I'm very happy to have found this place close by. Worth to be supported as the food is fresh, authentic and in a reasonable price range. Very friendly service in a clean space. Thank you, will see you again. Atmosphere got 'only' 4 points from me because it is unpretentious and plain.

We just had lunch at this restaurant in Christchurch.. Food was tasty, garlic naan was really good. The owner/chef was very kind to keep the restaurant open for extra time because we arrived right around their closing time. It was our first Indian meal in New Zealand and no complaints at all 😊 thank you 🙏🏼

Had my husbands birthday there, we had a party of 30 including 10kids.
We spent nearly $700 and it was worth every cent! honestly they were accommodating to both us and our kids! They lets us put the kids tv shows on and made each dish to our liking! food was amazing!! The waiter explained to each and everyone one of us certain dishes and was super kind, the Chef is super lovely and the best! And the staff came out to sing happy birthday too! So Thank you guys!!! So lovely!!! You made our night! Highly recommend!

I dnt often leave reviews but I very much feel to do so for this place. First was very pressed with the menu setout. Great descriptions of dishes and breakdown of calories, fat etc. Option to have no added suger, salt. Amazing. I live in Melbourne and never come across this. Chef wrote it himself so not only a great chef, great food by the way. He and staff are as charming and funny as food is good. Sad I have only just found them. Would like to stay here longer so I can return. Great proces also and yes good portions.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best indian meal we had while in Christchurch . Highly recommend! Food was so authentic and tasty, naan was so delicious as well. quality and tastes of everything was outstanding.

The food has gotten much nicer in the last two months since a lady is working there.
I stopped going for a bit as I was tired of paying for greasy food that didn't taste as nice as it once had and the garlic naan were always burnt and crispy and barely tasted of garlic.

Butter chicken was really tasty, generous chicken portion that was nice and tender. The butter naan also yummy and soft.
The delivery driver forgot my mango lassi so a staff member delivered it within a few minutes.
