Good customer service and reasonable price. The sausages on the breakfast were not good though, also where are the baked beans? Seems odd that you would serve a fried breakfast without them. Good tea though - Dilmah brand so very good quality.

It's a very rainy day today :(( I decided to have breakfast here today. I ordered egg Benedicts with Chai Latte and Mocca. One of the workers here is so kind and polite and very smiley. It was a perfect breakfast. She made me want to give her tips! I was sad I only had two 5 dollars in my wallet. I would love to see her again next time.

A welcoming and cozy cafe close to the botanical gardens with great architectural views of downtown. They have a variety of seating, great coffee, and several small bites and kitchen options for breakfast & lunch.

horrible food and waiting time!<br/>we wait more than half hour and later customers dishes came before us!<br/>the chips was too salty and doesn't worth that long wait!<br/>waiters keep asking you if you are waiting for dishes. of course I'm waiting but nothing changed! I'm still waiting🙄<br/>never come here again!

customer service was ok. but speed of service was terrible. waited 30 mins to get one lot of food which was overcooked and then 10 mins later our second persons food. customers who came after received their food before us and no apology. if I had a choice to spend 50 dollars on food it won't be here.

We were off to the boxing day ODI and there was only time for coffee. This was the only local cafe open at 8.30am. I ordered us 3 x triple shot espressos. Visually the bead was a bit weak but the coffee was strong. It had good depth of taste and no bitterness. It was served with a mini short bread. The service was friendly and prompt. All 3 of us were in agreement that it was a good brew. Total cost just over $15. <br/><br/>Respect for NOT charging the mean spirited 15% "holiday surcharge", and shame on their near neighbours The Villas who do : ( <br/><br/>They exceeded my expectations and I'll be back for more coffee and to try their food to boot.

Had breakfast here while visiting Christchurch. I had poached eggs with bacon. Dining companion had eggs benedict. Eggs overcooked for both our dishes - no runny yoke at all which was disappointing. Quite small portions for the price.<br/>Place is a little bit grubby. Service was fine.

My wife and I was in the park and decided to go for a coffee. This was on the buskers 19th Jan day. We had previously been to this coffee shop and the coffee was great. I ordered a small soy flat white for my wife and an iced coffee for myself which came to $10.40 in total. My ice coffee was in a see through plastic cup and tasted like a milkshake with a funny flavor. I could not finish it as it was not very nice. It also had a horrible texture. The service was poor and when I queried the drinks I got a bad reception. Ah well time to look for another coffee shop, pity as the coffee was good a month or two back.
