Review Tiger Sugar - Epsom

Benedict Uy
Noticed the shop a while back but haven't tried it until recently. The first time was a pudding and pearl milk tea with a dog mousse. They have chocolate mousse (milk and white) in the shape of dogs for $7. The milk tea was ok but nothing special but the mousse was quite nice. Good flavour and it was fairly hard to just chop the head off the dog to enjoy it. I came back again to try the brown sugar pearl milk tea and that was amazing. The pearls are warm and sweet and you have the cold milk tea on top. You can either drink it as is or as the poster suggests give it 9 mixes with the straw before drinking it. Either way, I really liked it. Nice flavour and the pearls were just right for my liking, not hard, and soft and chewy. I prefer the brown sugar milk tea here to other places.
Celia Chan
The flavour of the tea was quite different to others ive tried, i got the brown sugar pearl tea and liked that the pearls were softer and "separated". Fast service and good location

We ordered a brown sugar milk tea and a fruity one. Both were pretty good and the price was decent. Staff was fairly friendly and the shop looks clean. Overall it was a good experience and I wouldn't mind coming back.

One of the best dessert and drink place! Their brown sugar pearl fresh milk is soooooo good
Jennifer Tate
Brown sugar pearl milk tea is so good, brown sugar pearls are comparable to the quality of the ones in Taiwan! Peach oolong is also nice. Staff are friendly and helpful with any questions you have about the drinks + recommendations too. Highly recommend if you like to try some more unusual teas and flavours than Gong Cha or Chatime

Went there with my sister on a friday night, ordered 2 brown sugar fresh milk with cream brulee. The drink was amazing, however we waited for almost 45 minutes to receive our order. There were only 2 people working. They delivered a really good and friendly service despite how busy the store was. The tables were full and the queue moved slow. I think the store needs more staff to work on friday nights.

Unique flavor and cute cups! Had the "Cheese topping watermelon" and "brown sugar tiger cocoa". Cute atmosphere but needs music or a tv or else you can hear a pin drop otherwise New favorite place!
Brandon Stark
So tasty, and a cool, mellow hangout vibe here. They had me at brown sugar.
Emil Ramos
Love the brown sugar creme brulee
Alethea Faumuina
For those with a sweet tooth....
Andy Liek
Drink was delicious, just need to wait for it.
Henry Gao
Good place for bubble tea, quite popular
Dennis Cham
Nice bubble tea!
Lulu
They are not genuine tiger sugar from Taiwan as they advertised! Neither a franchise <br/>or a branch store!! They also have abused copyrights of tiger sugar company. full of scam!
Yan Caly Wang
I walked in by myself and the owner didn’t let me use zomato good which is fair enough but I went outside and brought in a stranger with me and the owner still didn’t want me to use zomato gold until I argued to the fine prints
Joaan Lee
People this is a store operating illegally by using the trademark of the original Taiwan Tiger Sugar brand. The products are substandard copies. Please do not support them and assist us in bringing the criminals to justice.
Amanda Lee
We came here a week ago and kinda like it. But on our second visit on the same week, the bubble tea tasted so horrible! The pearls tasted slightly sour and soft! We don’t remember this was how it should taste like and had made a complaint immediately. The lady at the counter told us it’s normal and asked us to just mix it well. Surely that’s not how pearls should taste. We were very disappointed with the inconsistent quality and poor service. We waited for 20 mins and this was what we got from them. Seriously need to look into more stringent QC standard on your products! It’s hard to survive in this competitive market.

Best Brown Sugar Tea...Lots of other choices for tea as well....The Staff are lovely and always happy to double the sugar juice quantity for me...Yummmm

非常棒的飲料,第一次消費後過兩天又再度消費,珍珠的口感很棒,黑糖也很香。

I am getting addicted to this healthy ice cold fresh milk with hot brown sugar bubbles, just tastes wonderful and healthy. Especially for pregnant and breastfeeding moms.

