Hinge & Co is more than meets the eye, the served quality food and service was impeccable. The waitress (who’s Canadian) was very welcoming and helpful as she explained to us the different menu during that time of the day. The chocolate fondant with mango sorbet is to die for. I highly recommend it!
Highly recommend this place & wonderful service. The food is so beautiful, giving out a wonderful free mother days gift too!
Have driven from Whangaparaoa to enjoy mothers day. Will be back again for sure!! AAA++

Came here today with a friend, nice little set up. Quiet & accomodating.
Was great to be able to have the option to sit indoors or outdoors
Cute little playground and picnic blankets for kids.
Service was great, the waitresses are very attentive and making sure you are well looked after.
Ordered the big breakfast. Was nice, would really like to come back and try lunch or dinner :)
Hinge & Co is on the road between Clevedon & Umupuia, and is a great location to relax & catch up with friends & family. They have indoor & outdoor seating & are open through the day.
There menu is seasonal with lots of unique options.
The fish of the day was snapper with minted potatoes & veges with tomato hollandaise. Fish & vegetables perfectly cooked. Coffee was well made, although a little too much foam if I’m being picky.
Service was very friendly & welcoming with good knowledge of the menu.
Looking forward to trying out more of their menu.
Visited with family for lunch and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, coffee was good too. Service was ok, and a lovely location to visit.
Had a lovely brunch last Saturday with my husband for our Wedding Anniversary - Had a special time, beautiful décor, lovely very attentive staff, delicious food especially the Bib Brekkie which was excellent value for money ……. The cakes were divine, works of art and very reasonably priced - What a great find this Restaurant is with additionally the lovely country setting.

Love the atmosphere and a very friendly staff. We only had dessert, but it was still great. The gingerbread Creme brulee is fantastic! If you love gingerbread and creme brulee, you will adore this dish
A-mazing!! One of the most fantastic places I have ever been to. The food was mind blowing! The menu was great, and everything was super fresh. The flavours were incredible! We got the veggie sharing platter to start (big enough for a meal all on its own). My bf then had the fish of the day, which was so colourful, I had the miso soup! The best dish we had by far was the polenta chips & black garlic aioli - just order this dish if nothing else from the menu as it is so incredible!! The portions are also quite big, which is an even bigger plus. The atmosphere is great, it's rustic yet chic. There is even a roaring fireplace to keep you warm! The staff were great, very polite, warm & attentive. We will definitely be back! Go here, it's a must do!!

The food is always amazing when I go here and the service is always great. Although they stopped making pies which was kinda disappointing because the leek and potato one was really good. And if you are a Vegan Or Vegetarian there isn’t many options when it comes to food, but the few options there are taste amazing
What a find! Our first impressions we awesome as we enjoyed the beautiful fit out and studied the extensive menu (already planning what to eat on our next visit!). Good coffee, quick service and boy was the food yummy. We enjoyed the salmon french toast & mushroom benedict which was the best that we have had in a while. Highly recommend this place and can't wait to try an evening meal at Hinge & Co. PS - lots of veggie options available which is fab!
