Great cocktails, great location, and great staff!
Regularly order their almond croissant and coffee - their croissant has a stronger vanilla scent to the pastry and it is more crunchy type of croissant, the inside is lined with the stickey delicious stuff. I've also tried out their apple turnover, but there was hardly any filling and a lot of pastry and I'd rather get the almond croissant for the same value. Friendly and quick service, the lining of the packaging has a cute design.

The s’mores donut was the most delicious. The slightly melted marshmallow on top combined with the chocolate sauce was an absolute delight to have. Would definitely recommend it to people who haven’t yet celebrated national donut day with a delicious donut 😍
Convenient location, spacious and friendly staff. However, the service was slow and totally forgot to serve our doughnuts! I was a bit disappointed with their chai latte as it was tasteless as well. However, the doughnut called 'Sass' is truly a must-try. It is a salted caramel cheesecake doughnut with fudge sprinkled with raspberry. The doughnut selection looks yummy and will still visit the place to try.

I went there specifically for their donuts (which I know is supplied by doornuts) and coffee (not bad!).
A little on the pricier side, but it is attached to a hotel after all!

Custom Lane is our Go-To coffee stop before work! Perfectly situated for commuters, this little gem is located underneath the revamped mercure hotel. Making it super handy to pop in on your way to work or while your passing britomart/customs Street!
The beautiful, sleek layout means it's a great spot to chill before work with your caffeine hit. Not to mention they also stick the always incredible Doornuys Donuts... drools!
Plus!! This place just keeps getting better, as they turn into a cocktail bar in the evening!! Donuts on the way to work, cocktails on your way home... heaven!!
Strong, organic coffee with service that’s friendly and kind. Ordered long black with cream.
A blink and you miss our cafe. Coffee is comparable to any other cafe, but, for the live of God, the doughnuts are AMAZING!!!
Good cocktails at night. I especially liked the Mordor with tequila, spice and all.
Nice new cafe. Great for picking up an organic coffee on the way to work, in the way from the train to the link bus. The coffee could be a little hotter but the doughnuts look amazing!!
Walk past every day and God do I want to smash some of the delicious looking food. One day I will go and order a bunch. Great presentation and a good spot too
The artisan donuts are huge, amazing and worth $5.50! I have these once a week in the morning on my way to catch the bus