I went there on Sunday afternoon without knowing this is fake tiger sugar, around 4.10 pm, and ended up leaving with my tea almost at 5. It took 45 minutes to get 1 brown sugar milk tea. They didn’t inform me that there is going to be a long wait time. I didn’t realise this shop was fake one and expected similar quality what I had over in Asia during my holiday. But after I have waited 45 minutes for 1 tea and had a taste, it was quite disappointing and not worth waiting at all. Pearls were not good enough they were not as soft as other tea shops. Also the taste was a bit bland.
Emily Chua
Excellent oolong tea range. Always friendly counter staff. Recommended.
Jessica Zhang
The new drink grapefruit tea is really good. Cannt go wrong with it. High recommended!
Jennifer
Ordered the Royal Blueberry milk tea and Dragonfruit Yakult drink; dragonfruit one tasted pretty good but not worth the price in my opinion. The blueberry tea was so bland it tasted like blueberry-scented water. Don’t get what the hype is about.
Jojo Liang
I tried the black sugar pearl milk tea, the pearls were very soft and chewy.

We were on our way to the usual Gong Cha, but saw a cute Japanese store that sells the softest soft toys, so we just had to go in to have a look. The shop was actually connected to Tiger Sugar bubble tea shop, so we magically got attracted into the shop — sorry not sorry Gong Cha.<br/><br/>So the first impression was “wow this place is spacious and they can fit more tables and chairs, but thank goodness they didn’t, otherwise it’ll be pretty loud in here”.<br/><br/>Then I saw the cabinet with all these different buns and deserts — extremely Asian; Durian bread, red bean bread, etc etc — and I fell in love at first sight. <br/><br/>There were three of us so we just used Zomato gold 2+2 drink deal and got four drinks for the prize of two ✨ 💫 ✨ 💫 <br/><br/>They had some weird and wacky combinations like avocado yogurt milk tea, fresh watermelon juice with cheese foam, and brown sugar with creme brûlée. Really ? Has anyone heard of that? I had to grab these ones of course. They were delicious ! <br/><br/>And omg cheesy pineapple bread was revolution, and durian bread was amazing too. Texture was extremely soft and squishy. Strawberry bun was super hard to chew because they don’t heat that due to obvious reasons, but tasted really good anyway. <br/><br/>Overall I loved this place, but don’t know whether I’d come back or not because there are wayyyy toooo manyyy new bubble tea shops eveeerryyywheeerreee!!!!

This BOBA store is quite busy with lots of people lining up.<br/><br/>The brown sugar bubble tea was really nice. I really liked the brown sugar flavour as it added a nice toasted flavour without it being too sweet.<br/><br/>The Matcha was too bitter for me. It had a tad too much Matcha in it and was a little overwhelming.<br/><br/>I did like their tapioca bubbles though, it was nicely cooked through and wasn't too soggy or chewy. I also like how the bubbles were a little sweet as well.<br/>

Taste: 1/5<br/>Service:5/5<br/>The lady was very nice and patient in waiting for us to choose our drinks and even gave us recommendations.<br/>The drinks unfortunately weren't that great. The creme brulee brown sugar fresh milk tea was alright a 3/5 as the pearls were slightly hard and there was little flavour even with the sugar Pearl's. The passionfruit yakult with Pearl's 2/5 was very sweet even with little sugar but the passionfruit and yakult flavour was there. The Pearl's were so hard and the middle wasn't cooked through at all with no taste. Taro fresh milktea with Pearl's is a 4/5 the flavour is good and the pearls are much better and flavourful. The boba milk tea is a 2/5 due to no flavour but good sugar levels, the Pearl's are really soft and chewy. Overall the Pearl's are inconsistent. It is quite disappointing in terms of the flavour of the drinks in comparison to the high reputation it holds in Asia.

