Mugen - Christchurch - Photo album

We have been to Mugen Wigram and Moorhouse location. I can definitely say Mugen Moorhouse is better in terms of customer service, friendly staff, and food taste. Also, there’s no limitation in getting wasabi and pickled ginger. The staff always say thank you and accommodating to customers. I would p
The sushi rice was perfectly prepared, and the tonkatsu sushi was surprisingly delicious and remained delightfully crunchy despite being on display in the afternoon. Additionally, the discount offered after 3pm is a great deal. If only the wasabi and ginger could be freshly made from scratch, it wou
Just a whole heap of treats and delights for the tastebuds. 🤩 It felt clean and fresh with helpful friendly staff and we will definitely be back….already planning next visit. 😋 The only suggestion would be more cold drink options.
My favourite place to get sushi. Always so fresh and yummy
Absolutely love sushi and this is definitely mine and my sons go too. Always fresh and tasty
Good food here, the atmosphere is chill and you can have a conversation with your meal without interruption. Nothing much to comment on. You go for the pretty good sushi.
Very clean nice service pretty good sushi
I can tell why they're rated the #1 Pyo restaurant in all of CHCH, it was brilliant! Had the salmon sashimi and the chicken udon, was one of the best I ever ever had. Didn't snap photos of that, but did have their signature matcha ice blendeds. Very delicious! Will come again to visit for sure! Emp
I'd give 10 stars if I could! Fantastic service, seriously delicious sushi, exceptionally clean, lots of seating and parking and best of all ... plastic free take-away containers, and they were happy to let me fill my jar so that my snack could be entirely waste free!! Awesome work team! You've got
The sushi here are very nice. You pick your own from a good selection. The only minor imperfection on my visit was that some of the rice was slightly harder than ideal.
My dad and I are regular diners and this place is consistently good, in food quality and service. So many options including vegetarian sushi!
Delicious. Not cheap, but one of the best (if not the best) sushi I had in Christchurch
I like being able to pick one piece of each kind of sushi rather than having eight of the same thing. Their range is amazing and well executed
Really nice. And halal chicken. Amazing. Certainly recommended.. mixed prices. 2.20-2.40 on ave.
Awesome concept, great value, delishios sushi
Awsome sushi, well worth going to. Very pleasant staff.
Best sushi I’ve had, worth the price and everything was amazing. I’ll be sad to move to Queenstown purely because there’s no Mugen there. But it’ll make trips back to Christchurch all worth it.
My favourite sushi place to visit...huge selection & you can choose how many you want😋😋😋
Perfect weekend lunch spot. Great and fresh sushi and yummy miso soup. We love this place :)
