Delicious! Definitely my new go to for sweet butter chicken. Sweet & creamy with a little kick of spice. Decided to wait in my car while my food was being prepared. A staff member brought my food to my car when it was ready. (Sorry my dog barked at you though) lol

I have been to Shree Ganesh twice now and have been impressed on both occasions. I took my Chinese colleague try some of their vegetarian fare as a break from the standard Indian takeaway offerings and she too was delighted. Their Chana Bhatura is a must have, even better if you eat it hot. Matar Paneer is just the right level of spice, soft fresh panner and no cream in the gravy (best part). Tawa roti is how you'd get at home. They have a small setup with limited seating, so dining in might be slightly tricky. But they did arrange for us to be very comfortable, which is highly appreciated. Service is very friendly, and their food is a welcome break from what's otherwise sold as Indian food elsewhere. And dont miss their fresh Jalebi.
Recently was on trip to Auckland with family . I am from Wellington . We went to this restaurant .A great food with real indian taste .Feels like home . Very friendly staff . I will visit this restaurant everytime in future but i will Never go to big names restaurant where i used to go . Shri Ganesh Is in my list on top . Thanks for all the staff for great service . It was our very first time seeing an restaurant that had the best customer service. The food was delicious and mouth watering/texture of food was amazing and top of that price was reasonably good too. Must try it out
Real nice authentic Indian food. I personally don't like too much oil or extra spices just to make it look good. But this place is 10/10 with the quality food and the taste which makes me order from them again and again. I ordered a Palak Paneer, Kadhai Chicken, Biryani and Dal Makhani. Superb preparation.
Also try their Tawa Roti - best whole meal bread! 😃

This is by far the best tasting takeout I’ve had in NZ Very authentic and it’s the first thing I buy to eat when I arrive in Auckland from Wellington. Always great to see the staff’s smile faces to.