We've used zomato gold here multiple times. My personal favourite is the taro milk brown sugar. It has a subtle taste of taro, without taro cubes usually found in other milk tea places. My sister doesn't really like it bc the taste is very subtle. Royal blueberry milk tea was also very good, which was a pleasant surprise to me. I do think that it is a bit over-rated and pricier than usual, or than what it actually should be - good thing I have zomato gold. I like the simple setup of the place, but it can often be quite messy. However, I could see that the staff (usually only 2 in the times I've been there) are trying their best. I also use my large longplay keepcup for regular sized milk teas and the staff are more than happy to oblige. So, bring along your reusable cups!
Sarah Li
Went there as a recommendation from a close friend, to try out one of their pudding milk tea with pearl. I don't remember the name of the drink but it was pretty good just a little on the sweet side. It's good for people who have a sweet tooth, one thing they may need to fix up is their communication skills as they had trouble speaking to us in English
Veronica Ly
Service: 4/5<br/>Food: 4/5<br/>Fresh milk with brown sugar pearls were very nice, although it’s a little on the pricey side it’s totally worth it !! The mousse was okay, not for everyone but very cute and good for photos. The drink came out very quick less than 2 minutes. Place is good for hanging out after school or just for a quick milk tea.
MayLing Nguyen
Thanks Camilia!! Great customer service and ambience . Makes you feel not guilty about the 450 calories in the brown sugar pearl toppings . Camilia makes you feel body-positive when enjoying a drink here. Will come back for sure
Aireena Omar
Used Zomato gold here (code: AIRE5207). Friendly and quick service on a Sunday night.<br/><br/>Two large milk teas for $9! Super worth it for its price.
Pig Cat
Tried brown sugar pearl creme mousses and cheese foam oolong, just average. No special. Prefer the alley. Ambience was noise and sofa was not so clean. Shopping at Yoyoso next door can shorten your time of waiting.

Tiger Sugar is very popular in asian countries that’s why I decided to give it a try. And I never regretted it. Now I know why a lot of people from my home country (Philippines) are so obsessed with this drink. I ordered their most popular drink Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea with Milk Foam, I instantly fell inlove with it! This is my new favorite milk tea now! I hope they will open more branches here in Auckland 😊
YEe LiNg
My flavour bubble tea in the town! Have come here few time and have no issue in using Zomato gold. Friendly staff. Definitely will go back again!
Abella Wang
Come here all the time now to get milk tea with zomato gold! So delicous and very rich milk flavour and well brewed tea- chewy pearls too! I get 30%sugar which I find is a perfect amount of sweetness definitely recommend

A great place for the Milktea in Newmarket, also have awesome fruit tea smoothie, friendly staff, a comfortable environment, l will comeback to try more drinks.
H Kim
Waited 30 mins for one drink for them to tell me that the flavour I had ordered was not available. After changing my order to another and finally receiving my order, the drink was leaking everywhere. The lid and cup did not fit properly. The warm drink I ordered was far too hot which made me burn my mouth. Overall not a very satisfying experience. I would rather go to the many other bubble tea places around.
DayToy825
Brown sugar boba is great! Mango Yakut and cheese black currant are delicious! Coffee oolong just make me can not sleep lol definitely come back again!
Eatwithbonny
Try out this place because tiger sugar is such a hype in asian country for black sugar. Ordered the most popular drink which is black sugar pearl milk. Presentation is on the point. Pearls are chewy and bouncy.
Iww
I went to buy a loft and a drink today and found two insects flying in the displaying cabinet. The bread smells bad. The brown sugar pearl is too sweet. Price is cheap but the taste is very bad. Won’t come again.
Gloria Ching
Came here for a catch up/planning meeting last Sat (20/07/19). I ordered the Brown sugar pearl milk tea. I was initially worried that it would be overly sweet (as you couldn't adjust the sugar level) but it was just right. The pearls were firm and chewy and drink wasn't overly milky. My friend also ordered their pineapple bread which was soft, fluffy and had a hint of actual pineapple. Prices are quite steep for the size of the drink/bread. <br/>Overall a great casual spot for a catch up or informal meeting (wifi access came in handy).
Jeannette Salim
Tried this place for the first time using ZG - referral code - JEAN9597.<br/><br/>I ordered one of their recommend drinks, brown sugar pearl and creme brulee milk, which was absolutely delicious. My partner was pleased with his cup of orange drink and said it was refreshing. I will definitely come back to order the same drink and others on their menu.
Aszy
The tea was very good but I made the mistake of having no sugar so it was rather bitter. It would have been greatly improved with the addition of sugar. Next time I will order the brown sugar milk tea because it seems to be very popular. The decor is pretty aesthetic.

