Love their pizzas. There is a lot of topping, interesting flavours (tropical chicken and butter chicken are my favourites), thick and wholesome dough base that is crunchy but soft at the same time. It's well worth the price because just 2 slices filled me up quite a lot, and between 3 of us, 1 large pizza was enough.
The OG of butter chicken pizza. The original Pakuranga pizza. Can never come here with ordering the butter chicken pizza. But they are all delicious. Not to much topping and the crust is soooooo good.
Delicious pizzas, however recently the prices have gone up and quality went down. I always order the chicken slingshot pizza which i think is their best flavour. It used to always be perfect however in my most recent order the crust was underbaked and doughy, i could still taste the yeast. Dissappointing considering their increase in prices. However service is always good.

Have been to both the Pakuranga and Avondale branches for takeaways many times! The pizzas have always been outstanding. My favourites are the butter panner, prawns zinga and chicken tropical. Taste is superb and good sizes. I felt the price was a bit on the higher side but the pizzas still seem to be really popular and in great demand! The bread is nice and soft with a crisp crust and the toppings are fresh, varied and colourful. Definitely better value than a lot of the one-dimensional pizzas from other places.
Tasty pizza for the price. Keep in mind the way they make the pizzas is quite oily. One of the few places where you can get a decently spicy (nothing insane) pizza should you want it.
Takeaways ordered. Butter Chicken Tandoori Chicken & Chipotle. We’re picked up & we had the most delicious pizzas in a really long time. Each flavour is awesome. For me the butter chicken was the best followed by the tandoori & then the chipotle. To each his own preference of course. Most amazing creations I must compliment the chefs they have been doing an amazing culinary perfection creation. I have been tasting their pizzas for a really long time & can certainly say if anything they are positively innovating & improving through the years. Good on you team your pizzas rank way higher than any other brands I know of. As I shall add, fine even till the very end of the last crust. So happy to have had the culinary pleasure of meeting (&eating) your pizzas.

Pakuranga Pizza has quickly become my favorite pizza place in Auckland and the first brand that comes to mind when the discussion of good pizza comes up.
To me there are two key factors which make Pakuranga Pizza's signature pies great. The first thing to notice is there is an abundance of cheese, sauce and most importantly meat atop the pizzas which blend perfectly causing a burst of flavors. The base/crust is also sinfully delicious. It's just the right thickness, being thin enough to not be overpowering but thick enough to support the pizza's bountiful toppings. There is also a firm, crispiness to it, which I believe is a result of the pizzas being baked in a butter coated pan. It should therefore go without saying that the pizzas are quite oily which could be a good or bad thing depending on which side of the fence you stand on.
Another key strength I found was the store runners embraced their Indian roots and incorporate their knowledge of spices to not only create some interesting concepts but execute them perfectly as well. I wasn't too excited by the basic offerings but the spice-oriented flavors really impressed me.
Recommend: Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken, Chicken Chipotle

The place itself is more of a takeaway as there is a bench outside that can fit one party at the very most. The service is prompt as they are responsive to phone calls and the delivery is always well within the timeframe they promise. It is worth noting however, depending on how busy they are, the time of day and where you live the time it takes to get the pizza to your door can take quite a while but not often enough to act as a deterrent. The price point might be a bit on the high side compared to the popular franchises but I think it's well worth it.
With bursting flavors and delectable crust, Pakuranga Pizza has become my quintessential pizza experience. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone at least indifferent to the Italian flatbread. You will not be disappointed.
Delicious butter chicken pizza. Love it every time. There is nothing better ! ♡ except for butter chicken on it own but that's debate able too!

A top fav pizza shop for takeaways. Great location. The best pizzas & my current best pizza recommendation is the Chicken Slingshot. I had the small ordered this time & absolutely loved it. Great combo of ingredients & cooked to perfection. Great staff, great food & menu. Amazing variety of veg non veg options available. Very good service too. Could do some improvement for the seating outside the shop for customers waiting for pickup/ eat there.

We are regular customers of the Pizza Club Pakuranga…and while the service every time is good…but our interaction with the Store Manager on duty tonight was so kind and customer-focussed.
Our go to pizza joint when we feel like something comforting. We always get the chicken slingshot with the pan base, just like how Pizza Hut used to be in the 90’s.
Delicious pizza! Big range of options to choose from and the flavours are so appetising. Best to order ahead, as it can get very busy in weekends and night time. More expensive than Pizza Hut or Dominoes, but it's worth the difference, as you get plenty of toppings
Nice pizzas with a fairly large selection. The prices are based on size not toppings so you can get the right amount for any situation. They have very interesting flavours you wont find in other pizza places. Apart from the tasty savoury pizzas like the meat lovers, they also have dessert pizzas. The bases are really good and the pizza are chocka with toppings. The rainbow pizza was a bit different, a combination of cheese and chocolate.
Edit: You're able to order online to save on waiting. They send an email once they are ready.
This place was nutorious for its butter chicken pizza especially for the locals but over the last 9 years it's been a throw up on if it's good or not. The last 6 pizzas I've purchased have been undercooked. Why is that? If you fix that I will change my rating. *update 27/01/21 purchased the slingshot and bbq sizzler today, they were both cooked reasonably well *visited again 22/05/2021 the food is much better and extra spicy 🔥🔥🔥 will add a star
Love the taste . Good too see some kiwi boys working in the shop . It's very good watching the workers cleaning the cutting blade often . As some other pizza shops only wipe with cloth . Top marks

No dine in, but pick up or delivery. They deliver on time. The reason for the 5 stars is for Chicken Slingshot. Our go to was the butter chicken and that is still amazing. The chicken slingshot is brilliant. It has a butter chicken sauce, but it's the addition of chillis amongst other veges that makes it worth while. It has a kick so be warned if you can't take spicy this isn't for you. Oh it also has pineapple....yes it belongs and it works with the spicy.
