Such a beautiful setting with awesome food and fantastic wines. We were part of a wine tasting and should have stayed longer. Really worth a visit.
Exceptional knowledge. Laura our host made the tasting an unforgettable experience with her charm and humour. The wines are some of of our favourites the Sauvignon Blanc stands out miles from the crowd.

Amazing service, amazing (organic) wines, amazing food. It doesn’t get much better. We highly recommend the soup, when it is available, and the platters.
Rock Ferry has often been releasing some library wines as well, which have been a really special treat!
If you are only going to visit one winery in the Marlborough region, make it this one. There is something for everyone. Even a tire swing for the kids!
Delicious lunch and wonderful wine tasting
We had lunch at Rock Ferry after a lovely wine tasting. The food was delicious - our open steak sandwich and our tarakihi was cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. It was quite reasonably priced too.....
Had a very pleasant tasting at Rock Ferry. Our host (a young lady from Italy) was attentive, and knowledgeable about the wines. There’s some interesting varietals and sitting on the deck for a tasting was a nice way to start our day. Definitely will visit again
Small local business consisting of 3 vineyards in the area. Very accommodating staff as we called on Sunday morning for a tasting that day, was given a space for the afternoon. Wine menu consists of 15 Organic wines, you chose 5 wines for $12. Food options to enjoy with the wine consists of traditional platter, vegetarian platter or cheese board at additional price. Wines arrive at a comfortable relaxed pace with good information on grape varieties, production methods and tasting notes. Exception value for money and a good couple of hours of relaxing. Wine tasting cost set aside if you purchase a bottle of wine. Well worth the time, recommend to book in advance if possible. Have purchased a bottle for special occasion.
The first stop on our self guided bike wine tour. Very generous tastings, beautiful setting. Our hostess was very friendly. We managed to get a discount thanks to the Avent calendar of specials they have. Definitely takes top spot of the day. The wines were gorgeous.
Lovely cellar door that accommodated us without a booking. Charlie (I hope that right) was very informative about the wines and also then recommended other vineyards to us, which made for a lovely couple of days of wine tastings. Lovely charcuterie board.
