The sour spicy and Baidu noodles were really amazing. Handmade dumplings were tasty and unique. Very friendly host came to talk to us and let me practice my Chinese to order. Big portions.

This place is absolutely lovely. The service is wonderful and the food is delicious. Love the dumplings; great filling ratio. The beef braised noodles and beef fried rice had great flavour. Will definitely be back and we highly recommend!
We popped into Baifu on a bit of a whim and in a very hungry state. The welcome was excellent, the lady greeting us was very cheery and quickly explained the menu to us, including the option to mix up our dumpling orders with half of one kind and half of another. Great way to try a variety. We all loved our food, full of flavour and well-priced. My tip is to go for the spicy sour soup with your dumplings - truly delicious and gives them an extra dimension. My new fave dumpling and noodle place in Auckland. Well done Baifu!!

I'm so glad I work around Newmarket, these are honestly the best dumplings I have in NZ, every time! My family used to make dumplings every week and Baifu just tastes like home.

Ordered the Mapo Tofu on rice and was so so good! Aromatic, spicy and the Sichuan pepper does have the numbing effect which I didn’t mind at all! I would definitely recommend this and can’t wait to try other dishes:)
Also the lady there was extremely nice that alone made me feel very welcome.
BaiFu Dumplings in Newmarket was a wonderful find for lunchtime dumplings on a Sunday afternoon. The service was exceptional as the staff was so warm and friendly and most accommodating with informing me on the different food items and making excellent recommendations.
I tried the spicy noodles extra hot with a combination of steamed pork and chives and pork and cabbage dumplings. The food was amazing and the dumplings were particularly impressive! I shall visit again without doubt. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best dumplings I've ever had in NZ! Big selection of flavours including the extremely rare lamb ones. The place is stylish and very clean. Good for family dinners out. As an added bonus they also sell frozen dumplings, so you'll never run out of goodness at home :). Totally worth a visit and highly recommended! A+++
This was an accidental find for my husband and I. It seemed like a great place to get quick bite on a wet Wednesday night. We ordered the pork and cabbage dumplings which were amazing. Their chicken and beef dishes were delicious too. It’s an authentic establishment wth homely comfort food. It’s probably has become our favourite dumpling place now. Keep up the food work guys.
Tasty dumplings! My friend ordered Lemon chicken which was well flavoured but would recommend to eat with rice or as a share dish. I ordered Bianfu Noodles, although the taste was good I didn't realise they are cold noodles so I wouldn't get them again as I prefer hot noodles! Otherwise, I would definitely eat there again, service was friendly and the restaurant was clean and presentable. Would happily dine here again. :)

This is one of the more authentic dumpling places in Auckland. The dumpling skin is not overly thick as it is in many restaurants, the filling is generous and of excellent quality, and their steamed, boiled and pan fried dumplings are all equally good. Also, their prices are much more reasonable than far inferior dumpling places and the service is great. Highly recommend.
Love it. Been a couple of times now and I really enjoy the dumplings, both in spicy soup and alone. I also really like the décor / ambience (kind of old world classy), laid back music and friendly staff. Will make this a regular lunch spot.
