I think they opened their business here about 3 weeks ago. I enjoyed a coffee and scone here last week, so I came in to try a hot lunch today. They have quite an extensive menu. I chose a masala dosa, which is a rice pancake stuffed with curried potatoes and herbs, with a hot vegetable soup and two chutnies on the side. It was absolutely delicious. I then had a generous slice of their excellent home-made chocolate cake and a good strong flat white. It was all very reasonably priced and they were extremely kind and attentive. They do Western style cafe items as well as Indian dishes. They now stay open until 8pm which means that they are like a cafe during the day and a restaurant in the evenings. I highly recommend it and will certainly be going back there.

I would love to give 4 star overall. My wife termed this as innocent food so I would love to give 3.4 star. Reasonable price(just 10$ Thali). As told they are non profit organisation and not business.Food is more of satvik which means they no garlic or onion will be used to make curries. As they are pretty new, customer service is very good.

This is my favourite restaurant of all time! My family comes here at least once a week, because it’s just so good. The food is fantastic and the service is too. The guy who works out front is absolutely wonderful! Great for vegans! My fam always gets a slice of cake after our meal, and while it looks unsuspecting— it’s sooo good! Love this place

Hearty, homely, tasty food, different from most other Indian restaurants in New Zealand. The 10$ thali was delicious and filling, and worth every penny we payed for it. Staff is also extreme friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing food !! I got the thali which was a combination curries a bit like a tapas each one was flavourful and delicious!! Extremely well priced and the customer service was on point. Definitely recommend as it's vegan and vegetarian friendly can't wait to go back.

This is not a regular restaurant. The food here seems to be prepared with simplicity. You won't get an option of definitely the taste. It's a complete vegetarian outlet. I ordered thali which came with 2 subji, one Puri, steamed rice, daal, one pakora and halwa. The taste was very good. If you want to eat simple food then only pay a visit else you will be disappointed. It also sells a lot of Indian sweet items and few Indian snacks. Prices are reasonable for all items.
