We had booked in for a High Tea in one of the Vault Rooms. What an amazing experience, food was absolutely superb, seruve from start to finish was second to none. If you have a chance to do it, I would highly recommend spending the extra $$ for the Vault Rooms.
It was my first high tea. Omg it was so good. It was great for great for small party - girls day out. Non limited on tea or coffee and baking were so good.
Staff was do professional and friendly. A wee bit expensive but the well spend. š
Wow! What a fantastic experience at Parcels! A group of eight of us, girls reconnecting fifty plus years after leaving boarding school, dined in one of the vaults on Saturday night 6 May and we couldnāt have had a better night outā¦From the time of booking right through until leaving after a beautiful meal every aspect of our dining at Parcels was perfect. Great communication, a warm friendly welcome from staff, a delightful waitress, delicious food, and a sumptuous environment! An absolute highlight of our weekend in Dunedin!!!!
A relaxing comfortable atmosphere. The food was delicious ... beautifully prepared and presented. Staff attentive but not intrusive. On my list for a return visit.
Awesome night in one of the Vault's private dining rooms. The food was brilliant. Great ambience, beautiful rooms and the most incredible waitress who looked after us absolutely brilliantly with the most amazing fun attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. Loved it. Thank you for making it so incredible. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for something different and special.

Very attentive friendly staff. Meals were delicious, lots of flavour. Someone has definitely put a bit of thought behind the flavours. Would definitely dine here again
Simply fantastic!! Steak was one of the best I have had. Well complimented with roast potatoes and veges. But the compliments need to go to Anna. Her attention to detail, attentiveness, and warm smile is so rate in a young waitress. Thank you Anna.
Only thing I would suggest, (not a criticism and not easy to fix), but change the colour temperature of the lighting to 3000kelvin or even 2700 Kelvin. Existing lighting is very cold. Apart from that, awesome, well done.
Group of 5 booking for dinner for Valentine and we had the amazing time at your restaurant. Food was scrumptious and fresh. Very happy with the service. The you lady who looked after us done a brilliant job. Very friendly, she knows the menu really well which is mind blowing. That you for the lovely experience Parcels. You should be proud of you staff that work on Valentines evening š¤©
Very good food, main course and dessert s are amazing!! And also the service, waiters here are so sweet and kind, will come again!!
