It was an excellent dining experience as the waitress was very attentive. She made sure we were warm and comfortable with 2 heaters placed near us as it was in the middle of winter. She also offered to serve us warm water. We ordered pad thai, a prawn dish and beef with vegetables. They were all delicious and authentic. Thanks for a most pleasant evening.

This place has some of the best pad Thai in Christchurch hands down! The staff and chef are also lovely and provide excellent service. A wee hidden gem that deserves more recognition. I’ll definitely be back ☺️

100 percent would order from The Lucky Thai again! The Geen Curry, Pad Saw Eiw and Curry Puffs were so good that I had leave this review and I never leave reviews... The food was so good the least I could do is take 2 minutes to let others know. Massive fan! Industrial size fan even.

We couldn't get in our usual go to Thai restaurant in Christchurch and decided to go here. Definitely pleased we chose it, we had a great meal - stir fry and curry dishes. Very friendly staff and clean. We are definitely going back. Its BYO and they even made their own spring rolls which were awesome. Go try it for yourselves.

Amazing service and food is excellent. Generous portions of rice which is a bonus. Humble and cosy setting with nice music. We ordered two vegetarian curries (massaman and green) which came quickly. BYO with a small corkage fee.
