The lady at Touch Yarns was ever so helpful and had a real bubbly personality. She gave me the name of the beautiful rose in their garden. A very knowledgeable lady re wool and knitting. Thoroughly recommend a visit to this shop.
The owner is super nice! We had amazing burgers and chips, portions were huge and everything tasted great. The real fruit ice cream is delicious. Definitely will come back.
This place serves GF hotdogs, and they are amazing. After going gluten free, I thought I was destined to trudge through a hotdog-less life, devoid of that sweet, deep-fried goodness, until the sweet release of death. That was before I found the Clyde Village Store. Every time my partner and I come through Clyde we get one (or four). Thank you Clyde Village store, from the bottom of my heart. The owner is also lovely.
Had light good and ice cream which I recommend. Not bad for a dairy type coffee shop.
Awsome friendly approachable staff, lovely layout of the shop and delicious choices of food, sandwiches - pies - icecream - preserves fruits of Otago and survinors and more to offer 10 out of 10. Fair pricing for the location.. Lovely outdoor garden and shaded to eat😍
First visit here and will for sure be back! I had the pulled pork and apple slaw burger, the slaw was crunchy with fresh apples and pork tender and juicy......it is messy so grab a napkin and dig in! Sooooo good. 5 stars all the way, friendly and quick service. Thank you:)

Had the Blue Cod, salad and chips. Excellent service and huge meal. Poor girl working on her own. No complaints. She did an excellent job. Very nice.
I would say the best pie in town and shakes as well.
First went to this store/cafe 25 years ago while living in Alexandra. It was our favourite "fish'nchips" outlet. A few changes in ownership probably since then but NO CHANGE in service or quality which is pretty good in this day and age!! Service friendly, efficient and the ice creams we sat and enjoyed this week were generous to say the least.....amazing ! Well done....you will certainly see us again.......!!!
