Was highly impressed with the beer, menu, venue and service. The menu places great emphasis on quality, locally sourced food and the passion for produce was evident in the dishes. You needn't be cautious of the all-vegetarian menu as each dish was full of flavour, delicious, and the servings were very generous. The venue is modern and airy and great for casual dining. It was far too cold to dine outside but can tell the outdoor area will be popular in Summer. A great local find, would definitely recommend checking out!

Absolutely beautiful vegetarian food. The fried tofu is a must, and the matcha cake was so delicious. Highly recommend just buying a few different dishes and sharing them around! Lovely, low-lit restaurant, food on the higher $$ end but so worth it.

What a suprise! I've been following The Fermentist for some time but had somehow never made it in. How glad am I that today was the day. First off- the outdoors area is on point. I love the planter boxes/benches combo and the garden is stunning. Such a great use to of space and made me feel like we were in a secluded oasis. The main restaurant area looked fun too- and I'd like to see what it was like when it's busy. Honestly, it was a hard day for me with big hospital trips for my son so it's saying a lot that we had such an enjoyable experience. The food was to die for.. we had the tasting platter which I would 💯 reccomend . Stuck to coffee but it was expertly made. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed their attentive but space giving style. Looking forward to returning again soon.

A real treat for the healthy at heart. One of the best vegetarian restaurants we've ever been too. Lovely services, great setting and food that is beautifully created to create a delicious and healthy meal. 6 stars

Had a very nice time here at a business networking meeting. Good coffee and orange juice. Did not realise at the time it was there. They have a restaurant and bar with the brewery visible inside through windows. Owned I am told by Lion Natham it produces craft beer. I hoped it would be an independent. Nonetheless a nice place to have meeting. Car parking is not that good with all close locations time limited.

Despite being a confirmed omnivore, I really enjoyed our meal here. The service was good - timely, not intrusive, professional. The range of food was good, enough delicious starters for us to choose from that we didn't need mains (we couldn't finish the starters, I'm looking forward to the leftovers!) We didn't need dessert. The range of craft beers was good, my milk stout was very nice. The overall cost was very good, and we will definitely be back. The only negative was the temperature, much too cold (a cold and wet day outside, warmer inside would be much better).

Lovely service and nice atmosphere. Vegetation crowded the outdoor seats a bit so we couldn't sit close to talk. We moved inside was which was good. Just had a drink no food but good overall selection of wines and we were approached at the table for another round which we were impressed about. Will definitely back.

After several visits, I need to change my at first not so flattering review. My partner and I are in love with the place and most of our friends gave us very positive comments about the venue. Food is always top notch (even though few friends were like - huh, where's the meat??), and the staff very friendly and helpful. Organizing events was super easy as they promptly replied to emails and offered lots of options to accommodate our needs. Their weekly pizzas are a culinary masterpiece. Looking forward to trying out their breakfast menu :)

Hidden gem. Lots of vegan, dairy free options. Beautiful food, can tell someone put a lot of effort into the menu. The pizza was delicious, so was the tempeh plate. Lunch menu is more of a share style which I enjoyed. Kombucha was delicious. Friendly service. Recommend to anyone that enjoys delicious food, specialty drinks in a great seating environment, outdoor seating was lovely for such a nice day.

This place is a great new bar for the area. Love the on site brewery of the beer and being able to taste the whole range. Great range of seating, excellent service and nice setting. Cool menu and look forward to trying it out for breakfast. Perfect for a drink with a friend or two. Have already been several times, will definitely return more.

Amazing! Very cool fit out and style. Great service and friendly staff. The food is incredible, we definitely ate too much. Also the music choice and over all vibe is perfect. Couldn’t fault it. Also, almost everything can be or already is vegan.
