We've moved around a few chippies in recent years trying to find better flavour, less oily, more crispy, consistent quality, excellent potato fritter. These guys seem to have nailed it on the head. Definitely worth a test run if you are in driving distance to avoid soggy chips on the way home. Nice having the shoestring fries as an option too :-)

Fish was fresh and delicious and drained so well, chips were golden and fluffy.

Great value ! Everything I'm the pack cost us under $15. You can tell they cook it in clean oil. It was non greasy and the batter for the hot dog is light. đź’Ż % would recommend.
I went off reviews and wasn't disappointed.
Food was hot, chips lightly golden and crispy, hot dog yum and so was the cheese burger.
I was in food coma after was awesome.

I am new in the area and for my whole life living in CHC NZ, this is by far the most amazing and best fish & chip I ever had. Its our go to shop and they are so pleasant to talk to and so friendly, also super clean every time we order. I love you guys and keep up the good service :)
Great fish & chips ! Just the right amount of oil. Their chips are crispy outside and soft and fluffy inside ! Fish was really fresh and batter wasn’t too thick plus good size of fish, great value for everything ! We highly recommend them! This will be our go to when we are in chch city !
Love coming here, they have always been great people to my mate and I, always smiling and happy as to have a conversation. Feels more like a family environment then just any old plain fish and chip shop.
