I love this Restaurant - its my weekly go to... I get delivery, I just love the flavours and the quality of food, its an amazing place to eat and i'm just thankful its on my doorstep.

We visited Flying Rickshaw recently since it has changed hands and wanted to try it out for our weekly date. The staff were fantastic, very attentive, friendly, and yet not interrupting. The food was fantastic! We ordered the Tikka chicken pieces on a sizzling platter - amazing...and the lamb korma was excellent. The portions were generous and the price was very reasonable. I also liked that the menu has several new and authentically cooked dishes to try. Will be back, well done guys!
The restaurant was comfortable and clean. The menu and service were good. We started with the chilli chicken for our entree which was ok. For mains, we had the butter chicken, the Chefs Prawn Special Curry. with Pranthas and Garlic Naans. Both dishes were delicious. Washed down with a couple of Kingfishers. Prices were reasonable.
Love this place! Each dish had a unique taste. Great menu. Food comes out at a reasonable time. We have a great experience every time we come here or get takeaways.
Amazing service! Ordered in house but for delivery as was in a rush, great service from the young girl behind the till and then to have (the owner, I guessed) personally come out and say he’d be happy to deliver the order personally, and once delivered very sharpish, was great quality food as usual, always recommend. Thanks guys!! Will be spreading the good word!!
Have been getting takeaway many times from here over the last few weeks. Delicious curries, efficient service and good value. The butter lamb is a bit too sweet for my liking; but that’s a personal preference and I’m sure lots would prefer the sweetness. Great level of spice in all their curries.
Got a takeaway from here as was in Devonport, the curry- Chicken Anarkali was tasty and something different with a good cheese and garlic naan. My only gripe was the longer than expected/told wait but they were fairly busy. Staff were friendly though.
Delicious Indian food of North India
This hidden gem has the most amazing food and service. Try the veg platter, it’s worth it !! We also had chicken tikka masala chicken kadai and Paneer Shimla with Lachha paratha 😋Definitely worth every penny 😊
Really great Indian restaurant in davenport. We just ended up going in as we were hungry after a little trek up mount Victoria. The place is smallish but has a nice rustic ambience. The food took a little while but it was certainly worth it and we were warned that it was quite busy so the food will take 20-30 mins.
We ordered Paneer tikka masala, dal tadka and garlic naan. Both entrees come with rice as well. We had asked for hot ( spicy) and it was just perfect for our palette. The food was piping hot, the flavors really good and the naan was also nice and soft. They even boast a large drinks menu in case anyone wanted a side of wine or other drinks to go with the food.

Brilliant food, great service. Have had multiple meals there on the past couple of months and can't fault it.
