Wow!!! Ordered the Family Meal Deal A(and a big Chicken & Corn Soup came with deal also) and all I can say is YUM!!!! Sampan House in the City is my usual go to for Chinese but thank god there's something closer to home that is so good. Great value for money, big serving size, friendly service and the set up inside is like a family room inside a house but hey I think thats the whole idea due to the name of the place. Great little place. Will definitely be back.100% recommend ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐ฏ

This has become our new favourite Chinese takeaway. Our second time going so its definitely consistently good. Excellent value for money. Fresh veges cooked to perfection & great customer service. Immaculately clean shop & kitchen. Highly reccomend to everyone on the east to give them a try.

Wow. I am VERY weary bout trying a new chinese place but after doing some research and reading reviews I thought..okay maybe give it a try. And my goodness..you guys weren't kidding. This place was fantastic. You enter and the shop is clean and tidy and a very friendly young man at the counter guided me through the menu. I sat and waited all of 5minutes and it was ready! I got home to find the portion sizes were exactly what people said..BIG. I ordered chicken and cashew nuts and roast pork fried rice. The food was tasty, non greasy (you know how chinese food normally leaves a greasy texture on your palette), FRESH vegetables. And there was PLENTY of meat. Normally need to order extra elsewhere but not here. Very happy. Thank you so much. You have a loyal customer right here. I drove from shirley also.

My favourite Chinese takeaway. The pricing is great and the food is always consistent. I would recommend the stir-fried noodles, fried rice, chow mein or the satay.

Tried for first time a few days agoโฆ.. awesome value for money. Meals are delicious and really big servings. Going back again tonight. First time visit to NZ and will be back at Christmas and definitely coming back for more great Chinese food.

This is easily the best Chinese takeaway place I have been to. Incredibly friendly service both on the phone and in person, the quality of their food is top notch, no skimping on veggies, great flavour and their portion sizes are very generous. At a time when most places are reducing quantity, quality and increasing prices, Chinese Home Kitchen is still maintaining their high standards. This place is always busy and it should be given that they genuinely offer good quality food. Thank you.

Oh my gosh, this the best Chinese food I have tasted for such a long time. We order black bean steak, sweet and sour pork and lemon chicken. Full of flavour and surprising a variety of vegetables. No noodles or rice so you might to order that if needed. But definitely value for money.
