Awesome bar in Christchurch!! Stayed here for hours having a great time. Locals were so friendly, drinks were reasonably priced and service was quick. Music is incredible, lots of live bands. Good for people of all ages who enjoy a fun and loud night out. I’ll be back.

We had a great time here meeting locals and dancing to music with people of all ages. All types of bands and a lively place that fills up with people quickly. Good size dance floor and plenty of drink options to wet your whistle. So much fun!

First time to fat Eddie's and it was a very pleasant experience, we found that the food for the price was very good with an excellent atmosphere ! The place was very well presented with amazing decor and a live singer that was a very nice experience as was unexpected, so over all I would highly recommend this fabulous restaurant in the ever expanding Christchurch ❤️

Great place for all ages. Only thing would have been good if someone cleaned the floor by the bar once in a while as it was very dangerous and some older people could hurt themselves.

A good place to come and have a drink and a bit of food. Nothing special about the food was standard pizzas but was tasty. The live music was a nice addition and the furniture in areas was unique and quirky.

One of the best pub in town. Best location. We enjoyed the Saturday night thoroughly. Music was fantastic. Bar staff was friendly and helpful. Setting arrangements and interior was good. It was little bit crowded but fine. Security is also up to the mark. If you are looking for fun at weekends then this is place.. 🤩🎶📣

A must go if you're visiting Christchurch. Simply loved it! Great jazz bar. Worth going to enjoy a good jazz/blues concert live music while you're having a drink. If you like music, this is the place you must go!

Love that it's open again, and great vibe etc etc but have to take a moment to point out two terribly average drinks (g&t and a pimms), great food but horrifyingly small sauce/condiment thimbles. Nothing worse than a place being stingy with sauce!

The bouncer thought it was okay to not let the sober one in the group in, because he thought she was too intoxicated. Not happy at all. New to Christchurch and will already be telling people to avoid that place. If anything happened to that poor girl by herself it would be on him. So cheers Fat eddies. 0/5 from me.

Great on the deck in the sun just a shame about the overpriced food and drink. Portion sizes are pathetic. A one drink bar. Save your money for some where else where you can actually have a few without spending a small fortune �

Really expensive drinks. Cheaper to get a cocktail in a Wellington cocktail lounge. Has nothing on the vibe of the old Fat Eddie's...just a big open room with no soul.
