Walked past Ballantynes today and saw a very cool Christmas themed window display. Really well built and the story is great. Went inside for some Christmas shopping right after haha. Good variety of gifts for people.

I came in today to get a colour match for foundation and got a comprehensive make up advice session.
The lovely Janna was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I left with a beautiful makeup application, awesome advice and some well chosen product.
Honestly outstanding service. All the girls were nice but Janna deserves to be recognised for her phenomenal customer service and just being an all round lovely person 💜

Excellent customer service. I purchased three frozen ready made meals to take with me back to Auckland. The very attentive lady who served me carefully wrapped the goods and packaged them so I could carry them on the plane. In other departments staff were always quick to greet us and offer help.

This store is really great to look around, especially at Christmas time when they put on some fantastic window displays. Allow yourself a good hour to wonder around all the department stores within, and try out some of their tasty treats if they are serving. I had a yummy Eccles Cake, which was delicious.
