Myself and another lady have come into New World today and both got a Salad from the salad bar. I would like to say that the choices are amazing and super delicious and Lynn that was working in there is there making sure nothing is running low and presentation was fantastic - to you Lynn you do a wonderful job and you are appreciated :-)

A great new modern store for the city. Looks clean & fresh. Amazing range of produce. The deli counter has everything you need. And they have a cafe which does a decent cup of coffee.

Beautiful Supermarket and relatively new store Friendly staff and good selection of products Plenty of parking space

One of the nicest supermarkets I've been to. Staff are all friendly. Great selection of products. They have lots of things I just haven't managed to find anywhere else! Store is always clean and well looked after. Central location makes it quick and convenient to pop in and get what you need.

New World Morehouse really is an awesome little grocery shop. Very friendly and helpful staff and for the size of the store has a fantastic range. They maybe a little more expensive than pak n save but are a better store by far. That’s my opinion anyway. Just have to add a little bit about NW Durham. I’ve just done my weekly shop, which isn’t a lot to be honest, but they have new staff and the new checkout lady I got was bloody shocking. She couldn’t give a dam about the products I had bought, she just threw them in the bag without a care in the world. Even the younger fresh faced teenagers are better than this woman, she is absolutely shocking. If I get her next time I’ll be making my thoughts heard and this woman will hopefully be either put out the back or sacked.

First ever visit, really well presented store, love the salad bar idea nicely set out and presentation throughout the store was A+++.

Well maintained and presented range of produce. This is my NW of choice. Great car park always a park and multiple ways to exit! Great selection through out supermarket too!

I was in your store between 9.45 and 10.00 last night 7 December. I was looking for trifle sponges and came across one of your staff so asked them if you had any in store. That staff member turned out to be one of your trainees and her name was Nelly. This young lady is going to be an absolute asset to your store. Nelly was fantastic, funny and exuberant worth a permanent smile on her face. We both went round the whole store looking for trifle sponges and I have to say I haven’t had so much fun in ages and it was a perfect end to my day. I have been in the Customer Service industry for many years and Nelly is an absolute gem. Please give her a shout out and pass on my thanks to her once again. Merry Christmas to you all. This is the nicest super market ever, I was down in Christchurch from Auckland, and I entered this new world and it was amazing everything was clean they have a scanner to pay for food when going though the store, the store looked amazing. Even the staff looked approachable and they were even cleaning the bottom of the shelving, very impressed wish we had something like this in Auckland
