust also needs to be credited as it crisper than most of the other pizza joints. Tried desi fries for the first time - if you enjoy Indian spice, you will definitely enjoy this like we did.

The OG of butter chicken pizza. The original Pakuranga pizza. Can never come here with ordering the butter chicken pizza. But they are all delicious. Not to much topping and the crust is soooooo good.

Delicious pizzas, however recently the prices have gone up and quality went down. I always order the chicken slingshot pizza which i think is their best flavour. It used to always be perfect however in my most recent order the crust was underbaked and doughy, i could still taste the yeast. Dissappointing considering their increase in prices. However service is always good.

I am a regular customer of Pizza club Pakuranga. I am liking their pizzas a lot. But today , it was my first time when I placed an order for delivery. The staff member who picked the call told me that if I was some butter sauce with vegetarian stringer pizza then I have to pay extra $2. I was very disappointed because I never had to pay for some extra sauce whenever I have purchased a pizza. Secondly, the staff member told me, that the delivery will be made if I will place an order of minimum $30. So, I had to cancel my order. So I just want to know whether this information I have received from the staff is true?

This used to be the best around. Now it’s part of the pizza club the quality has dropped. Sitting in bed a few hours later with a queazy stomach from a pizza that just tastes and felt too oily going down. Major regret

Have been to both the Pakuranga and Avondale branches for takeaways many times! The pizzas have always been outstanding. My favourites are the butter panner, prawns zinga and chicken tropical. Taste is superb and good sizes. I felt the price was a bit on the higher side but the pizzas still seem to be really popular and in great demand! The bread is nice and soft with a crisp crust and the toppings are fresh, varied and colourful. Definitely better value than a lot of the one-dimensional pizzas from other places.

Tasty pizza for the price. Keep in mind the way they make the pizzas is quite oily. One of the few places where you can get a decently spicy (nothing insane) pizza should you want it.

Takeaways ordered. Butter Chicken Tandoori Chicken & Chipotle. We’re picked up & we had the most delicious pizzas in a really long time. Each flavour is awesome. For me the butter chicken was the best followed by the tandoori & then the chipotle. To each his own preference of course. Most amazing creations I must compliment the chefs they have been doing an amazing culinary perfection creation. I have been tasting their pizzas for a really long time & can certainly say if anything they are positively innovating & improving through the years. Good on you team your pizzas rank way higher than any other brands I know of. As I shall add, fine even till the very end of the last crust. So happy to have had the culinary pleasure of meeting (&eating) your pizzas.

Pakuranga Pizza has quickly become my favorite pizza place in Auckland and the first brand that comes to mind when the discussion of good pizza comes up.<br/><br/>To me there are two key factors which make Pakuranga Pizza's signature pies great.  The first thing to notice is there is an abundance of cheese, sauce and most importantly meat atop the pizzas which blend perfectly causing a burst of flavors.  The base/crust is also sinfully delicious.  It's just the right thickness, being thin enough to not be overpowering but thick enough to support the pizza's bountiful toppings.  There is also a firm, crispiness to it, which I believe is a result of the pizzas being baked in a butter coated pan.  It should therefore go without saying that the pizzas are quite oily which could be a good or bad thing depending on which side of the fence you stand on. <br/><br/>Another key strength I found was the store runners embraced their Indian roots and incorporate their knowledge of spices to not only create some interesting concepts but execute them perfectly as well.  I wasn't too excited by the basic offerings but the spice-oriented flavors really impressed me.  <br/><br/>Recommend: Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken, Chicken Chipotle<br/>Also tried: Margherita, Vege Slingshot, Italian, Hot & Spicy Beef, Chicken Peri Peri, Meat Lovers<br/>Want to try: Creamy Meat & Sausage, Chili Paneer<br/><br/>The place itself is more of a takeaway as there is a bench outside that can fit one party at the very most.  The service is prompt as they are responsive to phone calls and the delivery is always well within the timeframe they promise.  It is worth noting however, depending on how busy they are, the time of day and where you live the time it takes to get the pizza to your door can take quite a while but not often enough to act as a deterrent.  The price point might be a bit on the high side compared to the popular franchises but I think it's well worth it.<br/><br/>With bursting flavors and delectable crust, Pakuranga Pizza has become my quintessential pizza experience.  I would strongly recommend this place to anyone at least indifferent to the Italian flatbread.  You will not be disappointed.

ordered pizza online. waited 45 mins to eat extremely dry pizza with burnt toppings. peri per paneer not spicy at all. sorry guys but you need to learn from the other branch in mt. wellington. They are by far my best experience.

