Fresh as the first spring day after a brutal winter. This sushi is the epitome of what caring about your product means. The crab leg sushi tasted better than anything I've has before. I just moved home after 5 years of being a way from Christchurch and I'm so glad this is the first place I came to. Definitely will be a regular. Also good job moving to compostables.

The yummiest sushi in all of Christchurch in my humble opinion. I love to treat myself to sushi here once a week and it’s always amazing. The rice is perfect and the salmon always taste so fresh and their generous with the portion they use in the sushi. Flavors are just 10/10. Get your sushi fix from here, you won’t regret it :)

This place is a hidden gem. I don’t often write reviews but it would be shame not to share this great experience. I’ve been here three times. Each time the freshness and quality of the sushi was consistent. I love that you can chose whatever mix or amount of sushi pieces you feel like. The sushi itself is amazing and made generously. Today, for a change, I had the spicy tonkatsu ramen. It was good and hot and not overly spicy. Simply delicious! I will be driving out of my way to eat lunch here more often.

Delicious, fresh, choose-your-own sushi. Clean, modern and pleasant dine-in area and parking right outside. Grab your favourites and eat in, or head down to St Albans Park just down the street and sit under the trees and enjoy your sushi haul. What a great way to break the day :)

Fantastic sushi which is close to where I live. Great selection of "pick your own" sushi and really tasty donburi and dumplings. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We come here quite a lot.
