Lovely drinks, atmosphere and service! The setting for Penny Black is unbeatable - a waterfront heritage building with a killer outdoor view and and equally cozy indoor spaces, plus a thoughtful wine and beer list and an extensive cocktail selection.
Well worth the trip if you find yourself in Cromwell - if I lived here, this would definitely be a regular haunt. This is the kind of cozy cocktail bar with lots of character that everyone dreams of having in their town. Highly recommended, especially on a nice day!