Good old pizza 🍕 hutt could be abit more lenient on the toppings and one time my pizza was Like kinda burnt with hardly any topping so not cool haven't been back since sorry felt abit ripped off there mate<br/>

We always get Butter Chicken pizza as it’s our favourite. No other pizza joint tops this one. We’ve recently tried their beef lasagne and chicken fettuccine- super delicious! If you’ve never tried this place then you have to!!!

When it comes to Butter Chicken pizza, pakuranga pizza will always be the BEST! Do know that its better to get a combo or a deal here because it is pricey for a pizza. Also, this place will always be crowded so be prepared. They have another branch in the city called The Pizza Club but this is so much better. Its busy and loud but so worth it.

Massive pizzas, taste great! I am one for traditional pizzas so absolutely love the Hawaiian and the Meat Lovers! Tried the Apricot Chicken and really enjoyed that too - was very enjoyable! Staff are very friendly too which makes it so much better!

Great range of pizzas which were all cooked perfectly and full of flavour. Was our first time here after having it recommended and we were not disappointed. We'll probably not order pizza elsewhere again.

Was in the area and popped into this branch for my favourite pizzas, butter chicken, creamy chicken and I tried the spicy garlic bread. The pizzas were excellent as usual but I found the garlic bread to be ok, it has some cheese, onions, jalapenos and some sort of hot sauce in it. Nice but not on the same level as the pizzas, will probably stick with the cheese garlic bread. I found these guys to be friendlier than the other branches too.

The classic butter chicken pizza is definitely a signature pizza, but pak pizza has so much more to offer in terms of a range for all tastes. All the pizzas have an amazing crust and are made fairly fast considering the amount of orders that come through. Not surprised they have expanded so much.

Pakuranga pizza is the best pizza of all time. This is seriously a family classic. The amount of times I've ordered pizza from here is crazy and it's always consistent every time. <br/>I've tried so many of their pizzas and the chicken slingshot (without pineapple) is the best by far. I've also tried their creamy chicken, butterchicken, chicken tandoori and butter paneer. All seriously so delicious and so filling (I get full off 2 slices). <br/>It is expensive but totally worth it. <br/><br/>

I still have yet to see any other pizza beat this one in Pakuranga. Beast mode slices with plenty of fillings to overload that bite. I highly recommend this Pizza spot. I ordered the butter chicken pizza and oh my goodness 😍🔥 Better than butter chicken itself I reckon. I introduced this to my mates and their favourite were the creamy chicken, and apricot chicken. The pizza here is amazing however the prices are ridiculous which is why I only order it on special occasions the pizza can be a little bit greasy but it has so much flavor and can be quite spicy

The best pizzas till date! I went for a peri peri chicken pizza & I though my stomach was full my soul was asking for more. It one of the few pizzas which was not dry or soggy but jus perfect. Chicken was actually quite juicy & had a spicy n tangy peri peri taste. I did not even feel like adding oregano or chilli flakes but jus hogged onto it straight away.

One of my local pizza places. The butter chicken pizza is so good, highly recommend. Be prepared to wait 20 plus minutes as this place is always busy! The pizzas are on the expensive side and I think they have recently increased them so expect to pay over $30 for two large pizzas. Pizzas come in small, large and maxi.

What can I say... 5 rating is earned by a seriously amazing butter chicken. Dominoes no longer gets a look in as our not so local, local overshadows their quality 10 fold. Welcome Pakuranga Pizza. Keep up the good work.

Wasn't the biggest fan of pizza growing up - but that changed when I first discovered Pakuranga Pizza 3 years ago - It's been my go to option ever since. The pizzas are amazing! They are not stinge with sauces or toppings and staff shed no fuss when wanting to to make alterations. I order the same thing everytime and make my own alterations which really ups the anti - Butter chicken pizza, no tomatoe base, extra butter chicken sauce and Cheese lovers pizza, no tomatoe base, creamy base. <br/><br/>Overall, Pakuranga Pizza is must try and with all the various flavour pizzas they offer, there is sure to be something to satisfy everyones tastebuds.

Pizzas are superb but lacking in their pasta - what I got was about 10 strands of soggy green fettuccine swimming in a box of cheese (with a few bits of bacon). I could not eat it after about three mouthfuls of cheese. A bit let down.