Dirty milk tea, always tempted to try it whenever and wherever. Also i can say that tiger sugar it’s one of the best milk tea newly open in town. Will come again soon
MCP
One of the best bubble tea shop in Auckland, their brown sugar milk tea is really good- my personal favourite is the brown sugar pearl and creme brulee milk, not too sweet and boba were soft and easy too chew! Spacious place perfect to hang out with friends!
Arianaaa
One of the better bbt places in akl* <br/>Had the brown sugar milk tea with brown sugar pearls, not sure if they mixed up orders but tasted more of fresh milk than milk tea.<br/>Also had the durian bread, durian flavour was very mild and we were recommended to heat it up which made the bread nice and soft. <br/>Overall a good place to grab bbt but hope we get the milk tea flavour next round
LilianMonaghan
Tried the brown sugar mash taro milk tea which was not too sweet and with aroma taro smell. If you’re a big fan of taro, do recommend this:)
Carla
Friendly staff, clean environment and yummy drinks! We live in North Shore and actually don’t mind the drive to Newmarket to have their Milk Tea. There was even a time we went there 3x in a week!!! My personal favorite would be Brown Sugar Pearl & Cheese Foam Milk- double shot of Cheese Foam - less ice - large. YUM! The pearl is delightful and the cheese foam is fantastic! We’re hoping that they will open shop in North Shore soon.

Place/ambience is great. They have a big space.<br/><br/>I ordered brown sugar milk tea. It wasn't bad but it was'nt good. It was ok. I was expecting the pearls to be really soft like what I have tried in Tiger sugar Philippines, but here it was not soft, it taste like an ordinary pearl.

Noticed the shop a while back but haven't tried it until recently. The first time was a pudding and pearl milk tea with a dog mousse. The bubba tea is too milky for my taste. You definitely can taste the brown sugar. The mousse dog cake is cute for instagramming but its just a mousse.
Annie Low
Absolutely loving their brown sugar bubble milk tea!! I opt for half sugar and it’s just right for me, it’s only $5.50 for a regular size BBT!!!! SO CHEAP compared to those BBT joint in Auckland CBD, will definitely be back!

Revisited in October 19. The milk tea packaging has become consistent with the shop brand.<br/><br/>Brown sugar tea was still a little too sweet. The red bean milk tea was fresh and tasty though.<br/><br/>Taste: 7.5/10<br/>Food presentation: 8/10<br/>Service: 8/10<br/>Ambience: 7/10<br/>Value for money: 7.5/10<br/><br/>****<br/><br/>Nice place on Broadway towards Parnell. Nice decor and seatings. <br/><br/>The drinks are quite reasonably priced. However taste is pretty standard. The brown sugar pearl teas taste overly sweet. The dragonfruit drink tasted slightly artificial but the cheese foam on top was nice.<br/><br/><br/>Food: 3/10<br/>Food presentation: 4/10<br/>Service: 7/10<br/>Location: 6/10<br/>Ambience: 6/10<br/>Price $7

Tried the black sugar pearl tea, the pearls are a bit soft. Apart from the sweetness of the pearls the tea itself is tasteless. Cheese foam is ok.
LGarden
I tryed a lot tea places, <br/>this one is one of the best <br/>brown sugar is not over sweet, but mild sweetie<br/>good ambience to meet friends and seating down<br/>price is reasonable in NM
Wendy Wang
Too sweet. I have order half sugar, and it still tastes very sweet. If I want to drink milk tea, I will not choose here. Just for the pretty presentation.
SpoonMe
I'm not someone who has bubble tea drinks often but I had the Dragon Fruit with Cheese Topping and it was really good! Looked really pretty too
J Eats
Original pearl milk tea tastes terrible unfortunately even at 100% sugar. Pearls were so tough and too chewy. Couldn’t even finish it. Had to go gongcha next door right after the disappointment.
Lambo
Disappointed. Got the brown sugar milk tea and it does not taste like how it is supposed to (compared to other chains in asia). Milk was too sweet and the pearls were hard and undercooked. And the brown sugar syrup somehow tasted sour?! Would not recommend :(

