Review Focal Point Cinema & Cafe - Feilding

Great food and a really good selection of GF for my friend. Service was good at the counter but, like many places, food and drinks were served across people who were already served. The finer arts of 'waiting' is not common in this setting. 3 areas to eat .. .. outside, up front in the main service area and down the corridor to an inner seating area. This area was dark and echoey, but the all-over atmosphere was fine. Plain wooden seating, take a cushion if you need comfort for your rear. All in all, I'd be happy to eat here again.

Convenient place to catch up for coffee. Enjoyed my drink. The ozo salad was yum, but I am a bit disappointed about the potion size. Loved my friends slice but my lemon meringue pie tasted more like condensed milk than lemon.

Went with my friends to watch Sound of Freedom..Thank you for having the guts to show what appears to be very controversial film around the World by not allowing it mainstream...However we all enjoyed the lovely food, service and atmosphere..

Don't expect popcorn and fizzy drink. This place is next level. The food is great and so are their coffees- you can order your food and they bring it to your seat in the theatre.

Gio went above and beyond to accommodate us and our party. I am beyond thrilled with the customer service and can't wait to visit the Focal Point Feilding again soon 😁

We had free coffee vouchers to spend so chose a time after the movie went in. A group of 3 people turned from the food cabinets and left as we walked in saying there was nothing that attracted them. The staff member who served us was friendly and efficient. The coffee came within a short time. The cafe was extremely noisy with kitchen clatters. I had to remove my hearing aids after a few loud noises which was not ideal for listening to my companion. I picked up a brochure about the catering which covers platters as well as lunches and dinners.

Tried for the first time today after receiving a voucher for my birthday. As soon as we walked in the young girl at the counter (blonde girl) was wonderful her customer service needs to be commended, cheerful and welcoming and without a doubt some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. The food was exceptional and overall a 10/10. The only thing to pick at would be it did feel a bit crammed, although this was made up with more seating out the back. We will be back and look forward to trying more on the menu or even a movie! Well we gave it another go bringing more people with us to enjoy a Father’s Day brunch. A completely different experience to the first. The service was a 5/10 (completely different staff to the previous visit) and the food was a complete 0/10. All three chicken burgers the chicken was burnt leaving the burgers tasting terrible. The big breakfast was missing the sausages. Coffees were great but feeling pretty disappointed with todays visit.

Sunday breakfast was nice. Staff very pleasant. Not too pricey.

Went for a Playcentre fundraiser and they coped well with many people arriving at the same time for food and drink. Loved the array of food options and that you can take proper wine glasses, cutlery and crockery into the theatre to sit on comfy, wide, lounge-like seats. The flip side to this is that the seats could do with a deep clean. The light coloured fabric is showing some wear. But a really fun night, with friendly, capable staff and a cosy environment. Definitely a great asset to the community, not having to drive to Palmy.
