I ordered chicken bites and short string fries. Chicken is tender, juicy and full of flavor. Fries is also licking finger good. Oolong milk tea has great balance of tea and creamer. Love it. Authentic Taiwanese street food🥰

Throughout my time in here, I have been trying to find the perfect fried chicken. The taste and texture of this chicken just can't be compared to anything. It is on its own level. The original XL fried chicken will leave you coming back for more. Its crispy skin leads into an extensive amount of chicken juice gushing into your mouth. The intensive flavours engulfs your tongue and leaves your taste buds craving more. It is an understatement to say this is the best chicken in NZ. KAI Eatery deserves to be called the best chicken in the world. You have left me satisfied so expect me back for more! 😁

I ordered the braised pork belly rice bowl with a side of chicken bites and peach green tea with pearls. The food here is always super tasty and great for having a big meal or even just for snacks. I recommend having their rice bowls with a refreshing tea drink like the peach green tea! (Don't forget to add any toppings of your choice). The chicken bites are also super popular from here so it's a must try from the menu!

My first time having a drink from here! I love anything with mango and the friendly staff member recommended the mango green iced tea and it was delish. A good refreshment to have while shopping or after shopping if you're parched. Well I finally tried the Taiwanese fried chicken (the chef's special) and it was very enjoyable. The skewer was a surprisingly handy aide in munching on the crispy tenderloins of chicken and the fries had the same seasoning as the coating on the chicken. Food came out piping hot and in a timely manner. I'm 100% going back and looking forward to it too.

I highly recommend the crunchy chicken HeiHei bao and pork belly Taipei bao. Karaage squid is golden, crispy and not too oily. The grapefruit greentea with coconut jelly strikes a nice balance between bitter and sweet and is refreshing being had with the hot food. There are also plenty of seats around with a nice view of outside the food court at the tables near the windows. Staff are friendly and you can also choose to adjust the sugar level and ice level in your drink (I suggest lowering the sugar level for the fresh drinks and leaving them at normal for the milk teas). Tip: ask for no ice in the drinks and you will get more of the drink in your cup ;D

I got the Bulgogi beef Rice Bowl, Kumara Fries and Oolong Milk Tea with pudding and pearls. Their Kumara Fries are hands down the best I’ve had! So crunchy but soft and fluffy in the inside and the sweet salty seasoning is perfect with it. Drink was also delicious and they give you a great portion for the rice bowl, definitely worth it :)

The first time I ate Taiwanese fried chicken in Auckland, the taste is very authentic, the service is very good, very authentic Taiwanese milk tea, the service staff will patiently introduce each food.
