It was lovely visiting Anna's Cafe today. It's not every day you get to visit an old fashion kiwi Teahouse. đ
The coffee was really good and the pie was good too. This place will be on my list to get good coffees.
The atmosphere is nice and the only comment I have is some of the seatings in the cafe. The bench seating at the corner of the cafe was too low for the tables, which makes you feel like a kid eating at the table. There are normal seating outside so it's all good.
Other than the seatings, everything is đđ» wonderful. Totally recommend for coffees. It won't disappoint.

The young cheeky scallywag on the counter was really good with banter.... he was good at finding out what was left to bring out... i was there at 2.30pm. I liked the banter it passed the time while i waited for my pie. Pie was hot pastry good and had good portion of meat. Flat white was good and made anf served before i got to the table. Real quick. Lots of space and seats and i liked the staff even the cheeky scallywagđđ could do with some easy listening background music...

A nice-enough cafe. Extra star for the coffee in a MUG, not a ponsy cup. Food was pricey. I don't know what my (deconstructed) bagel cost, however its one of the few times I have sat in a cafe and thought that, even with my amateurish skills, I could have made a meal just as good at home. Actually, next time I will. I will save a fortune!

Love quiet place. It would be nice to have menus that you can pick up. Trying to read the ones stuck on the counter when you have a que behind you is difficult.

Great cafe! Friendly server was so helpful with allergy-friendly food for my daughter as nearly all of the cabinet food is baked fresh in-house. Barista with the red hair clearly knows what she was doing - coffee was delicious ! :)

I went in just after 1pm & it was pretty busy, but still cabinet food left. Reasonably priced - I had a pie, rocky road slice & a beautifully made large flat white. The service was fast & friendly. Thank you :)

First time going to Anna's Cafe and my partner and I thought this was a great little place to have breakfast on a Sunday morning. We both had the big breakfast, and I had a vanilla latte. The latte was very good, and the breakfast was very tasty and filled me up completely! Excellent service with a friendly waitress. It was fairly quiet when we went which we didn't mind as it meant that the place was peaceful and our food and coffee came out very quickly! My partner's only comment was that there appeared to be no water available. Overall we thought it was a nice little cafe to visit for breakfast, and I'm definitely keen to go back and try some of their other menu items!

Horrible!!!! I ordered vegetable soup and had a choice of bread. My choice was whole meal.<br/><br/>What they served me was water flavored with a granulated lentil colored liquid and white bread !!! I took it back personally to the cashier, who told me to speak to a young girl who was the acting manager. I only asked that she please put in some cut up onions ,tomatoes, and any other vegetables that she might have lying around the kitchen.<br/><br/>Her response was that this was what I had ordered and that my dissatisfaction was rude. <br/><br/>I said I was politely dissatisfied and just because I was critical of what i had been served was not sign of rudeness.<br/><br/>This is why I'm writing this review! I have no other recourse but to let everyone else who might be inclined to go this horrible restaurant to avoid it unless they don't mind the same treatment I had gotten.<br/><br/>It's your choice. I only wish I know how reach more people to let them know not to suffer the same fate.

Oh dear what a change has been brought about by the new ownerDropping in for lunch we found that the food range on offer had been substantially reduced, the food display cabinets looked bare with lots of empty space, food labels were missing and this was the early part of the lunch hour. The coffee and the hot milk chocolate drinks we ordered looked good but that's where they finished - the taste was virtually non existent.Some of the staff from the previous owner had remained on so the customer service was still good, but this was let down by the poor food selection and the tasteless drinks.Another person in front on me, obviously a previous regular customer, asked to speak with the manager, who quickly appeared but her comments regarding the food selection range fell on deaf ears judging by the neutral bland reply and the body language exhibited.This café is in a great location - its a pity the new owners are not up to the mark.What a disappointment; we wont be going back, and neither will the couple in front of us.

My mother, sister and Neice and I met at Annas café for brunch last weekend and had a great experience, we ordered the breakfast option of eggs, bacon, hollandaise sauce, and chose the wholebread toast, which was delivered very soon after ordering, eggs done just the way we requested them to be. Our coffees were presented in an attractive yellow tubular mug which kept them hot and easy to hold. The lady serving was so lovely, ensuring she had all the details of what we had requested and asked us how our morning was going and wished us all a good day.  We made the most of the morning sunshine and sat out in the courtyard west facing, and meal and drinks were brought out to us by a charming and friendly gentleman.   There was very little traffic noise due to the positioning of the courtyard set off from the road and afterwards was able to hit the shops that surround the café at the Tower Junction Mall.   Definitely will go back it is our new meeting place ! :-)Julie

Very disappointed at the customer service. My mother and I went to Anna's Cafe for the first time since they do soya milk hot chocolates, I am allergic to dairy so I asked the lady at the cashier if their hot chocolate powder mix had any dairy in it, her response was "I dont know. We use Cadbury's hot chocolate powder. Do you not know?". I asked if she could check the ingredients of this powder since I have a dairy allergy. She then replied with "No I dont know. Its Cadbury hot chocolate mix". The lady was very rude about this and lacked knowledge of the ingredients of their products. I would not reccommend this to anyone with dairy allergies.

First time experience. Thought we would see how their drinks were so had Latte and Hot Chocolate both very average. Latte lukewarm and so milky hardly had coffee flavour.

The food is just delicious. A great variety for all. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The owner greets all customers. Wonderful place for breakfast, afternoon tea or a quick snack. They also have an ice cream machine.

I love this place and go there all the time. The environment is sooo relaxing and they seem to update their decor constantly. My favourite is the good old toasted cheese and ham sandwich and a bowl of wedges and chips. yummo. Simple, relaxing, always seem to have plenty of people meeting friends there and a good variety of seating arrangements. Good mocacchino and delicious milkshakes. Plenty of high chairs to keep my toddler in one spot.

Truly disappointing experience today. Walked in with my daughter for lunch. We selected a filled roll, sandwich and a sausage roll. Got in the que and waited. When we hit the front of the cue the lady behind the cash register looked at me and then proceeded to walk around to hug a man who was standing behind me. While a hug would have been fine, she then started a conversation with him. Clearly he was her friend but could she not have waited until she had served me, to start chatting with him!!! My daughter and I stood there for 2 minutes listening to them chat before I abandoned the food on the counter and walked out. I work across the road from this cafe but will NEVER walk in there again. I am shocked at the appalling service and I'm not even going to discuss the over priced food....which I was prepared to pay for had the lady on the till been bothered to serve me. Sorry Anna's...I will be spreading the word!!!

I was very disappointed with my experience of Anna's Cafe! I paid $5.90 for a piece of "death by chocolate cake" which I think stood for very old cake from last week but we will dip in chocolate so it doesn't seam that old. Got news for you guys you can tell! It made me feel sick was disgusted they would serve such old food at such a high price! Also the cake they had dipped in chocolate was a mint one anyway!
