Myself and 3 friends dined here last Saturday with a GrabOne voucher and were incredibly impressed. We shared the set menu and the peaking duck was delicious. Service was fast, nothing was too much and there was an awesome vibe about the place. We will certainly be coming back!

We had a lovely lunch and made decent savings using entertainment voucher. I wouldn't rate 5 start as I found it overpriced. That being said, great service and lovely wee restaurant.

My boyfriend and I came here for a celebration. What a wonderful night. The duck was delicious. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, brilliant service. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding food and service. What a lovely place to dine!!!! We purchased a grabone deal and when we were done i felt guilty for not paying more. The Peking duck was my fav!!! Dumplings/ prawn balls were amazing!!! Kung pow and fried rice were lovely too. Staff were lovely ..presentation... decor... all lovely. Highly recommended. Will be back. I do think it may be a little on pricey side however if dining without the voucher.

Oh my goodness! I wanted to take my son to dinner, so we went for a walk and happened to pass Sala Sala. We both love Japanese food so decided just to head on in. Wow! The restaurant was immaculately presented, the ladies who looked after us were so delightful and the food was divine, we just could not fault any of it...soft shell crab, tuna, dumplings a mix of this and that! Would 100% go back!! Thankyou so much 😊

Been 3 times now and loved each evening. The service is friendly and efficient with just the right degree of attentiveness (not too intrusive). We tried the tepan-yaki set menu this time and although more expensive, was worth it. Our seafood choices were cooked beautifully and were nicely spiced. We were both very satisfied with the amount and presentation of our food, although neither of us could be described as big eaters. We will be back regularly. Oh, and on one occasion, the power was cut off shortly before our mains were finished (Merivale / Bishopdale outage) and the Manager refused to take any payment for what we had consumed already.