3/5 Taste<br/>3.5/5 Display <br/>3/5 Quantity <br/>3/5 Customer Service<br/><br/>Another Milk Tea place in Newmarket.<br/><br/>Theres just so many new milk tea shops in New Market now. This place is huge with great seating and lightings but taste was unfortunate quite average.<br/>
Aimee.
First things first- this place needs better staff. We had a female staff member roll her eyes at us and was very reluctant on taking our CASH because she didn’t want to give us change. Secondly drinks are average and the menu is limited. Nothing special.
Benz Chan
Minimalist shop with limited selection of drinks. They also don't offer any food. However, I really liked their drinks because they are not sweet and have a bitter taste - authentic tea indeed!<br/><br/>Wife thought otherwise - as she is a sweet tooth and preferred not to taste any bitterness in her original milk tea. Oh well.<br/><br/>Will come back here if I get the chance to try their popular tiger brown sugar tea.
LuNa The TuNa
I'm not sure why tiger sugar use the same cup and logo with The alley. I didn't try the alley Auckland yet, but i've tried 5 different branch of the alley when I was in Taiwan and China. All of them taste better than tiger sugar. Pearl here was ok, but milk tea and watermelon cheese form are not tasty than i thought. Prettier than tasty. Because it's buy one get one free, so i give 4 star, if it's normal price, i'll give 3star.
The Sweet Tooth Fairy
Just solely judging the drink alone, it was delicious!<br/><br/>The drink had a thick syrup-y black sugar coating around the cup with a scoop of soft and chewy black sugar tapoica pearls. With ice and fresh milk to balance out the sweetness of the concentrated black sugar syrup and tapioca, to me, the drink is actually best to drink as is without too much stirring.<br/><br/>Another positive point to note, for $6, the price for the dirty milk tea is probably by far the cheapest I've seen in Auckland with such great quality.<br/><br/>The shop is quite spacious and lighting is rather bright, overall atmosphere is somewhat alive yet relaxing.<br/><br/>Overall, it's definitely a good place solely just to get the dirty milk tea (especially if you're trying it for the first time).
Alison
Tried this place before in Manila and loved it so when I found out we had one here in Auckland I was so excited. I visited today and oh boyyyyyy... I wish I never did. I ordered the royal pearl milk tea and whilst drinking it there was a strand of HAIR TANGLED INTO THE PEARLS. Was so absolutely disgusted. Went to the store to complain and was offered a new one but I couldn’t even drink it because I felt so disgusted. Wish I asked for a refund instead. Never going back again.
Archie Maclang
I recently went there with my friends and we had the brown sugar creme brulee drink. I thought it was really tasty and different. The price wasn’t that bad either!
Rosanne Choy
Came in for a refreshing drink with a friend after having brunch. Ordered a mango yakult drink and a lemon yakult. Mango flavour was super strong. Lemon tasted better and the flavour wasn’t too overpowering. Yakult tasted very nice with different fruits infused into it.
Tanya Chalermtip
Love the brown sugar deerioca series, it has a balanca taste of sweetness from brown sugar deerioca and rich milky taste, for $6ish for a regular cup I think it is reasonable and worth a try.
Tony Ma
Milk tea not as tasty as the other shops but it’s not that bad. Can try but quite a generic taste. <br/><br/>They like to use cups and logos from another milk tea shop which is funny too. <br/><br/>Service: 3/5<br/>Presentation: 3/5<br/>Environment: 3/5<br/>Food Quality: 3/5<br/>Food Quantity: 3/5<br/>Price per person: $8-$12<br/>
Karen
Price- 8/10<br/>I ordered Creme Brulee brown sugar boba which cost $6.50 for medium. It's what I would expect to pay for bubble tea. <br/><br/>Service- 8/10<br/>Kind of slow service when ordering. I went when there were not many people so my bubble tea came pretty quickly.<br/><br/>Their packaging is quite similar to The Alley in the city and The Oriental which is another bubble tea shop on Broadway street. <br/><br/>Overall 4/5<br/>There's nothing special about this bubble tea shop, just like any other bubble tea shop on Broadway :)
Annie Tong
So good! One of my favourite places for milk tea at the moment! The warm brown sugar pearls are so delicious in the cool milk drink, left me one very happy and bloated Asian girl 😍
Joyce Wong
Definitely don't get this place confused with The Alley. It's a completely different store. I hope they can improve the quality of their drinks in the future.
G1k
I got the strawberry pearl tea with cheese topping. It was my first time trying a cheese topping, at first it tasted alright but as i drank it i found it was a bit salty for me. I liked their brown sugar milk tea though, the pearls had the right degree of sweetness for me. Service was great. The only downside was the interior. One of my friend said it looks as if they haven't finished the renovation. The lights hang low for the tables in the entrance section, and one of our group actually hit a side of his head on the light and it was quite a heavy stone imitation type of light. So be careful!
Kylie
I feel bad for The Alley - I saw a friend’s story a while ago showing The Alley cups saying how the drinks were bad and so overhyped. I was a bit confused at first since I thought The Alley hadn’t opened yet but also disappointed since I had seen so many posts from overseas about it. I eventually found out recently that it was about Tiger Sugar instead... <br/><br/>Putting aside the identity crisis of this store for a moment, their drinks just aren’t good. I got the fresh milk deeorica and the brown sugar tasted so weird. It was good at first but the after taste was like Chinese cough syrup (枇杷膏) to be honest. My friends all got the matcha version of the same drink and it tasted very sandy and weak.<br/><br/>The only good thing I can say is that the price is cheap and there is a lot of space... Anyway, go support The Alley on Kitchener Street.
Iamcii
I am soo confused. I think their this place has an identity crisis or perhaps fake shop, not legit? <br/><br/>Is this Tiger Sugar or The Alley ?!?!<br/><br/>Tiger Sugar and The Alley are competitors. However at this shop drinks come out in The Alley cups and taste like a watered down version of The Alleys drinks. In generally the brown sugar milk tea at They Alley is more on the milkier side but this was super water downed, so much so the brown sugar taste barely exists in the drink. The pearls are chewy and have a good texture however, does have a slight sourness and tang to it. <br/><br/>Not coming back till they fix their shit. I foresee a lawsuit coming from The Alley calling them out. Though I haven’t tried The Alley in town yet but reviews haven’t been great for them either. Perhaps same owner brought both franchises? <br/><br/>Service 5/5 (we arrived at 9.55pm 5 mins before they closed and they welcomed us in) <br/>Drinks 1/5 (its drinkable but not nice, disgrace to the brand) <br/>Atmosphere 5/5 (cool decor, with bent wood frame around seating areas, very modern)
Sandy Wang
not sure what is their identity is... but<br/>whatever they are the taste of the brown sugar you cannot deny.<br/>its really nice taste and its only $6 a cup.<br/>reasonable price easy parking in warehouse.<br/>
Darren Big Belly
Got the brown sugar tea which is a bit of a craze right now. The pearls were quite yummy. But the tea/milk and the brown sugar just didn’t have the sweet kick I was expecting. Over all it was good, I probably wouldn’t come back though - given the choices around the area.
Bonthetang
It looks nicer than it tastes...it’s neither tiger sugar or the Alley just their own unknown brand and selling their drinks ...nice place but won’t visit again
Lisa
We ordered two of their most popular drinks and it did not disappoint (the brown sugar and a cheese flavoured one). The drink was delicious and the pearls fresh. The place was trendy and clean. Highly recommend, would definitely come back for this unique boboa tea.
Flora
Is this Tiger Sugar or The Alley? The two bubble tea chains are completely different in other countries. How is it possible that Tiger Sugar sells The Alley tea here. Makes me question the authenticity of this franchise outlet here. Anyways, for the drinks itself, it was honestly quite a disappointment. I have not tried the authentic ones in HK and Taiwan so I can’t compare. I personally found it very diluted and quite tasteless.
Donna Xu
The place is really chic and simple looking which is such a trend for bubble tea places these days. Tiger sugar is right next to Gong Cha and Tearaffe, two similar competitors in the tea market right now. The place is very spacious and I don’t think there’ll be a time where it would be too full to come to. The drink I got was the brown sugar one which is what most people get here when they come for the first time and to be very honest, I might still prefer Gong Cha for the simplicity in their drinks which is continuous throughout all their branches in Auckland.
Joyce Xu

