The food was good but not great, because of the bread. Dry and simplistic. The service felt a little distant but the Lady was not rude at all.
The packaging was super detailed, with instructions "for dummies" 🤪
They apparently serve everyone in takeaway bags which is a waste of resources.

My husband would not stop raving about a burger company called BurgerFuel so we had to stop in and grab some and since it was a 3 minute walk from our hotel we thought why not? We got there and I ordered the Bacon Backfire burger and and my husband ordered the American Muscle Double burger AND fries, needless to say the burgers are so big we could not finish everything which is why I suspect the serving of chips is on the smaller side however their sauce was really good I think it was a homemade aioli sauce? If you want a burger that’s quality ingredients and fills you up without all the greasy feeling like maccas then definitely check this place out! Just a shame we don’t have this over in Perth!

Came after the lunch crowd so there was no line. The staff was able to recommend a burger and tried the Bacon BBQ Roadster. Huge burger and glad that I ordered it. Enjoyed it thoroughly. The onion rings even though were sandwiched with sauces remained crispy till the end. The bacon was very nicely done too.

I would like to say a massive thank you for the lady at the counter. I think she was the Manager on Saturday. We wanted Halal meat and she went even beyond to check whether its possible to make the Fries halal. Honestly have not had this level of service anywhere, even at 5 star hotels. Really made our day. Kudos to you

Nice burger with real meat not patties and very close to paleo ingredients. Kumara fries are really nice too. Their burger holder is awesome saves a lot of troubles when eating it and prevents dripping to a certain extend. The wait is reasonable for take out. Staff are doing there job not particularly welcoming but also not rude or anything like that. Prices on the higher end for burgers but I guess you pay for what you get. Will definitely go back.

Popped in not expecting much but WOW, exceptionally tasty Burgers.
Meat pattie was quality Beef and cooked like the ol Skool chip shop years ago.
Fresh salad balanced flavours and nice buns.
Will go back again in a day or two.
Even my Son really enjoyed his Cheese burger.

Revisited today - Had the BBQ Bacon Roadster and Motobites to go.. Fast service, very pleasant serving and kitchen staff. Food was excellent as always. Would have been 5 stars, but they forgot the ketchup for my motorbites,- oops! And I can't take a half star. I still highly recommend a visit and a feed here anytime.

I got the vegan V8 and I thought it was slightly more odd than good. Wouldn’t get again but would try another burger there. It’s a good fast casual burger.

The only reason I'm limiting my stars for Service is because I had to wait what felt an eternity until my online order was ready. There were only 2 staff on I think and they were working so hard, so big ups to them for keeping the food flowing! But limiting staff numbers meant quite a few customers were waiting longer than normal for their orders...
Cannot fault our food though, was bloody delicious and they got all our changes and swaps spot on.

Great vegan burger. Cheese and aioli in point. Would recommend ordering online to make sure your not waiting. And all the soy thick shake favour arte vegan as well. Great spot in town to have a bite to eat
