A great Thai food takeaway, or you can sit down and have a meal. Although there aren't many tables for the restaurant they seem very popular as it was obvious they have some regular clients.
Very tasty food, smiles from the staff, not overpriced a great Thai takeaway. This is a Thai Takeaway I will definitely return to to get more meals.

Fantastic Thai! We've ordered via Uber Eats and the food is hot, fresh, and full of flavour. If you order Thai hot, be aware it is spicy, but bursting with warming deliciousness!

Came here yesterday and ordered peanut sauce tofu and the green curry. Definitely 10/10 from us! The two dishes were perfect. They were full of flavour and the green curry was mild as asked for. The dishes came out quickly and most of all the owners are extremely lovely and pleasant to talk to.

Can’t fault Tasty Thai. Have never had a bad experience here - everything from the online ordering system, the friendly greeting upon pick up, to the delicious food - is absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend the oyster sauce stir fry and pad see ew. Also welcome the option to choose ‘no sugar’ in dishes - I generally find thai dishes too sweet so love having this option.

Been to Thailand 4 times and stayed for about one month each visit. Tasty Thai offers very authentic Thai food. I have tried about 6 different dishes here and they are very close to what I had in Thailand. A little cute dining space and friendly staff!

The food was yummy even though I did not receive any pineapple in my sweet and sour chicken. Not much chicken either. Would buy again but I would rather be told they did not have an ingredient so I could choose another dish.

This little Thai shop is tucked in the corner of multiple shop units and is obstructed by the large Countdown building and a bus stop.
Anyway, I had lunch here recently. They serve medium sized portion for NZD $12. As the name suggest, both dishes were tasty and of course, delicious.

Two years ago I and my boyfriend visited this place by chance. At that time we were traveling with a camper. Today suddenly we talked about this place. but we didn’t know this restaurant name. So I just searched on google map and finally I found it.

This is the second time that my wife and I have had lunch at this tiny Thai restaurant. On both occasions the food was excellent and very generous. On both occasions, we were the only diners so it was very intimate, quiet and peaceful and this time, as we were entertaining a friend that made for easy conversation. The young woman who both cooked and served our food was most charming and obliging. <br/><br/>I have no hesitation in saying that the food was the best so far tasted at a Thai restaurant in Christchurch. This tiny Thai restaurant in Papanui may not be super flash to look at, tucked around the corner from Northlands Mall, but it serves delicious, authentic Thai food, and that has to be what counts. It is well worth a visit. <br/><br/>The food is amazing, incredibly fresh and tasty, with a good menu offering a range of Thai dishes for all tastes. It is also very good value, both had two courses and drinks for under $70.<br/><br/>I would say it was the best Thai meal I've had for some years! So good in fact I wrote this review, something I have never bothered to do for anywhere before.

As someone who has lived and worked in Thailand for a few years it is great to find a Thai restaurant that produces delicious food consistently. We regularly dine in but when we're in a rush, usually after swimming, we grab a take-out and the food is always ready within a few minutes. <br/><br/>There are a few Thai places around Christchurch, but in my honest opinion, Tasty Thai is the best. Try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