They have the raised the bar for pizza in my books. Had the butter chicken and slingshot pizzas. Both were sooooo good, toppings and sauces were nicely paired. Plus you can call and pick-up within 20 minutes. With great taste, they def cost more than the usual big boys. Their garlic bread was decent, nothing to shout about but heck, definitely ordering their pizzas again. One of the food Id miss when I leave Auckland :( Ignore the chicken wings and chips in my photo, those were bought elsewhere lol.

The best spicy pizza in town. Lots of flavours. I love the tandoori chicken bits. Cooked evenly with a bit of extra sauce makes its perfect. We even tried the chessy garlic bread - nice.

The new takanini store is hopeless... Ordered vegie pizza with no pineapple n mushrooms n delivery... Took them an hour n got the pizza wrong... Had my hurgry kids to feed who are allergic to pineapple.... Took them two hours to get the right pizza kids went to bed hungry.... Poor service no1 want to take any responsibility..... Whenever I crave for pizza, Pakuranga pizza is my favourite place to eat. They usually do home delivery and takeaways, as there is not much place to sit there and eat. I've tried butter chicken, butter paneer, chilli planner and Thai paneer pizza. My favourite is chilli planner- it has right amount of spices and sweetness. I find the butter chicken flavour too sweet. I never imagined that these Indian dishes could be toppings for pizza's. Haha! :D <br/>Overall I love their pizza's and one should definitely try them. :)

It's difficult to find a pizza place whose toppings, base, and price are exactly what suits one's tastes exactly, but now I have to look no further. The Pakuranga Pizza not only have a huge selection that can cater to simple toppings, the very loaded, or plenty of vegetarian options, but the toppings are distinguishable from the others and not overwhelmingly salty, one crucial aspect that a lot of pizzas lack. All of that on top of a thick, yeasty base that is chewy and crispy on the outside, and so flavourful I'm happy just to eat the crust.<br/><br/>An excellent place for a great pizza takeaway. Away with the chain stores, I think I've found my ideal neighbourhood place.

Love it!! Best pizza ever. Dreamy bases topped with the best toppings ever - makes the Indian in me very bery happy. Their chilli chicken pizza is really hot but delicious. We also love the minced meat one. Their fries are average. They do good deals if ordering more than a few pizzas by throwing in a free drink or something. Hate their delivery policy which charges 8$ no matter how close you may be.

Consistency is key if you're looking to open chain restaurants, so fluctuating prices is definitely a no-no.<br/>Looking past the menu prices, the standard of food is exactly as expected. You would be hard-pressed to find a tastier pizza than those created at any of the Pizza Club (Pakuranga Pizza) stores. There is a reason we haven't touched any other pizza joints since I introduced my girlfriend to PC.<br/><br/>Little tummy: As always, PC's chicken slingshot was everything you could want in a pizza. Loaded with toppings and bursting with flavour, the pizzas at PC are the perfect answer to any pizza craving.

The tastiest pizza's in Auckland I have ever had! My two go-to toppings are the butter chicken and apricot chicken! They never disappoint. Their service is very fast and the quality is just too good! Not your ordinary pizza! A+ from me :) Highly recommend.

Pakuranga pizza does the absolute best pizzas in Auckland hands down. <br/><br/>Although 'the pizza club' is popping up all over the place, I find they don't quite compare to the original. Service here is good - very efficient and friendly. <br/><br/>I absolutely love the chicken slingshot - which is basically the butter chicken pizza the world raves about with the addition of Peri peri sauce. Yum! I'd also recommend the creamy chicken and bacon!!! It's chunky toppings with a great amount of cheese. :-)

What a find. A great pizza place with a large selection (including vegetarian options) and interesting, different choices like Indian style pizzas. My son had the meat lovers and he said that the toppings were generous and yummy.

It has been a week.i got a chance to go there.I had ordered one vegetable paneer pizza and second one was chicken pizza.Both pizzas were really amazing and spicy as well.We took potatoes too along with garlic bread,those were delicious too.Highly recommended

After eating here countless times it's still my go to if I'm in the mood for pizza!<br/><br/>They're super generous with the toppings, and the prices also very reasonable for what you get. I prefer to go for their special pizzas rather than classic flavours you find elsewhere, mostly because they're so damn good! The butter chicken pizza is my absolute favourite, with the creamy chicken coming a close second. <br/><br/>I've never waited more than 20mins for an order - and I also love that they've franchised the pizza club now, so butter chicken pizza is never too far away ;)

Grabbed some pizza's for takeaway for dinner recently. We tried the butter chicken pizza and a hot and sour pizza (not on the menu). Prefer totos. The pizza dough was light and crispy but not dense enough for my tastes which meant it missed that nice chewy texture that makes great pizza.<br/><br/>The butter chicken was too sweet for my tastes but the hot and sour was nice. It was a mix of tandoori and chilli chicken. Decent but at $16 a pizza, not the cheapest or best on the block.