Okay I admit I'm losing count of all you bubble tea shops opening up here in Newmarket village.<br/>This latest one is technically the same as their rivals but each is unique with their own way of presenting this beverage and its ambience<br/>I had the hot Goddess milk tea with aloe Vera but was served lukewarm.
Sticks, Fork & Knife
Came here and ordered a brown sugar fresh milk tea with pearls. Taste wise, it wasn’t too bad but the pearls were more on the sweet and chewy side.<br/>Most importantly, we got a bit confused on their branding as the drinks came out in “The Alley” cups with their iconic wall inside the shop as well so not sure if the brand is genuine or authentic.
Jim
Ordered pearl milk tea. It wasn’t too sweet like other places. Interior is well designed and great service. Will definitely come back with friends to chill out.
Dxlche
Ordered the brown sugar milk tea with pearls. The milk did not have the depth of flavour I expected, tasted just like sugary milk with pearls. It is not bad, but not worth the hype. At least not this particular flavour.
Amanda Chen
i saw them use fresh fruit and fresh milk. That really nice! Taste really good as well. Nice place. I have been here few times already. That’s never happen at other place.
Summer
Nice place~ I like the cream cheese topping! So yummy😋 If u like strawberry taste,u will feel real strawberry not just juice~ yummy~yummy~yummy~yummy~yummy~

