My go to Pizzeria has let me down. I ordered a half in half buffalo chicken and Pepperoni pizza. My fav half, the buffalo chicken didn't have any buffalo sauce or ranch dressing. Gutted! Tried to email but no way to get in touch with the Hornby store. The overall base was not cooked enough. Update: The manager came back to me and offered an apology and a free pizza. Great response and well done sir!
Yesterday 15th of Jan I went into Sal's Pizza to get a slice of pizza after Grocery shopping only to be greeted by the staff there with just fantastic greeting,
To the two staff that was working yesterday I felt it need to be said and acknowledge and they are just amazing they really give the pizza place my family loves a great name. Great service, Great attitude
There needs to be more people like these to young staff in every food place 10/10 exceptional
Very tasty and great service. We ate a half-buffalo half-pepperoni pizza that was delicious. Jorge made it for us and his service and kindness were outstanding. Definitely coming back
Thank you so much to the girl today - I’m so sorry, I forgot to get her name - who helped us even though she was having some serious technical difficulties with her pizza oven! It’s always great to see someone going the extra mile to serve a customer. The pepperoni wheels were amazing ☺️

We usually love getting Sals, but lately it hasn't been anything but disappointing - not the food, but the service. The 1 out of 2 times, we arrived at Sals to order dinner, and they were closing early, that was fine, we understood. Last week we decided to get Sals and checked online to make sure it was open, sure enough we arrived there and it was open. Walked into the shop and began browsing the menu, to be told by the manager that he had been there since 8.30am, hadn't had a break and wasn't taking anymore orders. We ate somewhere else, walked back past Sals to find him serving people. Whether you're struggling with low staff or don't want to spend the money to hire more staff, it's been very disappointing and has become a hit and a miss.
1st time trying this pizza, was not disappointed. Customer service was great but definitely felt sorry for the girl as she was on her own and was flat out. Hats off to her, she mentioned there would be a wait which was all good. Huge slices and was tasty. That girl should get a pay rise! :)
Pizza and garlic knots were great as usual! But god hire some more staff, the poor bloke behind the counter told us he’d worked all day, with no breaks because he was the only one rostered on. Not good enough
Massive pizza! Tastes amazing. Impressed by the staff tonight that was making the pizzas as we have never seen someone throw them up and around! How cool! It was really busy so bit of a wait but cool to see someone making them like in the movies. We will be going back again
best pizza and best service ever! my partner and I come here often and are never ever disappointed or dissatisfied. the food is always great and we never have to wait long to get our order. 10/10 would recommend
