What this place may lack in atmosphere it wins in both service and food. The portions were generous for the price, the service was attentive and quick, and the spice was "just right". Thank you very much.

Lovely lovely eatery just off the main road in the Gisborne City Centre. They are quite popular so would recommend booking a ahead. Their food is definitely quite good and their assortment of specials were definitely worth a try. Their staff dwspite being run off their feet provide a good customer experience. Only let down was their sticky rice and mango dessert (a very popular Thai dish) had frozen mangoes in it. Whilst I can understand using frozen mangoes to keep prices down, at least thaw these before serving! It really ruins an otherwise quite good dish. Will definitely still come again when next in the area.

Fried fish, fillet, laarb chicken and duck curry. And the pork belly with veggies were simply delish. Dinner 22 Dec 2021. We had 3 starters and 5 main courses. Family style with white rice.

The most delicious and authentic Thai foods during our trip, a hidden gem in Gisborne that amazed us with their Tamarind fish dish and sizzling Black pepper beef (Well Done to the Chef). The lovely lady that served us was friendly and very accommodate.

Beef massaman curry is one of my favourites here. Other places in town need a reservation, this restaurant usually has a table ready in about 30 mins and the food is good too

We ordered the sizzling Lamb and Sizzling Duck. Oh my Goodness what a beautifully prepared meal slight coconut touch . For Dessert Battered Banana and Ice cream eith passionfruit dressing prepared perfectly. Warm professional service Wow wow wow

The food was absolutely amazing the shank fell off the bone, and my husband said the laksa was the best hes bad in NZ!! Awesome service too. We tried the steam dumplings, wonton soup, seafood laksa and lamb shank in a yummy nut curry!! 🥰
