Thank you Team Sparrow! 😍 for the lovely & yummy food you’ve prepared for our boss birthday!!! We enjoyed it sooo much 🤗 reason why we weren’t able to take a decent photo of it 🤣 But yes, very fresh & truly delicioso!!! 😋 Highly recommended 👍👍👍 Indeed, a MUST try!!!

I am fortunate enough to work next to Sparrow Cafe. I am always greeted by happy, smiling faces with customer service that is second to none. The quality of food is always top tier and the coffee beautifully made. We recommend all our customers to stop at Sparrow Cafe when they are after a bite or a coffee. So if you're looking for somewhere local to get a coffee or something to eat, look no further. P.S. The spring rolls today were fantastic with great crunch =)

I've been to quite a few cafés around Newmarket, and Sparrow has the best iced chocolate, hands down. Will definitely be visiting again. It was a bit pricey, but then what isn't in Newmarket?

New chef and food was delicious. Black bean and chorizo, sour dough, scrambled eggs . Balanced flavors. Coffee smooth and good taste . Not too milky.

Hidden gem in the area. Nice little cafe with good coffee and yummy food. Staffs are super friendly. I hope I can stop by everyday.

I just work round the corner and to come to this awesome cafe everyday with the great friendly staff serving with smiles and awesome energy. The food is absolutely delicious wether it’s sweet or savoury. If only you were open on the weekends I’d be in them too. Truly recommend to check it out if your in the area of Newmarket/Epsom

Excellent little cafe. Key thing here is they make fantastic coffee. The host Angelina is friendly and the wait is minimal. Highly recommended.

I had the Banana Bread French toast and an Oat-milk Flat White. Absolutely delicious and spot on with the coffee. Really great little spot with a windowed verandah nestled among the car traders on Great South Rd. My only complaint was a few of the fruit choices clashed in the dish and it could have been hotter. Still absolutely delicious and gorgeous presentation. Will be back to try other things and their frozen meal offerings.

The team here are wonderful! All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent - best smashed avo I've had in awhile, and the coffee was delicious too!

Have to let you know your new menu is fantastic. Have been in a couple of times and always met with really friendly staff and great food and coffee. I tried your frozen meals recently and they got the big tick at home. Awesome cafe guys 👍

I work very close to this cafe and love the different choices of food particularly the awesome salads they have. Vegan choices are good too. The staff are lovely and friendly and always go out of their way to ask “are you having a great day?”. Coffee is strong and always hot! Would recommend!

It might be a bit of an unlikely Oasis surrounded by European car yards and offices but this has really become one of my favourite cafes. A great menu and kichen and all the counter food is made on site. You can tell the difference. Trad, Vegan, Vegetarian or Paleo, it's all there. The owner Angelina is one of those people it's nice to be around and her staff are lovely. Warm and comfortable in winter and cool and breezy in summer. Casual enough for friends and family. Stylish enough for clients. Coffee to die for. And licensed.<br/>

The cafe has so much potential to be so much more but the service and quality of the coffee was not the best. Service wise, didn't come across as friendly or polite. There were 6 people that ordered after me, all after takeaway coffees just like myself. However, they were all served before me. No apology was made which left a sour taste in the mouth. If you were after strong coffee that you can taste, this was also not it. On a positive note, place looks nice and tidy.

Terrible, walked in asked for a flat white, paid the server my money got no thank you back, was standing looking at the NZ Herald for less then two minutes when she put my coffee beside me still no thank you back. Coffee was weak but i expected that since it only took less then 2 minutes to make but it was hot. Next time il make sure to stock up on coffee beans as i only went to Sparrow for coffee because i ran out.

Visited this cafe on the last day of school last year for breakfast. I bought an apple spice muffin and my friend got a sausage roll. The apple spice muffin had quite a strong apple flavour to it and the muffin texture was loose. As for the sausage roll, it had a hard crispy outer layer and the portion size was large.

Modern and cozy cafe along Great South Road. Quite expensive but a handy location if you're in that area. I ordered Chicken and Mushroom pie and Salmon Bagel....and they will toast for you which is good! Limited selection of sandwiches and slices but looking soo delish and gourmet! I like their Lemon slice, not too sweet and the taste and texture is how i like it!<br/>Staff is ok, nice and tidy cafe...<br/>If you're there in the strip of Maserati and BMW showroom why not pop in to try their sandwiches. It's worth visiting!!
