Absolutely heavenly food, had the garlic cheese naan bread which stimulated my sensory apparatus to the fullest. This is food made with love! Service was great too and very welcoming
This little Indian is one of the best food places I have ordered from. The young gentleman at the counter is always super friendly and polite. The chefs in the back make some of the most delicious butter chicken, korma and mango curry I’ve tasted… That’s all so far. When the curry is hot - they have a bit of spice, but once they’ve cooled down they also have a delicious flavour. Let me tell you right now… the cheese and garlic naan is just something else. They actually put cheese inside and it is packed! Then they dose the top with a healthy helping of parsley and a drizzle of butter. Forgot a photo because they’re so yummy… And the mango lassi!!! Wow! Super creamy and delicious. Will definitely be visiting in the future.
Just amazing! been going there every Friday night for a long time now and couldn't be happier! Food is amazing, the curry is creamy and warming but yet has that zing to it. Staff are very nice too often giving extras for free too! Love the shop, just sublimely perfect!
Amazing late night service with delicious dishes as well as an extra complementary surprise...thank you! I expected ordinary food but received exceptionally delicious fresh cuisine! An intracy of complex spices you must taste. I have traveled India and have run modern Indian restaurants in NZ. Thank you RIC North Shore!

Was driving along the road looking for lunch and came across this little stall.decided to give ut a try.
If you’re looking for real authentic indian food, this is really the place to go. A little bit charred nan is normal adds a crisp to it. Biryani was exceptionally good ,rice was super fragrant and spices was on point. Lamb rogan josh was not too sweet ,i ordered spicy because we asians loveeeee spicy food and it was so much better then expected !! Really a hidden gem!
Another fantastic meal tonight from our local Curry Shop, Royal Indian Cuisine. Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Saagwala both creamy and delicious. Naan was very good too. The service is great and the staff friendly. Their Combos are a great deal.
Best Indian takeaways I'd ever had. Chicken 65 is closest to ones I tried in Chennai. Had to try the butter chicken to compares, and it was very nice. Ate it too fast to take photos. Biryany dish was also very nice. The shop is takeaways only. Website online ordering was a breeze, and it pops up for each disk asking for mild, medium, hot etc. It was ready at the time specified.
Updated: Went back a second time as the first time was so nice, and we weren't disappointed! - very yummy. We ordered Dal Makhani and Chicken Tikka Masala and a garlic naan (which has real garlic on as you can see from the photo).
I am biggest fan of Goat curry and it the hard to find one that cooks it perfectly.
This place blows my mind!
Moreover, I am not a big fan of butter chicken curry but this place has changed my mind!
The Galic Naan or the cheese Galic Naan was spotless for me.
The quality and quantity of food are so good.
I am hight recommend 10/10.
I am definitely go back for more.