First time customer, very enjoy the environment and fast services with kindly staffs. Highly recommend the browns sugar pearl tea,one of the best perl tea I have ever try.
Yaowen Zhang
A very distinctive shop,  I am very impressed with the service and taste at this place, very like their black sugar matcha latte, will recommend to friends and come together in the future.
Jenny Chao
Love the cheese topping series drinks. Great friendly service. <br/><br/>Like the decor and we got drinks for every at the office. No complaints from anyone.
Kanye Kang
The molassese tea is great!!!!!I love the idea of having a few drinks and snack and having good ol’ time playing with card games, jenga or reading manga comics for those wanting more of a chill and quiet time. These are all available at the store. Drinks are decent I love the matcha milk tea with mix pearls.
Stephy Gan
Awesome milk tea! Tea and milk everything I wanted. Service is really good, they are quick and friendly. Highly recommend brown sugar deerioca milk.
Jiawen Du
Drove for over one hour from Hamilton to Auckland for trying Tiger Sugar last weekend, and it did not let me down at all! The interior of the shop is so fancy and pretty. I ordered ‘full cup of pineapple’ and ‘brown sugar pearl with fresh milk’, they were far beyond my expectation! Especially the pearls are sooo chewable, even better than the ones I’ve ever had in China. The cream cheese topping on the ‘full cup of pineapple’ is so yummm! Reasonable price, perfect taste, good service, quality ingredients, I will definitely come every time I come back to Auckland!
Zhen Tao
Well, ordered brown augar milk tea, pretty and tastey. Services are also very friendly, this will be my milke tea shop from now on and will recommend to my friends also.
Fudong Gao
That is taste good and nice shop interiors. Probably I am not sweet preference, the original milk tea is really good. But I would like to try the fruit tea next time
Reneeli19980307
I'm fantastically amazed by the chewy pearls and creamy milk tea! Also the price is fairly worth to have a try on the products! 👍🏻👍🏻 wanna go and taste every product within Tigar Sugar
Naomi Wang
The brown sugar pearl is soooooo good! Not too sweet! And the cheese topping is so yummy 😍😍 next time I want to try the preorder one, looks so gorgeous😋😋
Jenny Da
Looks prettier than it tastes. <br/><br/>I ordered the brown sugar tiger milk which literally tastes like sugar milk with pearls. <br/><br/>The interior of the shop is very nice, I wouldn’t mind coming here with friends but I would definitely order something else.
Wangqiong1004
I love the brown sugar milk with brulee. Tasted creamy and nice, pearls are quite chewy, would like to try the cheese topping fruit series next time.
