Good food

All were perfect! The tenderness and the taste everything complements with each other. The main problem is the place because its very far away. But since they offer buy 1 take 1 so its okay to travel a bit long. All worth it. Would probably be back here if their offer is still available.

went there last  week could not buy drinks they had no eftpos staff could not care less. went back today for meal the place was shut. What sort of place are robbies running

Went to Robbie's at queens park last night with a group of people. I had mixed grill. I two bites of the steak and thought it tasted off. I got my partner to taste it he had a taste and was unsure kept eating it and then said yes your right it is off. As we were in a group I didn't want to make a fuss. when we went to pay I told the lady at the till she said that other people in the restaurant had sent theirs back. why didn't they come and ask others who had been given the meat? she did deduct a little from the cost of the meal but I think she should have a least said that we didn't need to pay for that particular meal.<br/>Very disappointing. would not recommend going there.

Went on Friday evening with my daughter and her family and my husband.  Read menu and there was nothing vegetarian for me.  Asked if the Chef could make me something.  He told our waitress that there were vegetables and I could have that.  When I said I would like something with them he said he could give me rice,  He seemed annoyed I asked and was not prepared to offer anything appetising at all.  We felt like he just did not care.  As there was only one other table being used he was not busy.  We left and went somewhere else.  People do not go to Robbies, Parklands for a meal.  I don't know how they are open.  Never many there.

Thursday the 23rd took Mum out for a meal, we ordered the Beef Schnitzel , as soon as the meals came out we should of refused to eat it & walked out, the meat was way over done, hard & chewy, have to wonder whether it is the shit meat already pre-crumbed from the supermarket, my Mother & myself have cooked it better, it is the easiest meat to cook, which makes me wonder that the cook surely cannot be a qualified chef, the very small salad, was drowned in dressing, also no Chef would send that crap out & stuff up such an easy meal, i mean not even an average cook could make such a bad meal from Beef Schnitzel, Mum barely touched the Beef Schnitzel, i should of complained then but it was Mums birthday, did not want to cause an upset..<br/>Being in the area it was a toss up between coming here or the One Good Horse , we are extremely disappointed in our decision, we paid $18.50 for a dried up tasteless piece of meat, a few chips & a very small drowned out salad....<br/>I will never ever come back here & i will be informing friends & family not to either, if only we were forewarned, then my Mothers birthday dinner would of been enjoyable & satisfying elsewhere....

got a voucher online and had been awhile since we had been. partner had steak special and seafood soup. also went with mum and dad who had garlic bread and steak special. fish and chips was a bit of a let down one piece of fish but was a light meal. i had a chicken wrap was lovely. service was great.

Visited Robbie's at Parklands for lunch. The staff were very friendly. My friend and I ordered the lunch time special and we were not disappointed. The meal was beautifully cooked and there was plenty to eat. We will certainly be going back there.

We have been to this restaurant several times in the past and always enjoyed ourselves. So decided to have our son's 16th birthday dinner there .There were 15 people in total and I estimate we spent somewhere between $450 and $550 in total. I was disappointed that two people were still waiting for their meals to arrive while most others had actually finished eating, but decided not to let this mar our evening. However, my brother found a rubber band in his meal, the waitress ( who was exceptionally helpful and pleasant ) apologised and said that he would not be charged for his meal, so all was fine. BUT no the chef said that there were no rubber bands in her kitchen so we had to pay for his meal. I subsequently spoke to the chef who claimed she was not calling my brother a liar, but reiterated that there were no rubber bands in her kitchen. So I wrote a complaint as there was no manager available to speak to. I left my phone number and was told I would be contacted - but no I have not been . Finding a foreign object in your meal is bad enough but then having it insinuated that you put it there yourself !!!! For the sake of a $19.50 meal, why would you be so rude to 15 people and all their family and friends who obviously will never step foot in this restaurant again . We now all realise why there were not many people there, so well done " chef " looks like you will have even less work in the future.

Big plates, great sized meal and it was yummy. :)

Have been to this Robbies among others quiet a few times. Always friendly staff greeting you. Great menu selection with additional options from their blackboard specials. Meals always come out prompt and very satisfactory. This is definitely one of our favourite restaurants where we know we are always looked after.

Have eaten here several times and enjoyed our dining experience, but have never been so disappointed in a meal as we were on 14/7/12.<br/>Ordered a Moroccan Chicken Wrap, Lambs Fry and A kiddie Chicken Nuggets. The seasoned Wedges came out caked in salt, as did the Kiddies Meal. Surely young children should not have food plastered in salt!!!! What is the point of having condiments on table if the choice of having or not having salt has already been made for you. During the meal the kitchen staff appeared to watch me shaking the salt off our meals, yet at no point were we asked if everything was okay with our meals. The Lambs fry came out with a tiny dollop of mashed potato. We have eaten here many times and been very happy with the meals and service, but on this occasion both the meals and service were extremely disappointing. We won't be going back!!!

Arrived 10 mins early and told they'd given our table to other dinners. Was pointed in the direction of the entryway instead where empty tables stood vacant, wonder why. I did not want to be looking into the bar. Had our meals which were nice albeit bouncy meat and looks from some of the girls. I obviously made my unhappiness evident with our seating..why bother booking.<br/><br/>But then we played pokies, well we didn't the machine ate our $20. Finally the girl came and stated several times, if it had been put in then it would be there..pardon? Accusing my daughter of lying when people around her saw her put it in. In the end after being rude several times she said someone would check the machine in the morning and call us if it was in there..right. They made me pick it up after she said yes they would drop it off. I went in and stated to a woman worker that I didn't like being made to come in thru no fault of mine and she said the staff said i was rude to the girl the night before...excuse me? she accused my daughter of lying. rotten place, saddens me to think worthy places were lost and now we have no choice but to accept less..not me, never again.

We have never been so disappointed. The fish was served barely warm and absolutely tasteless. The chips were almost cold and were greasy. And the atmosphere was dreadful. Trying to talk to each other over the juke box in the bar was practically impossible. A never-to-be-repeated exercise. The only good comment I can make is that the waitress did her level best in difficult circumstances and the chefs should be sacked because they just didn't care.

What a disappointment. I was not expecting great things but what we got was rediculous! Ordered the chicken in filo pastry. The pastry was white and pasty looking the filling inside was barely warm. The proportion on the plate was all wrong it was half filled with salad. The waitresses did not ask the usual how is/was your meal (did they Know). And at a premium price $25-$28. That buys a GOOD meal on the strip. I am sorry but if three people order and barely touch their meals the kitchen staff have surely got to be asking themselves some questions. Just a hint it is NOT because there is too much food on the plate.
