Great place for food and drinks!! Misceos has an awesome atmosphere and styling. The food is served fast and is always delivered to a high standard. It is best to make a booking for lunch and for larger groups as this is a popular place. There is also a takeaway pizza service. However it can get a little noisy when full

It is always a pleasure to visit Misceo Cafe & Bar. As soon as you walk into Misceo you instantly smell the amazing pizzas and warmth from the gas fire and friendly staff. The toppings on the Pizza's are amazing and the sauces they use are extra tasty. All of us agree that the Pizza's at Misceo are without a doubt the best we have tasted. The ice cream Sundays look yummy! We will defiantly be back. Kindest regards, the Smiths

our favourite place to eat after a long day, we reckon they have the best pizza and chips in chch and we have tried almost every single flavour! we have also tried the tasting platter and a few other dishes which have all been amazing. usually packed in the evening but they have always managed to squeeze us in.

Warm, clean and inviting. The dining area had a fire lit! Lovely staff who were very happy to help. A pizza oven and a great selection of pizzas to choose from (also a brunch menu too).

Great staff who were super welcoming and kept popping back to check all was ok and keep the coffee's flowing. Highlights were the meat lovers pizza and pasta. Nice mix of options and very fair pricing by today's standards. Very happy group. Everyone said would visit again.

Misceo Cafe and Bar gets a 4 star review due to the service I received while ordering at the bar, most notably the highly recommended tequila that was served when inquiring about alcoholic beverages The waitress allowed me to photograph the bottle of tequila for future reference and informed me that the owner is a tequila aficionado - and rightly so! It was delicious and I appreciated the recommendation - thanks very much! The only reason that this isn't a 5-star rating is due to another staff member (I assume the bar manager) gruffly coming through to inform us that the bar was closed and so our group had to quickly finish our drinks (some of which were nearly full) and leave immediately. A sour note for an otherwise delightful evening.

Great customer service, been there 3times now and I have nothing negative to say. Delicious food, great chefs and kids friendly. 10 out of 10! You have to order their flat bread. It’s the best!!!

We went out for a meal. No entree was ordered, but only two mains. There were fish of the day and rack of lamb. We waited around 20 min, then our mains arrived. After. taken a bite of fish dish was too fishy. So ,we asked the waitress that the fish dish was too fishy (not freshed). We asked if, we will be charged for the dish. We were so lucky that we were not being charged. Man !did I lost my appetite, so I had ordered venison dish. It was nice to taste, but quiet sweet in flavour. Then we ordered two desserts. The cream burell was tasty, but the chocolate cheese cake was not I had in mind. The cheese cake was warm with abit of hint of white choco and creame. It was a disappointed night for us. Never returned back there again.

I loved the pizza I had at Misceos! I had a vegetarian pizza. I was there on a Friday night and I noticed it was really loud as people were there for drinks.

Misceo is a place I live near, and have been countless times. On the positive side it has some exceptional craft beers which are amongst the cheapest in Christchurch; it’s a lovely, friendly relaxed feel with friendly staff. The bistro food is pretty good, if a little pricey, and it’s a cracking place to chill out with a beer, a lunch, a coffee or a snack. They even have a sky sports screen, but its outside, in a small viewing area so if people are watching it, it doesn’t annoy the patrons. Only negative is each Christmas holiday – the time you want to enjoy a beer and a meal – it closes down!