This is a fantastic pizza place - a roaring fusion of Italian and Indian - El Classico. The ambience is typical of a takeaway. The staff is communicative and accommodative. Will go again. Highly recommended.

Some of the tastiest pizza around. The choices are immense. We had a tandori chicken pizza. The staff are incredibly friendly. The pizza base was crispy on the bottom but not chewy like deep pan pizzas usually are. This pizza ranks up there with Toto's. A small pizza is $12 and is good for one person (or two little ones). I would easily recommend this place to everyone.

Tonight I decided to get take away pizza for dinner. The last time I ate pizza from here was almost 5 years ago!! I always had memories of the butter chicken pizza tasting good so I decided to order 2 of those and a lamb pizza. The butter chicken pizza tonight matched my memory of the pizza tasting good :3 the lamb pizza was nice too! This place is usually really busy so I would recommend for you to make an order over the phone and allow 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready before pick up!

One of the very few places that I would rate a 5 on 5. If you like pizzas from hell's, dominos or the hut then Pakuranga pizza will blow your mind. Peri peri chicken is a must try.

The Sweetest Pizza ever tasted. Butter Chicken Pizza is one of the best pizza's I have ever tasted. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and the pizza is sweet and mouthwatering even a couple days later.

Great pizzas. Quick service. Indian flavoured pizzas here are the best. Others are average. My favorite is slingshot. Peri peri is average. Tandoori is too hot for me.

Have always been very satisfied with my experiences with The Pakuranga Pizza! So many different flavours with unique toppings that are so delicious. Decent prices for what you get and the crust on the pizzas just makes them that much better. Tandoori chicken pizza is a must every time I visit!

Great pizza place <br/><br/>I went off pizza for a while then we discovered Pakuranga Pizza when we moved out to the suburbs <br/><br/>The flavours are good and the pizza is filling after 2-3 pieces <br/><br/>We recommend the butter chicken, you would imagine a pizza base with sauce all over but it's not. The chicken has been marinated and is held together with a cheese layer. <br/><br/>We have tried other flavours but butter chicken is a must

Heard about this place a few times from work mates. First impression, quite pricey but worth a change from the usual outlets. Infact, vegetarians  can feel spoilt for choice. We tried the small pizza deal. Disappointed that did't get a thin crust base option. The customer service was good and my pizza was available within the time frame promised. Quite excited to try it !!. It was thick base, generous topping, crispy on top and overall felt good. Both the pizzas were quite hot to handle more than a few slices. The wedges were really good. <br/>If I am expected to shell out 15+ for a small pizza, I expected a dine and if not at least a better ambiance and waiting area. Am i going back ??... not anytime soon... but may be to try a thin crust :)

Great pizza with plenty of options on the menu. The cheese quantity on the pizzas is the perfect amount. My only criticism is that its a bit pricey.

These guys make THE most amazing pizza. Seriously. A little pricy but so worth it. My favourite pizza is the chilli chicken pizza...it's got such an authentic taste and is flavorsome. They obviously take a huge amount of pride in their pizza and make it fresh to order. Given how busy they are on a regular basis I think it speaks for themselves. We are official regulars.

I am not a pizza fan but this place produced the best I've had in awhile. Mostly because I like doughy bases and that's what they do.<br/><br/>Generous toppings and pretty prompt service, makes a nice change from other outlets.

Awesome pizza... I really love the veg pizzas they make .. the best thing is they maintain their quality every time.... they use fresh topping... I never felt that I'm eating expensive pizza. Me and my friends visit Pakuranga Pizza twice a month (I'm bit health conscious.. lol ... but would 100% recommend.

Damn good Mexican and Tandoori pizzas!<br/>Has gone on to successfully open 4 more outlets in the past 5 yrs! The toppings are very generous and the crust is nice and crispy!<br/>If you live local you go to neighboring Dominoes to feed the masses (kids and their friends when you shout)!<br/>If it's mum n dad then hold out and buy the quality pizza from here it's worth it! <br/>On the weekend it pays to phone order as the wait can be up to 3/4 of an hour in the evening

One of my favourite pizza places! Seriously loved the authentic blend of Indian flavours in the pizza making it a perfect blend of spicy and cheesy! They also have a big variety of vegetarian pizzas ( butter paneer being my favourite!). However the seating isn't too flash so I recommend takeaways.
